My wife introduced me to Bosa donuts when someone had brought them into work and she brought me one to try. I was instantly hooked. The raised glazed are my favorites as they melt in your mouth. Crispy Creme has nothing on these guys. Unfortunately at the time there were no locations near our home. I had stopped by several other locations and had mixed results; one had closed early because they ran out of donuts and the other's donuts for some reason all tasted like coconut even though they didn't have any on them. This review is for the 75th Avenue and Cactus location. They are open 24/7 and are always well-stocked. I've noticed during my last two visits that the donuts seem to be bigger. No complaints here. Also once they threw in extra donuts for free for some reason and I couldn't turn them down. I do wish they'd make a lemon-filled donut with powdered sugar. That is my all-time favorite but the closest they have is a glazed version which is still really good. My wife inquired about this and they claimed if we give them 24 hour advanced notice they can make me some. I've yet to take them up on that offer as getting donuts from here is usually an impulse decision. read more

Good donuts but the dining room is always filthy, tables, booths, floor, etc..the emergency exit is blocked with stored product, the bathrooms are dirty with no soap and the trash receptacle has no bin so the trash just falls on the floor...gross. Went in there and got myself a buttermilk bar donut. ( My favorite. ) The thing was ridiculously small. There's nothing more sad than when a donut shop tries to save a penny or two by skimping on the normal size a donut should be. Every other Bosa donut shop makes normal sized donuts but not this one. I guess they think it's just being smart in business but I'll never go back and I'm leaving this negative review. I guess its not that smart after all. Enjoy the 1-2 pennies you saved. read more

Everything you want a donut to be! Soft and airy! They also offer cake donuts which are a bit thicker. Drive thru is 24 hours. Ever get a midnight craving and don't want stale gas station donuts this is your place. We went around 9:00 pm and case was fully stocked. read more

Let me start off by saying I'll never come here again! I was super excited to bite into my chocolate glazed donut until I realized there was a CRICKET smashed to the bottom of it! I bring it up to the front and the manager tells me I put it there!! Oohhh boy did he have some nerve. My response is why tf would I put a cricket on my doughnut. We go back and fourth for a little bit. Finally he said we can get you a new one but you have to pay for it!! The managers a real classy guy as you can tell. This place has some of the most amazing donuts ever. The inside and out side is very clean the staff are all friendly and helpful. It shows they truly care about customer service. It's more than just doughnuts..... Didn't have time to try anything else but a glazed doughnut and a bite of a long John. They are beautiful and fluffy. The first two bites were amazing, but by the time the third bite came along, I could feel the grease on the roof of my mouth. But, that won't stop me from going back and it shouldn't stop you from trying a doughnut, unless you have blood work scheduled the next day! It's a clean and well lit joint. First-timer here! I did walk-in, not drive-thru, so I could browse the menu. Picked up a dozen variety today and was NOT disappointed. I tried the blueberry cake; I tried the chocolate cake w/chocolate frosting; I tried the glazed...and they were on point. Soft, fresh, doughy, perfect sweetness level. Best donuts in Peoria !! They don't just serve donuts they also have breakfast sandwiches , lunch sandwiches , smoothies, coffee , and even a drive thru ! Had the munchies for a donut after dinner last Friday night. First things first...they are open! It's tough to get to a donut shop if they close at noon or 2pm. Secondly, the flavors were good. Comparing the apple fritters with another baker, these had more real apple bits in it, not over cooked dough. The sour milk bats are delicious. Note a cake dough consistency. If I could give a zero rating I would. This place does not know what in the world they are doing. I went through the drive thru ordered my items pull up to the window the guy at the window charges me one price I pay what he tells me. Then another female employee comes to the window and she tells me a completely different price then what the first guy tells me. He then proceeds to tell me ohh she didnt ring you for this item ohh and they forgot one of my items as well so they had to charge me for that too. So what these idiots dont understand is not I'm over paying cause you charge me twice and I have to pay sales tax twice so I was overcharged due to these careless employees mistakes. read more

Most of the times they don't have many of the donuts. Just went and tried to order filled donuts. Was told "no filled donuts now" then tried to order chocolate and maple bars and again said not available. 3/4 of their donuts were not available. This has happened several times.
