He was the only one working, and there were quite a few customers coming in. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and more. I can't say enough about how excellent he is. This store is blessed to have him! Some of these mobile phone stores advertise really cheap affordable phones, but when you want one, they disappear into the back for a while, and come back and tell you they don't have that phone and you need to buy more expensive one. Jose was completely upfront about all the phones he had available. It was refreshing and super commendable. Maybe a good phone carrier--Not a good store…read more The day I went into this store was to pick up a replacement iPhone that my phone insurance sent to this store rather than to my residence. It was inconvenient--I was not interested in buying anything. So, I went first thing in the morning and arrived before they opened their door. I went inside when they opened but they mysteriously had 3 customers ahead of me. Told me to wait 30 minutes and that they put me in the cue. The store is small and smells terrible from the grocery store next store one wall over. It also wasn't very clean or fresh air for being opened for no minutes. I looked around and took some pictures. Then, I went to wait in my air conditioned car--it's still 100 degrees outside I am hopeful they'll call me soon. But unfortunately... 40 minutes later they still told me to wait a bit longer. I go back to my car. An hour and a half later they tell me they're sorry they still haven't gotten to my turn. Pathetic customer service. They were not sorry. They were helping others that had just come in verses calling me for my turn. Again--I only needed to pick up the replacement phone and transfer everything over they refused to just go in the back and get it for me. They failed all together. I told them to send the phone back and I'd call customer support. Just horrible experience. This location is on Silverado Ranch at Bermuda behind Dunkin Donuts.

Looking for a computer? They got you looking for a printer, they got you looking for ink. They got you in spades. Exclamation it's nice that they have everything laid out and easy to find. One of the things I appreciate about office Depot is everybody is super friendly and eager to help. As I was wondering around the store I had no fewer than three people ask me if they could help me find something and reiterate that if I did need something they were able to help. Bottom line?, it's office Depot. Make sure you join the rewards program, as it can add up quickly, especially if you are a small business.

All 4 of us customers asked through the glass doors "why are you closed early?" & we were met with laughter & eye rolls. I guess these 2 female employees felt they were well within their right to close shop AT LEAST 15 minutes early. I say "at least" bc my girlfriend & I arrived @ 7:15. However, 1 of the female employees had already swept & just finished mopping while the other closed the register. So I safely assume they locked those doors at 7 o'clock knowing they were SUPPOSED to be open until 7:30. It's disgusting but this is the generation of ppl that businesses are picking from when hiring. Lazy, unmotivated, bad attitude, entitled, irrational & filled with excuses for incompetence. This was a horrible experience & I'm sure I speak for the other customers who were there as well. It definitely made my personal view/opinion of Metro by T-Mobile change for the WORSE & honestly it made me look at this specific location as a crap store. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Maybe they have better employees, maybe not. But that's too much of a coin toss, I'd rather take my money somewhere else. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. We ended up purchasing two Group 31 batteries. The whole process was quick and easy. We were in and out of Batteries Plus in less than 10 minutes. My only disappointment is that they were not able to locate our previous battery purchase in their system. Since we bought them about a year ago from Batteries Plus, we had hoped they would still be under warranty. Aside from the warranty issue, everything was great and would come here again for batteries!

Today is June 18th, 2026. I bought a new battery here 8/24/2025 for my MX-5. Two months ago when I…read morewas going to work, my car would not start. No sounds, no lights, no nothing. So scrambled to switch vehicles and took my Xterra. When I had the free time, I used the Xterra to jump start the MX-5. I had brand new jumper cables and went to work. Let them both sit. Tried the MX-5 and absolutely nothing. I figure since my battery is about 8 months new, its probably the ignition system. I gotta wait to get ignition funds for that! It can't be the new battery. So my car sits in the garage until I can get it to the shop. I call to get a tow. Nice fella shows up, I tell him what I suspect & why. He gets his jumper box (cool device), let's it sit a minute on my battery, and I saw when he hit the brakes! He had the driver side door open and I heard the chime!!! You'd have thought I won the lottery I was so happy. And then he turned the ignition and the car started right up!!! He said the alternator was good (I know, its been changed) and that the battery was dead. I was shocked but a running car was proof. So he followed me to the shop (Boktor Motors) since I didn't need a tow, just to make sure I got there. Made my appointment previously, gave them my keys and headed home. Missed the call, but my car was ready same day. Did full diagnostic check and it was not only the dead battery but its also leaking acid. I kept my receipt and headed to Batteries Plus as I'd like a refund. Defective items get into the supply chain all the time. No one's fault, but.... I explain what happened to the technician. I have the old battery in my trunk. He brings out his tester. Tells me it reads 3 volts. I tell him my car was more than dead for 2 months. It has 3 volts now because it got jumped by tow truck driver. He proceeds to read the print on the card and tells me the battery was drained by a starter or alternator but he was firm in not honoring my warranty, never mind refund my $195!!! I took my slip and told him I will never come here again. I have BEEN buying my batteries and a few lightbulbs from Batteries Plus for many years. Starting with the location on Craig & Losee. I have 2 vehicles that have gotten their batteries changed there. I love how they have a device that keeps my clock & radio presets alone! But today, I am disgusted that I spent money on a defective part and my warranty is not honored. My car is a 2006 and it is in great shape. Dealer keeps offering, in writing, to buy it. My Xterra was a 2003 (totaled last March) and it had a new battery installed the January before the crash. My Xterra was also kept in great shape. Both vehicles garage in my home. And my batteries have lasted at least 3 years. From other places and then with Batteries Plus. They won't go bankrupt because I won't buy there anymore but I sure will tell everybody I know and damn sure post here. I take good care of my vehicles because I need to get to work and take wonderful trips. This place sure as hell isn't up to the task. I would do a zero score if that was an option.
