I'm glad they are gone. I drove up from Austin a couple of years ago to look at 2017 Ford Expedition Limited for $19,995. When I got there the salesman I had been talking to told me it was now $22,995. I was going to walk, but he explained they were simply recouping their expense for installing a new set of tires and a new water pump. Like a fool, I paid the "bait & switch" ransom, since I had just driven four hours to see the SUV - and I liked it. I found out when I got home their shop misdiagnosed the coolant leak. A hose should have been replaced. It cost me $850 to resolve the constant drip, drip, drip in my driveway. When I called the salesman, he was impotent from being able to help me. Then later I found out the tires were already a couple of years old when I bought the vehicle. So I'm glad the lying, unethical bastards up there in Flower Mound are out of business. When you find a great car online and see that Bosco's is priced just below all the other options so you decide to check their reviews for the catch, here it is. Buried in their seller notes fine print it says, "Disclaimer: Sale price does not include sales tax, title, license & dealer service fee." I expected that would include 6.25% sales tax and a few hundred dollars for tax, title, license, and we thought we could manage anything else that came up. ***The reality: they list prices below what they're capable of selling it for. They literally refused to sell me the car for the price they listed unless I paid an additional 3k in sellers fees that most people must not question on the contract. After haggling back and forth with old school car dealer tactics like having me sign my name on my counter offer and being put on ice while they "check with the manager" for 20 minutes at a time, they finally agreed to sell me the car for what they advertised - then, after running my credit and putting me through the entire application process - they slid me a contract that included a $3,500 warranty that I had not asked for. After I declined the warranty, they refused to sell me the car for the agreed upon price again. Went back and forth further, between the sales guy, the finance guy, and the manager, for a better warranty program and they came back with a cheaper warranty - that somehow had an even higher final price! I was told that the disclaimer of the dealer service fees that includes their auction costs, detailing the vehicle, updates, etc, is communicated up front and that can range as high as $8,900!! and they just can't sell it to me for what I was asking for (again - their listed price). I'm giving two stars because they had a wide range of inventory, of which I test drove four vehicles (without an escort due to covid), and until the negotiations they were nothing but accommodating. Even then, they were respectful and nice enough, I just felt played for an idiot. Still, one of the cars was listed with an accident on the carfax and the other was being sold as-is with a giant crack in the panoramic sunroof, so you'd be wise to question the integrity of their inventory a bit too. read more

Hopefully you are seeing this and other reviews like it before making your purchase. If so I have several reasons why this is not the dealership you should do business with. We purchased a 2017 Model X from them after finding it as a great price on Car Gurus. 1. The price they quote is $3000 to $6000 less than the actual price as they will add a Dealer fee. 2. You likely saw several images of a 3 year -100k mile warranty attached to the vehicle images giving you the assumption that it's a pretty safe bet. It does not apply to vehicles over 100k miles. Even 106k miles. 3. Specifically for prospective Tesla buyers, they have no clue about the vehicle they're selling. We drove over 4 hours to pick up the car and when we showed up it wasn't charged. They say it is because they only have a 110 outlet and it charges too slow (the salesman said it takes 2 weeks to charge to 100% - from 50-100% takes 36 hours at most on a 110). Conveniently not charging it also lets them mask any battery degradation. Our car that should have a range of 295 miles (100D) as was listed on Car Gurus only gets up to 261 at 100%. And it won't even get that. We are not zippy drivers reveling in all that instant acceleration, we bought it because it seats 6. So I begin driving back to make it back to Tulsa in time for an evening shift and my wife and our newborn start back an alternate route in the brand new car to see her mom. By the time she reaches the Denton Supercharger the car has massively overheated in January with warning messages about the A/C. I call right away letting them know it's 88 degrees inside. No attempt to fix it or have us bring it back. My wife and baby suffer though the trip back and I have an appointment set with the Tesla service center here in Tulsa. The compressor is shredded and there's metal all through the system, total replacement - $4000. I send them the invoice and a picture of the metal covered cleaning swab from the A/C line. No way it could have been missed. I'm told the GM will call me on January 13th. I call or text regularly for the next month. I finally received the response today that they will do nothing to make it right. Not the $4000 invoice, not a return on the $2890 dealership surcharge, not $1000 token of good faith. Not a penny. 5. Their salesman will be very friendly and work to give you that good feeling. You aren't friends. They aren't there to be your friend, they are there to get you to finance whatever vehicle the dealership found at auction and cleaned up to look nice. This isn't one of those we'll take care of you and make sure everything is right. So if you choose to buy a vehicle from them you need to know you are assuming all risk and they have no qualms about it. I wouldn't buy from them again. I wish I hadn't in the first place. Don't let necessity and circumstance drive you to make such a risky decision. read more

