He did not even offer to refer to a colleague so he wouldn't "step on the toes of his good client." For this reason, I reached out to Engrained in Prescott and was greeted by Seth. He actively listened to the situation and worked very quickly with management to determine if he could take over the project. Seth responded in mere minutes with concurrence. I look forward to working with Seth as he has provided a greater amount of insight and understanding than the Cottonwood location. A word of advice for management, train Cottonwood on business ethics and realignment as needed, perhaps with your Prescott representative. We have many more projects and hope to have a good relationship with Prescott and get our home updated. Thank you again Seth for your additional insight. Update: Owner Tom called and reported he refuses to do business with me stating he does not deal with threats. I initially called the manufacturer and they informed ma based on what I described that it was the compressor. And since 'this unit has been out of production for a long time they no longer carried the spare parts. I called a friend who has several larger units and has bought spare compressors to keep them running. Jd informed me that his large ones the costs were about $2000 each. He informed me that the smaller ones were about a $1000. I tried to find the compressor but non available even through eBay. I called Apache and Mike got back with me and recommended to buy a new unit. After 14 years there was bound to be more things to go wrong and the repair cost he estimated at a $1000. Which aligned with my research. His great honest opinion was welcomed. I like that thus recommend Apache appliance. Oh I found the replacement vinotemp brand new at $725.

What a cute little store!…read more Country Roads Antiques is full of interesting items you never knew you needed! They have some crafts, but the rest are all antiques. I saw a really cool old painting here and also an old Beatles lunch box. They also used to have old postcards that I would always read when I was there. They were so interesting. Some would be men writing postcards home from the war, others were just greetings, but it would give you an idea of what life was like so many years ago. It was great! Definitely check this store out next time you're out antique shopping!
