I am home bound, just lost my husband of 33 years. These folks at Bosa are always kind and sweet to us....I mean me now. They didn't complain when I lost track of time and ordered donuts at 9:30 PM. The donuts are always good and exactly what I ordered. The Door Dash Drivers are always nice too. Thanks to Bosa's staff for being so kind to a sad widow. I ordered 3 doughnuts- 2 crumb & 1 Boston cream. When the cashier handed me my bag, she walked away to get my drink & I checked the bag in my car, I got 2 Boston & 1 crumb, no big deal. So when she came back to the window, I gave the bag back and said, "hi I actually ordered 2 crumbs & 1 Boston cream. "She said, "no, you said 2 Boston, 1 crumb", very combative. I said, "okay... well can I get 2 crumbs?" So she took the bag back, after it was in my car, in my possession, after she walked away, and I clearly touched it in my bag to see what doughnuts I had; she put the doughnut back and gave me the right one. 1) she was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable. All she had to say is, "oh sorry about that". Don't argue with the customer over a $1.49 doughnut! 2) that is extremely unsanitary! I wouldn't want that doughnut, knowing someone else had it in the car and probably touched it. You can't spare a $1.49 doughnut? I spent $17, was $1.49 worth the bad review? Rating 3 stars because their food is amazing, but customer service sucks. And I really don't feel like going back and getting attitude from the staff. read more

I have to say I love love love BoSa Donuts! I've been to a couple of the locations with this one being the closest to me and their donuts have always been amazing, regardless of which location I've gone to! My favorites are the blueberry cake donut and the chocolate glazed, but the crumble and the cinnamon role are great too! Basically, I have yet to taste a donut here that I've disliked. The base dough they use is amazing and their regular donuts are always super fluffy and soft. Their cake donuts are dense, as expected, and have a really satisfying flavor and texture. I have yet to try the coffee or the boba, but do look forward to grabbing that one day. Service is great and the donuts are fairly priced and delicious. I came in to pick up an online order that was not cheap. They still ignored me and took several orders prior to even greeting me. I've been addictive to boba lately and it's been hard to get some late at night, until now! This place is open 24 hours and they have a drive though as well. They do donuts, breakfast, smoothies, boba and more. There is a nice spread of donuts right when you walk in. Nice variety of donuts to choose from. Remember there is a drive though. I missed it the first fee times but it's there. You come in around the back and then come out between the two buildings. The people are super nice and they remember you. They always make sure you are satisfied. Boba has been consistently good now. The boba is coming soft and very yummy! I am very excited! Overall, this is a great place and is open 24 hours. There boba is really good and they have serval flavors to choose from. I might end up trying something from then breakfast menu next time. read more

I had DoorDash deliver, which I just canceled I had them take me off there account system and deleted their app. So many problems with them and they are so outrageously priced. Back to donuts. I've ordered from Bosa twice. Today the donuts were stale. The devil's food has some really weird medicinal taste to it I don't know what in the world they put in that donut but I had to throw them both away. My Family.has been going to BoSa Donuts for over 20 years. And today was by far the worst experience in those 20 years. To get straight to the point the girl at the window was extremely rude and had all sorts of attitude as my son puts it, then when she was about to hand us our order she dropped it on the floor rudely said wait a minute and then continued over to the donut case and put the donuts that had fallen on the floor back in the display case for some one else to eat. At that point we decided that we would not be eating at BoSa donuts today or ever again for that matter. Holy smokes this is an awesome donut shop. We made a random stop-we were literally just driving by. You're immediately greeted by a fantastic smell like no other...a donut shop has a distinct smell and it is a good one! We were greeted with happy, smiling faces from the employees and the selection of donuts was out of this world. My 3 kiddos were beyond excited as they admired with eyeballs the size of saucers. We bought an assorted dozen. So next came the hardest part...waiting til we got home to sample. They were SO good. Deliciously fresh and soft, the icings were all good (best maple I've ever had). Lady behind the counter was coughing up a storm! Not a good look in the days of COVID 19 guys. The one time I decide to leave the house. Ugh. In the great donut debate that is cake vs. raised, I am a fanatical zealot of the former. I'm sad to report to my cake donut bretheren that there is nothing here but disappointment. Maybe the raised donuts are good, but I wouldn't know since I don't eat those filthy barbarian biscuits. The buttermilk bars aren't even bars, but goofy little squares. They still call them buttermilk 'bars' though for some reason. Too hard to figure out how to make a bar, huh guys? These buttermilk whatever thingys are covered in about 6000 layers of glaze. Way too much glaze guys. What is the point of making a cake donut if you can't even enjoy the cakey texture? FAIL. The old fashioned donuts are withered and small, which again, is from the over-use of glaze. A little goes a long way with cake donuts, but these muppets have zero concept of the nuanced details it takes to make a fine baked round cake. This place would have been shut long ago in a lot of other places. But I guess people here just don't really care that much about quality. Truly heart-breaking really. Never thought I'd give Bosa a bad review but here goes...this location is a joke. Earlier today I ordered an iced coffee with a lunch sandwich and the young lady told me they couldn't fill that order because, according to the idiot manager, it's not a "combo order." Which makes no sense because just yesterday I ordered that exact same thing and it wasn't an issue. Why the hell is it a problem now? Sounds to me like the manager didn't wanna put in the effort for a very simple order. From now on I'll be going to any of the other locations because this is downright ridiculous. Went in a week ago at 12:03 pm, was 2nd person in line. Ordered 2 large smoothies. Five minutes later a swarm of medical people came from across the street. Everyone's order came and went and at 12:25, I asked for my order and they informed me that it would be right out as it was accidently placed under all the new orders. At 12:41 I finally got my smoothies and had a therapy appt at 12:30. I was charged $45 co-pay and refused my appt. Nothing was said by the Donut shop. The glaze is just the right amount of sweet, and the employees are friendly. It's well known around my donut loving office. They are not crazy expensive, and they have tasty beverages as well. Highly rated, but noone in the place gave me pause. The place was clean and donuts being prepared in house a big plus. Very standard donut selection, but no maple glaze donuts. I appreciated the smaller size apple fritter and cinnabon which are available in a dozen without an up charge. The donuts we did get were excellent. The lemon filled had a hint of ginger, the buttermilk was very cake like with perfect sweetness, the cinnabon had a great texture with just enough cinnamon, an apple fritter with enough crunch texture with apple to satisfy. This place, 75th ave and Cactus..... is disgusting. Everyone who works there should be ashamed. Every table, all six...? were dirty. No trash can in the flappy thing where the trash can goes... No soap in the bathroom. That bathroom looks like its never been properly cleaned or even cleaned before. As a matter a fact the whole place looks like its never been cleaned. I deleted my old review that stated there was short thick hair in the bottom of my smoothy a time or two. Definitely lost my business. read more
