I've been twice now and it's always a good experience for me. I get gelX and love how my nails turn out, not heavy and a perfect shape. Their employees are clean, kind, professional and always talented!! It's definitely pricey but I'd say worth it esp with a design

Gigi is the best!! I've been getting my nails done by Gigi for the past year and she is amazing. I get structured soft gel and it doesn't chip for 3 or 4 weeks each time. These are the best manicures I've gotten in Boston, Gigi always does a perfect job!

I've never written a review before and hate to leave a negative one at that, but I feel the need to warn people about coming here. A little background is that I typically do my nails myself and have certain standards for what my nail art looks like. I wanted to treat myself to a gel manicure before a trip, so based off of Instagram photos and TikTok recommendations I booked an appointment here. The work on social media seemed to be high quality and the photos of the space made it look calm and clean. When I was scheduling the appointment, I'd found an inspiration photo from a nail account I follow on instagram and DMed it to the salon since I wasn't sure which level of art I needed to book-- they told me medium art. Today I was running late to the appointment because of work, so I called ahead to tell them. They told me it was no problem and moved my appointment twenty minutes later to accommodate. Their professionalism and understanding had me feeling optimistic. As soon as I walked into the salon, my gut was telling me to walk out. It was extremely busy (which is fine, it was a Friday evening) and smelled strongly of chemicals. There didn't seem to be good ventilation and there was nail dust on the surface of the table I was waiting for the tech at. It seemed quite different from what was in the photos. When I checked in the receptionist looked at my nails and asked me if I wanted the design from the photo I uploaded because my nails are shorter than the picture and they'd have to change it. I wasn't expecting an exact to the T design because I understand working on a shorter nail limits what you're able to do, but I at least thought they would take their time to thoughtfully adjust. I've been able to adapt nail designs from inspiration photos with longer nails onto my shorter nails with little to no issue. If a self-taught person can do this, a paid professional should be able to as well. I keep my nails short for work and had been growing them out over the past couple of weeks for this appointment. If it was really such an issue, I would have appreciated them telling me the design couldn't be done at all and I would have happily chosen something else. Not to mention there are many photos on the salon's Google, Yelp, and Instagram showing much more complex designs on nails the same length as mine. If they have a specific requirement for nail length or want the inspiration photos to match the exact length/size of your own nails, this should be disclosed on the website. I'm wondering if I'd have had a better experience if I'd booked complex nail art instead of the suggested medium. However, I will not be returning to find this out. As for the manicure itself, it was rushed, the design is uneven and inconsistent, nail edges were left rough and are catching on fabric, and as you can see in photos there are gaps in the polish at the tips of many nails. Some gel even cured on my skin and I kept finding hardened bits on my way home; it was clear so I'm guessing it was base or top coat. Throughout the whole process, the tech seemed annoyed, made snide comments such as "your nails are too small" and "you don't get your nails done often, do you?" He sighed and was verbally annoyed when I was confused about instructions he gave, I have cuts on two fingers, and there was no antibacterial soak or hand massage as advertised (I don't care that much about the hand massage, but still it was a service that was advertised and not provided). I didn't say anything because I thought I was overreacting and also just wanted to make my train home after a long, tiring day at work, but I really wish I'd spoken up. The more I look at my nails and think about the experience, the more I realize is wrong. The most horrifying part of this might have been the nail oil they applied at the end. The bottle was covered in nail dust and grime and the fraying brush had clearly been used on countless clients. I've never been in a bigger rush than when the tech told me I could wash my hands. I scrubbed and scrubbed at my cuticles until there was no trace of the oil left. Considering they don't do the antibacterial soak advertised and the fact that I have cuts on my fingers I didn't notice until leaving, I am terrified I'm going to get an infection from this. The first stop on my way home was to CVS to buy acetone and cotton rounds to remove the gel and Neosporin to put on my cuts. As soon as the cuts on my fingers stop hurting tomorrow, I will be removing the manicure and painting my nails myself. This whole experience was just a reminder for me to trust my gut; I really wish I'd spoken up. I felt so uncomfortable from start to finish. Overall, I felt like the tech was annoyed by me, the practices were not safe, the job was rushed, and the premises were not clean. In the future I'll stick to Treasured Hands and MiniLuxe since I've only ever had good experiences there. Would not recommend this place to anyone, book at your own risk.

