Incredibly disappointing from the moment we walked into the door. We walked into this restaurant in the middle of the afternoon, the bar area was empty and the dining room had a couple of tables with guests...they were not that busy. We asked for a table to seat 5 and the hostess walked us over to a table that had not been cleaned from the last guests. The hostess asked us to wait for her to come back to clean the table, she did not come back until we cleaned it ourselves and had to remind her we were still waiting. Our server was nice but has opportunities for being a little more proactive. Our food came out wrong -steaks were over cooked even though we ordered them at a lower temperature to avoid overcooking. They offered to make the dish over and it came back cooked even more well done the second time. -sides were mixed up for our dishes. -broccoli was over cooked and brown. The manager came by at our request and seemed receptive and checked the box of addressing our concerns. We didn't feel satisfied with any of it and could not wait to get out of there. read more

I decided on coming here with my family to celebrate my 18th birthday and everything about this place was delightful. Everything was to my liking, from the service my family and I received to the ambiance. I ordered the Bang Bang shrimp and if you ever have any trouble on deciding what to order, THIS SHOULD BE YOUR GO TO. Overall Experience- My family & I were VERY excited to visit Bonefish Grill to celebrate my sister's Birthday. We always have the best time at their Florida location so we just knew that this would be a great place for a nice gathering. Unfortunately, this was a TERRIBLE experience. Our server was very busy and was hardly around making it super weird since we wanted to make the night special. Food & Drinks- As for the cocktails, we ordered two Moscow Mules & a Pineapple Martini. The Mules were very bland...no real ginger taste and no kick to it. The other dishes were also very unseasoned. Our entire party was very disappointed because we are very easy going but honestly nothing about the food was good and that made our night very uneventful. Look up at the ceiling vents in the middle of the Resturant, by the time I got to the parking lot, I almost had an asthma attack... beyond dusty. Couldn't place my finger on it, then I looked up. If the lighting was brighter, I would have caught on sooner. The fontina pork was soft, but the toppings were hard rubbery. The drinks were the best part of the experience. Was in the neighborhood going to the movies and one of my faves was closed so my friend suggested this place. For a Sat afternoon around 4 the place wasn't packed so we were seated immediately. We opted for the space between the bar and dining room and immediately ordered appetizers...bang bang shrimp for the win. Omg! So so so good. For the entree I went with shrimp taco. As I transition to vegan I have been leaning to either straight veggies or pescatarian. Since I tend to do heavy salmon at home I went with the fish tacos. By far the best that I have ever had. The fish was full of juicy flavor and equally parts zesty with a pop of sweet. The veggies were the perfect pairing and just a delight. Fries, on point. My husband made a 8pm reservation at this establishment on January 26th for my birthday. I was excited to be here until we were seated. And from then on it was all down hill our service was terrible! The time we waited just for the bread to be brought out set the tone. We both were instantly aggravated by the lack of attention. Our waitress decided to mosey on over to us at about 8:30 we were never even so much as given water. Once our order was placed we just sat and waited. Our food was brought to us at abt 9pm. The waitress never checked back with us the whole time we were at the table. Not until we had to wave down the hostess to get the waitresses attention. The amount of money you spend in this place for that type of terrible service is RIDICULOUS. I would have complained on the way out BUT no one was at the hostess desk!!! I've been here a few times but this was the first time in a little while. They did not disappoint. Our server was new and I'm training so she was being shadowed by another server. She was very nice and attentive and made no mistakes. Our drinks came quickly and had great flavors. The kids food came out early and she made no complaints, which means the food was good. The hubs and I bought ordered the filet mignon with a side of shrimp. While the temp of my steak was perfect, the hubs filet was a little over done but he didn't make a big deal. The food was medicore at best, nothing exciting or unique about the entrees or sides but we did really enjoy the complimentary bread service. But that was to be expected from a chain owned by the same owners of outback. The service was decent, nothing out of this world, but the food came out quickly due to food runners, which was nice. The drinks were fantastic, and my husband and I agreed we'd return just to sit at the bar to enjoy their cocktails. The watermelon martini and Moscow Mule were wonderful. My very first visit here and i was IMPRESSED! Starting with the way I was seated immediately upon entering on a Friday night! Then, to order food and it came out very rapidly. The waiter service was also great, he came back consistently to check on us. Not that it matters, but I also loved how the servers/waiters/waitresses were all dressed the same; white chef jackets and black bottoms. First time at Bonefish Grill and will be back! The restaurant was a fancier chain type place with a nice open bar and pretty decor. We of course had to get the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer because its one of their specialities. The shrimp is breaded with a nice spice to it and is a MUST get! Our other appetizer the imperial dip was also recommended by our server and was amazing. We all enjoyed our meals and took everything we couldn't finish home! The pasta was spicier than we imagine so if you can't handle spice, this meal isn't for you. The Mac and cheese was bland and lacked flavor but did the job. Beautiful decor. Management made so many improvements as the