The Beef Fat Tater Tots had a great texture and a Smokey flavor that I suspect came from a paprika based spice blend on them. The potato salad had great texture, but was very onion forward, so be aware if that is not your thing. My wife got the brisket plate, but got the lean cut from the flat of the brisket. It was still tender and moist. Her Roasted Garlic Mac-n-Cheese and Brussel Sprout sides gave me envy...they were both absolutely delicious! This place also has unique BBQ sauces. They have a house sauce which is a sweet sauce much like you might buy of any grocery store shelf, but better. They also had a Carolina style and a Jerk style BBQ sauce, which ended up being my favorite and was an unexpected surprise. It was a perfect companion for the pulled pork in particular.