My experience here wasn't perfect but I had cash so I didn't have to play the full game with the back and forth with management. Overall the experience was par for the course. They have a good website, good inventory, great location, and very nice store. Tons of money sitting in the indoor show room. Clean, professional, and well oiled business overall. Trent my salesman was great, not pushy and helpful. Great communicator and kept me updated on things. When I looked over and test drove the vehicle I was interested in I asked what they would take for it. He (Trent) left me on ice for 20 minutes and comes back with nothing. (In any negotiation you never want to put out the first number, they understand this). So I just gave him a stupid low number and then he showed me his paper, $2,999 dealer fee! Nope, I was leaving at this point. I told him I don't have to buy a car and I can take my money elsewhere as I am not playing the game. 2 minutes later the sales manager comes in. Tries to tell me that those fees are normal. (Dealership fees are normal, but the Texas state average is $135, no where close to $3k). I walked away from the deal because we were still $1,000 from where I wanted to be. Trent called me the next day after speaking to another manager, they came down and we met in the middle adding some repairs, oil change, deep cleaning, and alignment (it didn't need one). I purchased a Range Rover in 2022 for my wife's birthday. I also bought an extended warranty costing me $4,500, financed with my principal payment. I tried calling Bosco last week to bring my call in for service but was informed by a previous worker that they were no longer in business. So I took my vehicle to Park Place in Dallas. Once they called the warranty company, they were informed that the warranty was voided 7 days after the purchase, because they never received a check from Bosco, so I had no warranty on my vehicle for 2 years. The repairs will cost me over $7,000 out of pocket to get my service completed. The finance company said it was not their responsibility to refund me my $4,500. So I'm paying for a warranty and financing charge that I do not have. It is not a surprise that this FAMILY OWN DEALERSHIP is out of business. read more

We could not be happier with our experience with both the salesperson, Daniel Orosco, AND with Bosco Auto Group. We don't take car buying lightly and we are intolerant of the dealership run-around. Admittedly, my patience runs thin when it comes to how some dealerships handle their business. I sent an inquiry online about a vehicle we were interested in. I heard back from Daniel in less than an hour. I gave him all the information for the trade-in I had and he set an appointment with us for the following day. I texted Daniel prior to us coming in and in no uncertain terms, told him, "in due respect, no bs-ing. In and out, easy", or we leave. I also told him I would not stay beyond an hour to hour and a half max--from walking in to deal closed and driving away. He was fine with it and said he'd have the truck and his finance person prepped for our arrival. Yes, I read the reviews...even saw a couple calling out Daniel himself. I even initially cancelled our scheduled appointment because of some of the reviews we saw (what can I say, we value our time and didn't want to deal with some of what we read about). EVEN with that, no pressure from Daniel when I text him we were not coming (initially); he just asked that I simply keep him posted if we eventually chose to come in or not. Because of that low-key, no hassle response, we finally decided to make the one-hour drive. On that note, I cannot speak for the reviews that anyone else has posted about Daniel. I will say, Daniel was OUTSTANDING for us and we have nothing bad to say about him or his professionalism, whatsoever. I'll add that people are human, and, without someone saying something, no one can really know what other's may be dealing with on any given day. Daniel was awesome and open with us. I appreciated his transparency. The truck we went to see was washed and ready, sitting out front. As he said he would, Daniel had prepped the finance person and he was ready upon our arrival. They quickly looked over the trade-in while Daniel took us out to drive the truck we wanted. From the time we got there, drove the truck, got back from the test drive, to going directly into the finance person's office, and driving away with the truck we wanted, took just under 1.5 hours. This was an incredibly easy and pleasant experience. Folks were professional and the process was expeditious. My review will be similar to just about every other review for this shady spot. They will promise things and not deliver, they have a $3000 dealer fee which is astronomical, and are short on respect. I put a $500 deposit down to hold a truck that had been sitting on the lot 163 days (like it was going anywhere anytime soon). Some personal issues occurred and i was no longer able to purchase the vehicle anytime soon, of course, the deposit which I was previously told would be refundable magically became non-refundable. Shocker. Luckily, I found a newer and nicer vehicle for substantially less money than this place was offering. Add $3,000 to any price tag you see here, and beware of Brandan and Jason. Worst place to buy a high-end vehicle. They don't have enough administration staff to handle your paperwork or to process your requests. I submitted my request for a warranty refund back in March and they tell me they don't have the manpower to handle the numerous requests they receive. Its now August and I still have not received my refund. No follow up from after 10-15 emails but one email saying "we just don't have the manpower to process your request". I dealt with Dustin. A sharp dressed man in a skinny suit that worked