I don't usually get my nails done outside but decided to splurge. I went in with photo references. I asked for gel nails (no tips), with a green and gold marble pattern. My nail artist Serena didn't disappoint. She was super gentle on my cuticles and did the nail pattern so quickly! I was done within the hour. As long as you make an appointment, you do not have to wait long. I highly recommend this salon and asking for Serena if you can. My sister got her nails done by Bryan. She asked for line art and he did a very meticulous job. For some reason another nail technician did come in and switch with him for a part of it, but the end result was beautiful regardless.

O B S E S S E D with this place!! It's super easy to request appointments on their website, and you can also "shop" their instagram and send a message to them with the specific post/nail design you'd like during the appointment, that way they can schedule you with the right nail tech. The gel manicures here are especially top notch. I've gotten it many times and they consistently last 3+ weeks, I end up filing my nails because they get too long. Plus all of the staff and techs are friendly, quick, and really work hard to give you what you want. What I love most about their pedicures is that they don't try to push all the add-ons/a la carte services, their prices are reasonable and include everything you'd expect. Sesey is my go to girl, takes her time and always does a thorough job. I've tried so many places in Boston having lived in South End and now Chinatown, and I will always make the trip to Back Bay for Boston's Nails & Spa. Every time I try another spot I just regret it. Do yourself a favor and book a service here! It's clean, quick, and quality.

I received the best gel manicure I've ever gotten in my entire life today at Boston Nails & Spa. I usually go to another salon in DTX but decided to try Boston Nails instead. I will be a returning customer for sure. Richie did my mani & Lily did my pedi. The pedicure was also 10/10! They were both fantastic, professional, kind, etc. I'm so happy I found a great nail place after living in Boston for almost 3 years. I don't think I've ever taken a photo of my nails before and I can't stop sending photos to my friends!!! Also, really good energy, everyone was super happy and it was very clean and organized. 100000x recommend!!!!

Had the best experience! The location was a bit hard to find, but you have to buzz in then go to the second floor. They were super nice and were able to completely nail my inspo! A bit pricey ($71), but it was a difficult design. Highly recommend! Also was down in under an hour. My nail tech was Rachel!

WOW!!! I freaking love this place!!! Had just had a bad experience the night before at a place on Newbury Street, and I was in desperate need of some help. They replied to my IG DMs sooooo quickly and were able to fit me in that day, which is rare, so I am so appreciative!!! I had Michael, and I loveddddd him!!! He did such an amazing job ... paying such close attention to detail. He was also fast and efficient. I showed him a photo of what I wanted, and he did an amazing job emulating it. This place is pricier than other places, but ... for what you get, I think it's worth it. Also, it seemed like the other technicians were also quite talented, which is rare. Most salons only have 1 or 2 really talented technicians that can do the more artsy stuff. I can't wait to return. Also, my BF got a pedicure. He said it was nice.

I paid $125 for gel x fill here and they came out horrible. I immediately came back upstairs and told them I hated them and was told I would only be refunded 20% which is $25. If I wanted them off she would take it for free and still charge me for the full amount. You can't tell me faithfully these look good. They look awful and the manager couldn't just refund me the whole amount and take these off. I don't recommend coming here. I don't know whose working they are posting on instagram but it's not there's. Included photos of what I wanted vs what I got. I wish Wendy would have told me that she couldn't attempt these because on instagram her work looks flawless and then what I got today doesn't match up with her work. The work she did was messy and awful. Don't recommend coming here. The techs here are trash and don't know whose work they are posting and the manager is awful for not refunding me in full and could have been more empathetic. Ended up getting them taken off for free but still had to pay the $125 for nails I did not end up keeping and plus ended up with cuts all over my fingers. Dont know if she was angered by the fact I took them off or what but not an excuse to cut up my hands with a drill. Unsanitary at that and disgusting.

