Ordering online is a different story Be careful with ordering online, and inspect your purchase promptly and thoroughly to assure that all items are in the package that are supposed to be included Three times now I have ordered product that has been tampered with; broken into; changed out; or missing pieces due to the package being resealed These problems got to be where I finally just closed my account, vowing never to purchase from them again When I closed my account and explained why, never once did the customer customer service representative online try to save the account Now I know why Best Buy is in trouble

He also helped me save some money on my home internet Frontier bill and by switching me over to post paid (I was prepaid these last few years). Just so you know, the answer is yes. You can leave and make them waive their $29.99 "Setup & Go Service" charge. The fact that I would have been better off calling Verizon has me livid. I've had to spend the rest of the day fixing my bill, especially the monthly charges they added without alerting me to them. An entire day wasted having to deal with Verizon in store, on the phone, and by chat.

He was just rude and I swore I'd never go back. However, I did and what a wonderful experience we had with the new staff. Katherine or Katlyn ( I'm sorry I can't recall her name) ...she was great, she patiently answered all of our question and resolved our problem with our phone. The young guy who was training and the older guy with the pony tail were just as friendly . I highly recommend T mobile in Canton , this group was a breath of fresh air.

We switched from Verizon and couldn't be happier. Our service has improved, we are able to make and receive calls from home, and our bill has gone down. I also signed up to have our two phones back with T-Mobile and wasn't told about certain charges that you incur from switching. I have returned and talked a two managers and was told I would have an answer in the next few days. So far 5 days and no call. Will return Tuesday and maybe get some answers. It's not right that you're not told the whole story about different fees and charges when you sign up. I am really disappointed after receiving a bill for over $250.00.