his butt off to help get me into a gem of a ride! Things didn't get off to a great start, though, the first vehicle I looked at (BMW X3) stalled and blew smoke in my face during my brief test drive. Needless to say but, I was completely dissatisfied and totally felt like leaving the dealership. Dustin came to my stall spot, humbly and sincerely apologized, then drove me back to Bosco. He was upset, as well, and vowed to help find me another ride. Dustin lined up a VW TOUAREG and a LEXUS 350 SUV. He showed tremendous patience, didn't pester me while I took a fine tooth comb through each (several times), and allowed the cars to speak for themselves. That was my favorite part, he gave me space. I chose the TOUAREG and Dustin jumped on working a deal to keep the price in my budgeted range. I received an outstanding Extended Warranty Platinum Package (The first time I've EVER purchased one) and feel like I would definitely return for another vehicle from Dustin and Bosco AG. Soon as deal went through I've gotten zero help, and have been completely screwed. they sent my pay off for my truck i traded in over 30 days after, which screwed my credit, with a history of zero late payments prior. I've contacted them said they guy that does it was injured and out of office and that's why it didn't get sent. said they would send a letter to my bank to fix their mistake. they have not done it, made over 20 phones calls, keep getting told it will get done. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP VIA ONLINE SALES PLEASE I say online sales cause that is what i have experience with and truely think that if i would have been able to see the car before buying it everything would have been different.Neson Rivera is the sales man i used to buy a 2020 Tesla Model S Performance. He was very friendly and helpfull during the sales process but as soon as the sale was done so was he. The GM at this place does not care what happens either he will not return a call or email. The car i got had 110 more miles on it then what was told to me, it was put in to vallet mode after a few lauches were made. I know this cause there is a khw meter on the car that shows you the usage from the last 60 miles. The car was dirty and had scratches that happended during shipping and one that was covered up with touch up paint. What i was told was the transport company is 3rd party and they dont care. They asre the ones that arranged to company to transport the car and recomended them. I have got no help from either. We were working with Jason on purchasing the Ram 2500. We came in 3 times and negotiated back and forth a little. Finally when we decided to pull the trigger. On 05/25, I was going to come in to sign the paperwork. Jason told me that their internet was down so it would be pointless to come in. He told me to check back in on 05/26. I texted him at 9:13am on the 26th asking if his internet was good and if we could come in and sign. He then told me "oh sorry, someone came in last night and put a deposit down on it". They will trick you into thinking they have your best interest and are just a family oriented dealership trying to give you a good deal. We purchased a high end vehicle at what we thought was a fair price. that same night the check engine light comes on. Then the sensors and camera system stops working. We call Brian the sales agent and he says he will see what he can do to fix it. They keep the car for days don't even call us to give us an update and when we finally pick up the car they tell us it's under warranty and we need to take it to the actual dealer/maker so they can fix it. We show up and they tell us no warranty. Now we have to pay for a full diagnostic and repairs for a vehicle we purchased and only drove for a few hours. We call Brian and all he ever says is I'll see what I can do then you don't hear from him. We called him back and said they can't do anything for us. Definitely a shady place. They have nice display of cars but seems like none of them work properly. Beware of the dealership fees which we asked to be removed and they weren't happy but winded up doing it anyway or I wouldn't purchase. Worse car experience ever. I called ahead, provided information, test drove the vehicle in the rain, which was fine. Wanted the car! Asked for a follow up call the next morning because apparently they couldn't find any info on the car when I test drove it. Again, I followed up in the morning. No response. Sent two emails throughout the day, no response. Provided all the data they requested for their "systems" so they know who you are. Next day you're not even in the system. It's like starting from scratch Text the guy, Spoke with him on the phone and he said he had three other customers! but that's he'd speak with some one and get me a "deal". He said give him a few minutes. No call back. Drove 50 minutes to location to buy car. Received another call on the way it was sold then no it's available. Still headed to the dealership, luckily car was there ! Sales guy that committed to call me back was no where to be found. I wait for over an hour to get info on the car. No one can find sales guy. They tell me he's sick today. Then they tell me he's with a customer. No he's actually out getting a sandwich and just failed to return my call 2 hours earlier ! so end game is ACTUAL price is thousands over advertised list price. $2800 extra charges for "refurbishment "when the car is literally like new ? Seriously. Finance manager calls me says he is sorry BUT he's gonna get the "deal" for me. He calls owner then he calls me back. Nope he can't get it done. Car was $23,990 they want $28,000 now. After taking the vehicle home I encountered a few issues weeks later, all of which were addressed and fixed without any hassle. I would leave negative stars. Honestly the worst experience after the sale. We purchased a GL550 Mercedes. The selling point