I went in here to get a last minute manicure and polish removal for a wedding I am going to this weekend. They were able to fit me in quickly as had lots of techs working. I also elected to get a pedicure. I actually had one tech giving me a pedicure and one doing my manicure. Both were pretty concerned with it looking good, which I appreciated. The final results for both were fine but not fully perfect partly due to my own nail breakage and the gel removal required, which caused a nail discoloration that I wasn't expecting. I couldn't see it at first and wish my tech had said something about it to me. The process for both took about 45 minutes or so. Each cost about $50 including the polish removal and French addition. That is pretty on par with prices I've seen other places.

Cannot recommend Boston's Nail and spa enough!!! i never was a "every 3 week fill" kinda girly until i came to this salon! i usually see michael, and each set i get from him looks so much better than i expected! i always would just get a simple color/shape with my nails cuz i was scared of it not turning out how i'd hope, but i trust this tech with my lifeeee and i know i'll always have the best nails each time i come in! the shape of my nails is always so perfect and so natural and never chunky or too thick! i was also so shocked at how fast i am in the salon for (have never been in the salon longer than an hour and 15mins) if you're looking for a space that can do unique and abstract designs, a relaxing environment and quick efficiency Bostons Nail and Spa is the place for you!!! (attatched my fave !!:D)

Hands down the BEST nail place in Boston. I have been here multiple times now, with various different ideas for nail art and the technicians always do a fantastic job. I have never been disappointed. I got a pedicure and dip powder manicure with Winston. I really appreciated that he took his time and paid attention to detail. It was past closing and everyone else was cleaning up and finishing and Winston made sure I got the full pedicure experience and that my nails looked great. I wanted to wait a while before writing this review as I wanted to be absolutely positive that my nails would stand the rest of time. And honey did they ever! So about three weeks ago I was on Yelp looking for a nail salon that could repair my nails. I always like for hands to look good, the last place I had visited did a very and excuse my French shitty job on my nails, not to mention the tech broke two of my nails and then had the sheer audacity to charge me for something they did. Needless to say I decided I wasn't going back there. So I come across Boston Nail and Spa, and I'm looking through their pictures and reading the reviews and I'm like okay this seems like a really good place. But because I had been burned at the last spot I wanted to make sure that they could do exactly what I wanted to be done. Which means asking questions and sending photos of what I wanted my hands to look like given that I'm spending my money ya know? So I messaged Boston Nails and Spa and Van replied she was very patience and sweet and took the time to answer all of my questions. I even sent her pictures and she said that they could accommodate me later on that evening. I arrived for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised by the space it's very bright and open it is a very instagrammable location for all my social media enthusiasts. I was given a bottle of water and told me pick out a nail color. After being seated at nail station I was greeted by Danny who is just the flyest man ever! Dressed in all black he sat down and got to work he asked me to show him the picture of the nail style I wanted and he did just that. I was tempted to change my nail color and he told me to keep it because it's a very pretty color. I'm glad I did because my nails looked amazing. The shape the color everything looked AH-MAZING! I know for a fact I won't be going anywhere else for nails. Now as I mentioned before it was three weeks ago when I got my nails done. So the picture on the left is what I took immediately after l left the salon, the photo on the right is from this morning. Just a tad bit of growth but nothing outrageous. read more

I'm in town for the weekend and found this salon on yelp and requested an appointment. Within 5 minutes someone emailed me and helped me schedule for the next day. I must mention it was almost midnight. Cindy did my refill and her work was beautiful. I would highly recommend this location for all things nails and the service and attention was great. read more

Kate did a beautiful job on my ombré dip nails. I'm obsessed. I showed her a picture, and she made it happen. The salon is kept clean and all the staff are super friendly! They were accommodating too. I made an appointment for a gel manicure but when they saw I wanted something that would take more time, they were kind and found a way to fit me in a half hour later. Make sure you book an appointment ahead of time. read more

