They were quick to tell me it took more than one person to hold him (he's had a poor experience earlier this year that I told them about). My dog wasn't returned to me bleeding or in pain. All previous groomers finished in less than 2 hours AND she was not matted nor excessively dirty as we wash her every 2 weeks. Why keep her over 5 hours? We were shocked when we arrived. She was cut the same length all over with short ears and no pom on her head or tail. She hardly looks like a poodle. We requested a standard poodle cut with a shaved face, feet, and ring around the tail and neck but got nothing like that. Poor girl even seems embarrassed when we look at her.