and the only reason the vehicle qualified for the higher end warranty was that they basically certified the vehicle. Day 2 of ownership we are coming back from downtown and car felt like the air bags had been turned off. Anyway drop it off, week plus later the air bags in the front were bad. When we pick the vehicle the starts popping in the back. Took the vehicle back then they worked on vehicle, suspension broken in the back. Pick the vehicle up, drive it off the lot, now the front is popping, back to the dealership. Ok this is all in the first 2 weeks, certified vehicle? Car is getting low on gas and oil light comes on. Call the dealership, they told me that was normal for Mercedes that everytime fill light comes on you check the oil. Check the oil and it is 2 quarts down. So I add oil and within 600 miles, oil light comes on again... which is not within the Mercedes guidelines. Back story we paid for a $4300 warranty, can you guess where these repairs are being billed back to? Bosco, cheaper for them to pay deductible and take the income via their service department. Fast Forward, it took over a year to get the key fob $ after consisted weekly contact with misrepresentation from the dealership. We tried to trade vehicle back and they would not work with us. We finally took vehicle to Mercedes who did an oil consumption test and it was a leaking turbo hose. Certified Vehicle? Then we had mold in the vehicle due to a leak on the frame....that required $1,000 plus to fix out of our own pocket. Certified Vehicle. We did not feel comfortable selling the vehicle to anyone or at auction until we knew the vehicle was right. We took at $13,000 hit when we sold it recently. We have Allen to thank for all the head aches. Charming and confident guy but total liar and what pissed me off is he ex-Marine that acts this way. We tried to escalate but was told he is the guy. I am currently waiting on a refund check for warranty. I have come the following conclusion, one they use my vehicle for parts which they probably place in other vehicles needing repair and then the use parts from other vehicles to fix mine. Also they scammed the insurance warranty company because they knew the vehicle was defective, they have low rates but bill the insurance another rate to get us to leverage them. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! In 2020 I bought my first car here and ever since the day I brought it home there was nothing but problems with the car. First of all on the website the car was listed for $10,000 but when all the paperwork was signed it ended up being $15,000. A few hours after buying the car the check engine light came on, so I called and brought my car back to the dealership and they kept it for a week just to tell me "it's because the car takes premium gas"... but I hadn't even put gas in the car yet. I went home and guess what... the light comes on again and this happened after the 15+ different times I took my car in, but it was always something "small". Seems like they would just clear the check engine light and tell me they fixed it. Being a young girl who knows nothing about cars I believed them because I bought my car there and had a two year warranty with them. Eventually I was getting frustrated with them and the check engine light coming on every time I got home. I took my car to AutoZone to run a diagnostic for the check engine light. The code was something about my catalytic converter being messed up. I took the paperwork that AutoZone gave me to them and suddenly they saw that was the reason the light kept coming on. They told me there was a warranty on the catalytic converter because it got replaced right before I bought the car. About two weeks later I picked my car back up, and I asked for the paperwork saying what got done and they didn't have it because it got replaced at a place called B&B muffler. Get home and finally a few days pass and the light doesn't come on then a couple days later..... THE LIGHT COMES ON AGAIN!!! I am a broke college kid who cannot keep having to take my car 50 minutes away to get fixed and not have a car for weeks, so I wait about a month take it up there they told me they have a waiting list to get the car checked out and they would call me when I could bring it in. I wait a month and receive no call, so I called them and they tell me there's still a wait they still have my name down. At this point my 2 year warranty is over so everything is full price/ out of pocket. Now that the warranty was over they magically knew everything that was wrong with the car. $2,000 worth of problems with this car but they gave me a "deal". Again I am a broke college student so I couldn't afford that so my family helped me out. As soon as the car was ready to be picked up they called and said "the car isn't driveable we need to fix blah blah blah on it, which is another $2,000". Luckily my insurance covered most of that cost. Don't get me wrong, the service guys were extremely nice, but I also have a feeling they knew what they were doing. After that I just didn't want the car anymore and wanted to sell it, now that everything was fixed I figured it would be worth something. I checked on KBB to see how much it would be worth and they wouldn't even tell be because the odometer had been set wrong at this place. So I drove it around and got a car wash and detailed the inside and the light wasn't turning on. Then my grandpa drove a little more and the light turned on and the car stopped running and it started smoking. Now the car didn't run and THOUSANDS of dollars just went to waste. The most I could sell it for was $1,000 just for the parts. I was out $16,000+ on this car. Now i'm paying for a car that I don't even have anymore that I barely ever drove because it was in the shop half of the time. When I left the last time they asked for a Yelp review... so this is it, if I could give 0 stars I would. I'm just warning everyone else so they don't go through what I went through. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Initially gave this place a five-star review but now I'm coming back three days after my purchase to give them a one-star review; I would give less than that if possible. Marci helped us with the purchase of our truck and she was great, the rest of the experience not so much. The next day, after purchasing the truck, the check engine light came on, and we realized that the entire exhaust system was faulty and needed to be replaced; which cost a few thousand dollars. If not replaced the truck will reduce and limit your speed, and eventually shut completely off. So without fixing this, the truck would be useless. We had also set an appointment to come and look at the truck since we live an hour away. Unbeknownst to us, the tailgate did not work at all nor did the 360 cameras (which was not disclosed on the truck ad/website). My husband being the handyman he is and knowing a lot about diesel trucks decided that it was OK and we negotiated back and forth for a bit with another guy at the dealership. It should have been a red flag when they were very quick to take off the dealer's fee... On day 2 of owning the truck we realized that the entire lock system didn't work because the truck had a broken door handle (not noticeable whatsoever to the naked eye) obviously meaning that it had previously been broken into. So now we have a truck that doesn't drive (until fixed), a key that is stuck in the driver-side door, and a tailgate that doesn't work whatsoever. One of the Co-owners of BOSCO had been driving the truck since they had gotten in into their inventory on 2/14/2023, so he would have easily known AT THE LEAST about the codes that were obviously cleared. Of course, we know the possibility of something being wrong with purchasing a used vehicle; but we have purchased 7 used vehicles and have never witnessed such shady business. The other Co-owner said he would reach out after the weekend had passed to see if there was anything he could do but with no promises. We have yet to hear from any owner after e-mailing him and having our salesperson at BOSCO ask every day, multiple times a day if they would be calling. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. The salesman (Jason) has some serious communication issues. I wasn't there 10 minutes and he was acting like he was the salesman of the year and didn't need my business. Which is what he got, I talked to the manager and he acted as if I had the problem and Jason was such a great salesman. I never even got to discuss any sort of pricing before the meltdown by Jason. They wouldn't of known if I was paying cash or had my own financing or what my credit score was because we couldn't get past Jason's meltdown. I assure you should take your bossiness elsewhere. Ultimately, I bought a car from them and I feel decent about the car for the price I paid in the current market. However, beware, they are your typical old dealership that will hardly take "No" for an answer. They play the typical games of hidden dealership fees and going back and forth between different "managers" to play a pricing game with you. They will tell you out and out lies about what's been inspected and what's been done to the car to brow beat you into buying before you step out the door. Luckily, I didn't have to finance the car I bought or it probably would have been even worse for me. I had read the reviews about them prior to going and learned about their "dealer fees" tactic before going in so it wasn't such a surprise. I will pretty much guarantee the price you see listed is not the price they plan on getting. Expect about a 10% - 15% mark up on the price you see listed just in so called "dealer fees" and you can just about be assured you'll never get it below the price they initially ask. They tacked on $2k of dealer fees on a $12k car that they didn't do much at all other than clean it. I know that because I was sent pictures of the car less than a week from when I bought it and it was extremely dirty inside and out. He even told me that they hadn't had a chance to send it through the mechanic at that time. They did at least detail it prior to me looking at it in person. During the final paper signing I did something stupid and against my better judgment and kick myself to this day because of it. I paid cash but still the salesman asked me for my SSN before we could finalize everything. I asked why and he said they had to run a background check to make sure I wasn't a person with a criminal past. Why in the world I complied and gave him my actual SSN still haunts me. With all the brow beating as well as lies I was told by the salesman and manager I have a fear they are selling off my information somewhere. A SSN or background check is not required to buy a car. They probably need this info if you're going to get financing but if you're buying a car with cash don't give it to them because who knows what they are going to do with it. Just know what you're getting yourself into if you ever step foot in their door. read more

I bought a car there. They did not give me an appropriate valuation of my trade in and the charges me for the services they provided on the car before I bought it. The salesman was a nice guy and I'm not sure he has a clue what's going on in the back. After renegotiating price it still came in over valued. I should have walked away right then. I ended up with a car that was not sound. After putting in $2700 of repairs before the first month was over, we are now having to put out another $900 to fix something else. On top of that they have said they will fix an airbag sensor and it has not been taken care of yet. I went in believing the best about this car dealership and now I know better. Will drive to Irving to go to Classic next time!!! read more