Jennifer, the owner, reached out to me and invited me back for a gel mani and pedi given the subpar quality of the first gel mani and pedi I received. Like I said in my first review, I had a great experience in this salon. The salon is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly! My gel mani was done by Diva, who did an excellent job with my cuticles! My pedicure was done by Chloe and she did an excellent job applying the light colored polish. I am extremely pleased with the results this time around but I am happier with the wonderful customer service provided by this salon! read more

The service here is great! I used a groupon for eyebrow threading on a Saturday night and I was greeted with a complimentary bottle of water. There was only one other client in the room, so they didn't seem too busy for a weekend. I got to lay down on a message/waxing bed which was a first for me in terms of an eyebrow threading experience, since most places just have a chair that tilts. The bed was also in a private room with a door. I was nervous about a new place doing my eyebrows, but I'm here three weeks later still happy with my brows. She took her time and really cleaned up my brow area. The technician checked with me to make sure I was happy with the results and gave me aloe at the end. Make sure to buzz the door at the entrance so you can get in and you can walk up the stairs. Just be careful of how many flights you've gone because I missed their door the first time and accidentally knocked on some random persons door and had to run back down a flight. read more

The location is kind of hard to find. When you're on Boylston, walk on the left side of the ride and you'll see a sign on the street. Go through the door and up some stairs and it's on the second floor, not the ground floor. This place didn't live up to some of the good reviews for me. Pedicure and manicure were standard, nothing special but not bad either. The problem was with the longevity of the polish. My gel manicure and regular pedicure both started to chip within a few days. Not worth the price, look elsewhere! read more

This place is fantastic! The nail techs are so nice and they really do such a good job with the design. They offer a ton of variety from regular gel to acrylic to apres gel x! As a guy, it can be intimidating going into a nail salon. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and ask for a manicure and pedicure. After going pretty often, it feels more and more normal each time. Take the advise of your nail technician on what procedures to take when at home and in between your next appointment. I found out that men usually go every 3-4 week for but its not frowned upon if you go less frequent. When you're always greeting people and shaking hands with people, some will notice how well kept your hands are. If you're happy with clean cuticle free hands, that's all that really matters at the end of day. It can be hectic trying to head over during rush hour so I would recommend giving them a call ahead of time to request an appoint. They do take walk in's as well and the wait times are usually no more than 5-10 mins. This salon is really spotless inside and to top if off all of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Tristine who works the front desk receptionist is super friendly and will make sure any of your questions will be answered. The music selection is also a big plus. Big fan and will be telling others to come here as well read more

I wanted to try a dip manicure and decided to go to this salon based on the reviews I read. I had the dip polish applied onto my natural nails, which are short. The technician did a good job shaping my nails. After the top coat was applied the nail surfaces looked matte and smudged even though the polish was supposed to be glossy. I asked him to apply another top coat, which he agreed to with some hesitancy. It looked much better the second time. There was also quite a bit of polish that was left on my skin around the cuticles. It was very visible and I'm not sure why it wasn't cleaned up during the manicure. I think that quality of the work is about the same as less expensive salons in less central locations, so I'll be sticking with those. read more

I made an appt the day before and the staff was really nice and answered all my pricing questions. I had paid less for nails in the past and have been really disappointed by the lack of detail at other shops so I decided to splurge and see if the reviews were real. Lee did my nails and he has an immaculate attention to detail and was really patient with me (Im not the greatest at relaxing my hands when i get them done). He made sure multiple times if I liked the shape (I got basically baby coffins cuz I didn't want the dramatic coffin look). I have a really crooked thumb nail it slants almost diagonally and he somehow magically made my thumb look the best it's ever been and took his time. The shop also gives you water!! The only con about this place is that I wish I had known it cost $10 extra to cut my cuticles because I didn't know it wasn't part of the package for dip powder and it was too late when I asked. read more

Very positive experience. I had Jenny and she was quick but efficient with my dip powder mani. It looks flawless and they use certain tools that aren't as harsh on your nails. In the past, my nails have felt sensitive after dip due to all the buffing done in the process, but not after leaving this mani!! Will definitely return. read more

