    Watermelon moonshine margarita
    Sarah L.

One of my favorite bars for NYE on broadway in Nashville. There was a 10$ cover, but had excellent drink specials. The band was amazing! The bartender was super nice and made an excellent moonshine margarita which was a first for me (from Alabama). I liked that the vibe was more adult than 21 years old. From the deer on the wall to all the moonshine jugs, it was a neat bar and I would love to go back!

We stopped into Bootleggers Inn after spending a few hours at Whiskey Bent Saloon. We actually followed the musician over so we could continue listening to him. We grabbed a two top by the stage and across from the bar and ordered up a couple of cold snacks. The snacks were cold and the music was great. Bootleggers inn is a shotgun type bar, skinny and deep like a New Orleans house. The bar area is packed and they sell some neat T Shirts as well. The bartenders were attentive and quick with service and the music was excellent. Bootleggers Inn has clean bathrooms, and is a very lovely spot that was full of people for early afternoon on a Saturday. The drinks were very reasonable price wise and the overall ambience was great. This is a good spot to just chill with a beer and listen to good Music. It wasn't rowdy, it wasn't overly loud and it wasn't over run with woo hoo girls. Give Bootleggers inn a try when you're in Nashville, it's a good little bar with great music.

Shout-out to Rexton Lee Music! We had an amazing time stopping by with my sister and her friends to catch Rexton Lee Music on Lower Broadway. Their performance was fantastic, and it was truly a great choice for us to drop in. Drinks were affordable. As a local, I can tell you that an authentic, simple bar with incredible live music is what Nashville is all about, and they delivered!

As you normally do in this area we pass by this place & decided to sit for a few & grab some drinks. we went with the Moonshine flight ... Oatmeal cookie, watermelon , banana pudding & pickle , the flavors we tried in that order the oatmeal cookie is wild as it taste like a cookie it was good, watermelon & banana pudding also great tasting as you would image. the pickle ahh guess it depends on u I wasn't a fan my friend loved it. Drinks had some Vodka, gin & something with blueberry? can't recall the name but all drinks were decent. Decent place, music playing, bartender lady was nice & attentive, we enjoyed our drinks.

Very disrespectful..we were going to try this place out but the bouncer was a complete a$$hole. So glad we didn't waste our time or money here

Found Bootleggers In on Groupon because they offer line dancing classes in their upstairs portion. I mean when on Broadway in Nashville country line dancing is a must right? It was easy to find and upon entering it's a nice small space with a small stage upfront and then a long bar. This bar specializes in moonshine and they have quite a number of specialty flavors. It's a full service so if moonshine isn't your thing you can choose something else. The day I went it was during the day so it was on the slower side but the bartender was very friendly while I waited for the instructor to show up. The upstairs is spacious and they have a stage and bar up there but the upstairs bar only opens when busy or an event is going on. Cute little place in Nashville.

The trolley booth next door gave us discount stickers and recommended we pop in for a drink. We got discounted moonshine for $7. I got an Arnold Palmer sweet tea and it was so good. Couldn't even taste the moonshine. Fun spot if you're looking for moonshine.

Jalapeño moonshine with a Bloody Mary chaser.

This is one of the places we always stop at. Smaller and cozy, good entertainment and friendly staff. It's becoming a tradition to start and end here with jalapeño moonshine and a Bloody Mary chaser here.

Moonshine shots! Oatmeal cookie and salted caramel ($19)

I put Bootlegger's Inn on the list after someone told me I must try the moonshine shots. BI is basically like any ol' honky tonk on Broadway. Kinda seedy, kinda sticky, kinda stinky. It wasn't crowded on a Thursday evening compared to some of the other bars in the neighboring area. Maybe that was an indication of how good (or not good?) it was. Anyhoo, they have quite the collection of flavored moonshine. I was surprised when they told me two shots were $19! Pricy! We got an Oatmeal cookie (good) and Salted Caramel (sickeningly sweet). Glad we got to try it, but don't need to repeat.

Best variety of moonshine in Nashville under one roof. They do not sell food here. They carry Forge and Old Smokey Mountain here and have an array of ones to try. My favorite was the oatmeal cookie and strawberry creamsicle. They were yummy like a dessert.

But if you're looking for an authentic, old-school Nashville music experience, this IS the place! It's crowded. It's hot. Personal space does not exist. Claustrophobics should plan accordingly. The night we were there, they had a bluegrass jam going, and it was fantastic. Close your eyes and you could imagine yourself sitting in some West Virginia holler listening to a bunch of incredibly talented musicians just playing because they love to play. It was uncomfortable, crowded, hot, completely authentic--and I enjoyed every minute of it. The Station Inn is Nashville the way you hope Nashville still exists.

That alone is worth the visit, but be prepared to wait in line and feel like a sardine stuffed in a tin. Not for the claustrophobic,

However, a voice came from the bar area with directions. We chose to to the flight. The choices were selected with a little help from the bar. They came out pretty quickly. The tasting started and it out of 5, only one did not have a nasty and strong hoppy/bitter after taste. The select were Passion fruit, Hippies and Cowboy, Southern Wit, Urban Hiker, and Wildwood. As we spent our time no one seem to as if we needed anything or if our selection were ok. We got some "why are you in here type" looks. I was not impressed by this brewery. The customer service and my sensing of being not welcome was high. Note we were the only patrons. I would not return.
