I just visited Bones & Botanicals for their grand re-opening weekend. Although I love Bones & Botanicals, my biggest complaint about the old location was that it was a little too small. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The new location is much larger and it's so close to The Gilded Curtain.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was so happy to see Jeremy & Sarah, the new space, all of the new decor, and the new menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After exploring all of the witch decor, I pulled up a seat at the bar and perused the menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since my last visit, I have actually given up alcohol. This is no problem at Bones & Botanicals: they have plenty of non-alcoholic options. Throughout my visit, I enjoyed the mocktails "Apple of my Chai" (chai tea, housemade apple cider concentrate, lemon, topped w/ ginger beer), "Azurite" (cold brew lavender tea, housemade blueberry syrup & lemon juice, club soda), and "The Little Sister Maiden" (butterfly pea tea, housemade syrup w/ butterfly pea tea, lavender & vanilla, lemon juice, topped w/ club soda). I enjoyed them all, but the latter was my favorite. In addition to being very flavorful, they also had great presentation. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the new Bones & Botanicals and I think that the Gliddens are going to do very well here! I highly recommend a visit to either of their establishments! read more

The bar has a few seats, a high top, and some seats. I loved the coffee table, the green glow was so cool.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The teas and syrups are amazing there are so many options. Food options are very limited, either hummus and chips or a veggie plate if I remember correctly. Service was great! The one bartender held it down when things got hella busy. Okay...this was one of the COOLEST places I've been to in a LONG time! After two different people shared review videos of it with me on Instagram, I knew I had to go...and it's right in my town!!! The establishment itself is running as a tea shop which is all they promote online, but in truth they have an array of out-of-this-world cocktails! Or maybe I should say BEYOND this world because the whole vibe is meant to be like a magical curiosity shop - very whimsy goth and RIGHT up my alley!!! It functions as a sort of speakeasy in that it has no real sign out front and you have to enter a code to get in the door. It changes but can be found right on their website - fun concept! Once inside the only thing I caution is that there are only 10 seats, which gives you an idea of how small it is, but that's exactly what they want! Fun, eccentric, intimate, and interesting! The inside was completely lit by led lights and candles, there was a wall of cool black and white photos depicting witches etc, a beautiful skeleton mural in the back by the restrooms, a collection of bourbon, and a curiosity bookshelf with pictures on top - one changes facial expressions once in awhile! The waitstaff is so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, all three that were there! Their positive attitudes add to the whole ambience honestly, and they are very passionate about their jobs, the establishment, and experience of the customers. Drinks were amazing, all of them that we had!!! And the prices were honestly very reasonable for the deliciousness we consumed! The only problem with telling about them is that they aren't on the menu, so I can't remember what was in them, only that they were all very different but VERY good! Basically, the menu offers a drink called "Bartender Surprise Me" with a description of "you get what you get and you don't get upset!" Of course you can share allergies and preferences if you'd like - I had said I don't like spicy and other customers I overheard mention their distaste for certain alcohol. My husband and I had two drinks for a total of four amazing surprises that didn't disappoint! They ranged from fruity and floral to coffee infused, a take on an old fashion, and a delicious chocolatey dessert martini type cocktail - sooo good! I also observed another customer get a drink that changed color when she squeezed lime in and mixed! Every drink seemed on point and to the theme. They do have some snacks that consist of chip bags, but also a dessert platter that I got. This was a dessert box from the Natural Food Market in town (yey locals supporting locals!) and was a chocolate hummus with strawberries, cinnamon chips, and pretzels. My husband hates hummus, but even he ate it, saying the chocolate tasted like frosting! I honestly didn't want to leave and can't wait to return! I will probably return soon to try their actual teas as I'm also a tea lover. To sum it up: they hit all my requirements - great drinks, amazing service and staff, and the absolute best vibe!