I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she matched it exactly and it even looks better than the photo. Highly recommend going here and getting Gel x nail extensions especially with Serena!! I'm unsure why it took me so long to write a review of this place! I came here first on a whim when they first opened and fell in loved. They always do a good job with both manicures and pedicures. Even if you're a walk-in, I believe the most I've ever had to wait is 15minutes or they give me a time to come back. Thankfully, if I have to wait a hour, they're on Bolyston so there's plenty of things to keep me occupied. Now, I do almost always call before going for my appointment. They also give a bottle of water which is nice (even though I don't always take it). They have increased their prices since they've gotten busier. I believe is $35 for gel and $55 for dip. Also they have TONS and TONS of colors from OPI, SNS, Essie. So you'll have plenty to pick from! Overall, if you live in Boston, this is the place to get your nails done! read more

This place is upstairs on Boylston near Sweet Green and very clean. About $10 more than other salons, however the salon is new and clean. Dzyn was my technician. He was very detailed and attentive. He spent a significant amount of time on my pedicure and manicure which came out fabulous. Total time was just under two hours. Update: I think I've just gotten really unlucky here. The spa is clean and detail oriented, however both times I've gotten an extremely slow technician. This last time, she took almost TWO hours to try to do a gel ombré manicure, and it was clear she didn't know how to do it. After an hour of watching her try, I just gave up and said I didn't want it anymore and I would just leave with my basecoat - since I was not expecting to spend two hours at a salon for a gel mani as I came in during a lunch break! These were my wedding nails so I wanted something higher quality, but I didn't get the ombré I wanted AND the gel coat I'm left with is not smooth because of her attempts to add ombré in and having to wipe off nail polish consistently!! I always try to give this place a chance since it's a nice spa and the location is convenient. But I get much nicer and faster manis elsewhere - without compromising the quality!! Feel bad writing this review, but was very disappointed for nails that are supposed to be for one of the biggest days of my life! Now I have to go somewhere else to fix them last minute. read more

This place was not worth the money. They do a decent job but the shaping was over done and my cuticles were super damaged after. The base of a few of my nails were raw even after I told the technician to ease up. Came with a friend and they got her started and then proceeded to leave her (nails undone just with the tips glued on for acrylics) for over 20 min. There's a first for everything but I probably won't be coming back. Decided to go based on a recommendation but I guess it depends on the technician. read more

I got my acrylics done by Cindy three weeks ago and THEY ARE STILL SO NICE. Definitely request her when you're looking to do a full set of acrylics. I have never had my nails look this good for this long. She's extremely keen on details and made sure everything was even. I will definitely be coming back for a refill when the time comes! This spot was sooooo cute! So I'm from Nevada, and I was in Boston for a week and wanted to get a nice acrylic nail fill done. I had a male artist (I believe his name was JK) and he was very detailed and thorough. I chose to do a chrome, rose gold color and it turned out soooo pretty, I can't even tell you how happy I was walking out of the salon. Clean, modern, stylish - everything I was hoping for in a Boston salon. The price was a little higher, but it was in the center of Boston and I got chrome nails done, so that was to be expected. I came back home to my town in Nevada and people have been loving my nails almost as much as me! I highly recommend this spot. read more

I've been seeing Cindy consistently now for about 3-4 months for dip and regardless of the higher price of the area, I always love coming back! Cindy does an amazing job and she's so detailed. Even though the salon has higher prices (not really unexpected for the area of Boston, but high if someone is used to going outside the city), I always know I'll get a great dip manicure so it's worth it to me. I think the longest I've gone between dip is 4 weeks and they still never lifted off (I've experienced that at other salons after like 2 weeks) read more

I usually love coming here for manis and pedis but am disappointed from my last visit. I decided to try the dip manicure and after two weeks, two nails have broken and a few others have chipped. Given the price ~$60 and it isn't actually a manicure so really just paying for the dip powder and I was expecting it to last at least 3-4 weeks. Not worth it read more

