His reply was yes, very much so, can we get your name and phone number to call back. Sure, gave it. So,how long about? Oh, about an hour or come back 15 minutes earlier to the hour. Having the gift of a 95 year father can be challenging and that's fine, this needs to be done for his safety I'm out here in Prescott from Orlando for a week's visit so my time is valuable to accommodate his needs. We returned to the store to be turned away And was asked to wait another hour. Shame me once, but shame me twice, will awaken that retired military ass chewing moment. This review is for the store manager and corporate. Read the room.... You lost another customer now to T-Mobile where customer service was very much on point and customer satisfaction was evident. Anyone else missing the free upgrades after you had your phone a certain amount of time?! Anyways then let's just keep upping a monthly price for no other reason than they can. AT&T used to be the best option out there for price and service but now they are just as engulfed in the how much juice can we squeeze out of a juiced lemon. So you pay what's said to in your account, a few days goes by and all of a sudden your phone service is disconnected, why you ask? Because there was $10 you didn't pay because it wasn't on the freaking bill. Now in order to get service back up you have to pay next months bill plus and $80 surcharge. But you live in the middle of nowhere and so your WiFi calling can't get you to someone that helps. So via chat you pay what is now said to be $77 in order to reactivat. You pay more than that and still nothing. The chat person with his hands securely hog tied behind his back while bent over by this company can't offer any assistance other than call. WE CANT CALL! So in a world full of greedy people, rude people, turn the cheek people, take them by surprise and tack on more people. I hope you rethink how you "help" your consumers. The Issue: My smart phone was accidentally thrown into Talk Back mode when my basset hound puppy, unhappy because his sister had grabbed the prime real estate area on the bed which is snuggled into my side, stomped on my chest with the full force of all his 32 pounds centered into one paw. This caused a seismic event on the bed and by the time the shaking was over, my phone was stuck in Talk Back mode. After spending at least two hours trying everything suggested from Google, You Tube and Reddit to fix the problem, I became despondent. As I am not very diligent at backing up important data, I was worried I would never see my contacts, photos and text messages again. The Hero: 1. Ethan convinced me to bring the phone in. 2.
