After 2 long hours I found out I was not able to use the card anywhere on the T-Mobile App or any T-Mobile store. Although, this card is specifically for T-Mobile use only. This issue caused plenty of frustration not only with the retail store which it was purchased from but the T-Mobile Supervisor was unable to help with this situation at all. I was told by T-Mobile maybe o could sell the card elsewhere to get my money back since the retail stores are unable to reimburse/ refund purchased prepaid cards. Coming from a T-Mobile customer of 8yrs, this is by far the worst service I received. Thanks for the experience !!!

"Fixmygadget" at 1444 E Charleston Blvd knowingly bought it even though it was locked and marked stolen. Ever since, I've been getting nonstop scam calls from rotating numbers--some with creepy white noise or robotic voices, clearly using a voice-manipulation machine. They're trying to trick me into removing the iCloud lock so they can flip the phone. What's worse? I've also experienced attempted identity fraud shortly after this--silent calls, phishing attempts, and suspicious activity that makes me believe they or someone they work with is harvesting personal info from stolen devices. I'm not the only one. Read the reviews--multiple people say their phones were stolen and suddenly showed up here, followed by scam calls. This is more than a sketchy repair shop. It's a front for trafficking stolen phones and committing fraud. I've reported this to Apple, the FTC, and the Las Vegas Police. Stay far away. This place should be shut down. They're gonna get a nice visit from metro soon haha.

I took my iPad into this location with a shattered screen, they repaired it for what I heard from other people after the fact told me was too costly, I repair appeared fine until this horizontal line showed up across my screen shortly after. I took my iPad back to this location and they said they won't cover the new damage that wasn't there before under the warranty they provide. But I say again the horizontal damage was not there nor was it done by me. This place will absolutely fix your problem you come in with and "say" there is a warranty BUT THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY CREATE ANOTHER PROBLEM REFUSE TO COVER IT JUST FOR YOU TO PAY THEM MORE MONEY