greeters attend to patrons quickly upon entering. The bartenders are super attentive and make excellent drinks. Dining in is a wonderful experience. Fish tacos , sliders, ceviche, Chilean Sea Bass, have tried and were extra delicious. My friend who frequents this place swears by the coconut custard pie for those of you with a sweet tooth. And of course, BF has an excellent wine list! Francis Coppola's Claret and Louis Martin's Cabernet Sauvignon are easy favorites. Conundrum is a sweet red blend. $5 martinis and $6 bar bites 4 to 6:30. House wine $4 and $1 off beer. Went there on a Friday night worried that it would be packed but it had seating for 6 (including one child). And the hostess was very accommodating since we didn't want to seat at the higher tables with high chairs and preferred the booth. I got the pomegranate martini which was refreshing , tasty and you can tell they actually put alcohol in it I ordered the "bang bang shrimp tacos" AMAZING and has a great sauce it came with fries that were crispy and delicious as well. It's 3 tacos but very filling. Other people with me got the shrimp tacos , Atlantic salmon , and burger: everyone was satisfied with their meals. They also have a kids menu and a little book with crayons which is always a plus. Only con was that service was a little slow. Might have been our waiter though because other tables seated after us were getting served more quickly. It took a while to get our orders in or even some water. So we were getting hangry lol BUT the food was great so those feelings quickly dissipated. However, I must note that the staff is attentive. While passing our table , someone (not our waiter) over heard me saying that I couldn't believe we didn't even get water and he brought us water, so that was nice. I will be back. I've been to this location on three different occasions my first experience was the best and probably will never be topped! The drinks food everything service was excellent. I had for app Thai coconut shrimp, bang bang shrimp , entree the two lobster tails with an extra side of truffle Mac and cheese and 2 modern mojitos. For my mothers birthday I told her how great it was and told her she had to try it but service was not as great and the bang bang shrimp contained wayyyyy to much mayo. My lobster was undercooked which was taken off the bill and my drinks were good! My mother said she liked the Thai coconut shrimp much better. Yesterday I wanted to go for happy hour and try these delicious drinks so my first drink was recommended by my server it was the tiki martini it was good not really my taste but ok. My friend got the blueberry martini and it was very good he ordered the cod sliders and I got the Thai coconut shrimp it was fried a little to much but it was okay I give it a 6 . I got the margarita next I did not like it at all!! I gave it to my friend he ordered a raspberry drink and I had that instead it was very light on alcohol and was more like a mocktail. Lily's Chicken was a chicken breast with goat cheese, prosciutto, artichoke hearts, spinach & lemon basil sauce.......this was very scrumptious. I ordered the steak medium rare ( cooked perfectly) with the mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans. The steak & green beans were so delicious. We also ordered the Macadamia Nut Brownie with raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream..... the flourless dark chocolate brownie was soooooo rich and chocolaty that I could only eat a few bites. Michael was our waiter tonight and this young man was very attentive and on point with his knowledge about the dishes on the menu. It was time for another birthday dinner with my 4 girl besties, and the birthday girl requested Bonefish Grill due to her food preference (vegetarian) and location. First off, I need to exclude the waitress in my review because she was clearly overwhelmed with too many tables on a busy Friday night. And she honestly gave it her all for us which is why we tipped her well. But in regards to the restaurant itself, we were a bit disappointed. It seemed disorganized and overall the service was slow. We were a party of 5 but got seated at a table clearly meant for 4. So 2 of the girls were unable to really keep their legs under the table without hitting each other, and they were uncomfortable. Nonetheless, we ordered some drinks from the bar - well 2 of us did since the bar didn't have any Anejo Tequilas, and the other 2 were driving. So two cocktails were ordered, a grey goose martini and some sangria cocktail. The bar must have been also overwhelmed cause the drinks too forever. And our waitress came to take our order before they arrived. We ordered 2 appetizers, the warm crab dip and the bang bang shrimp. We also knew what we wanted for dinner so we put that order in as well but I could see the waitress's hesitation and now I know why. The apps came out then the meal about 5 minutes later. So imagine our already small table filled with plates of food. In addition to the 2 breadboards that were delivered when we first sat down. Where are the busboys? No one was bussing tables so the waitresses were even more overwhelmed. We had to accumulate stacks of dirty plates on our table and that's never appealing. The food was very good. And that is why they get 2 stars. Various fish dishes and the appetizers were on point. And the bread loaves were warm and delicious. Kudos for the food Bonefish. Management sucks! Someone hanged up the phone on me. I asked if a sauce can be added to my order. I ordered through ubereats. Management said no. I said i can pay the difference. Many restaurants that have participated in ubereats would just add the item through the app and you would pay the difference. Or i would pay over the phone. I would have initially added the extra sauce if that was an option on the app. I than proceed to tell them that i can create a new order of a side and write a note "substitute for additional sauce" because that would be the only option for me since there is no way of adding additional sauce. He than hangs up on me. Its like i was begging for them to take my money and business. The guy was hell of rude for a $4.00 sauce that i was willing to pay for.