Came into town desperate for an acrylic fill and this nail studio came highly recommended; it did not disappoint! Cindy was absolutely AMAZING. It's hard to find a spot that does acrylics, let alone does them with such mastery. Very thin, very even, shape was spotless, and gentle filing when it was necessary. Make an appointment early on (they recommend 5 days at least out) but call frequently as they do have cancellations (I was lucky to get a last minute appt). A bit in the pricier end. $70 for an acrylic refill + $$ for shape and design. They do offer 10% discount for cash which is nice for the higher pricing. Was worth it for me! This place is terrific! I have never seen a nicer nail salon in Boston. The space is sexy - super modern and clean (they use disposable tubliners in the pedicure spa chairs, yay!), with some of the friendliest staff around. Jennifer and Sesey are great, but don't think you can go wrong with anybody here really. Lots of little extra services that aren't offered at the usual cheapo places, and they even provide complimentary bottled water. Worth checking out. read more

I've been here before and sadly had the same male as before do my nails and take two hours to put on a new set..... I don't understand how that's even possible but okay. I probably would've complained but the only reason I didn't was because I had two girls next to me who were really fun and we talked for the entire two hours so it didn't feel that long but when I was done I saw the time and couldn't believe it. Not to mention my nails are totally crooked. The tips are slanted SO bad and they're wicked uneven!!! You can see in the pic My pointer and middle finger tips. My thumb is even dipped down in the center because he didn't file correctly. I can't even believe this is how my acrylics look. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially not to places where the techs and staff are so sweet, but I definitely had a disappointing experience. If I'm going to fork out the money for a gel manicure and a pedicure, I expect lasting results. That's the entire point of getting a gel manicure - they usually last a good month for me if I'm careful. But a day after I got my gel manicure (in a very pretty, soft color), the polish started becoming discolored, almost stained-looking. I didn't use any hair or heat tools, and I'm not a smoker; there is no plausible way this could or should have happened. I thought I was going crazy when I first noticed it, but two, three, four days later now and there's no way to deny that my nails are super discolored and only getting worse. So really, the only explanation is that there was something funky going on with their polishes, which they purport to be top-quality. (Also, for some weird reason, I'm getting little skin bits coming off just under my cuticles, which I haven't had since I was a little girl who bit her nails.) And to top it all off, now my pedicure's chipped---half a week later. Look, the service is nice and the staff is lovely. But for the amount you pay, this is a huge disappointment. I basically threw away $80 on this mani/pedi, and I can't even go back to get them fixed because I got them before a trip. And now I need to go into another salon to get this fixed and spend another chunk of money on replacing this janky manicure? C'mon. Extremely disappointed. So this issue is distinct to this visit to EWC in Brookline, MA (and I've been to several others in the area). I tried to call…read moreand let them know i was running late but could not reach anybody. when i got there i had to wait 30 minutes (completely understandable since i was late). here's where my issue is: I then got a VERY rushed manicure (pictures attached). after she was done was directing me over to pay. when i said that i had booked a pedi to she said that i had to wait 30 more min? maybe it was a blessing so that i didn't waste another cent of my money.

The Tech did an excellent job on the toe-nails (much - much better than expected) then proceeded to wash and massage my feet and lower legs. Even though that was included I was only expecting my nails to be cut based on what the other place did. I was a happy camper so to speak and will definitely return as I live in the area and don't drive. The only problem (and it's not really a problem) is that I have to learn to let the Tech remove my socks and sneakers. I started to the the Tech took over. I've had pedicures before but on cruise ships. Now, due to age, I lsee Podiatry at MGH. But with this experience and taking the cost into consideration, I most likely will have second thoughts at going to podiatry. Hand nails I can do myself. As I don't drive and live within walking distance, I pay little attention to Parking. In the review I mention bike parking is available because of the location; use a parking meter? The price of $27 was (is) very very reasonable.

I walked in on Friday and she looked at me and said, ' do you have an appointment?'' she was cold, distant and had no smile on her face. I took off my glasses and my hat thinking maybe she didn't recognize me as a three year customer.. I said no, I'd like to make one. I made the appointment two days from then, and she wrote it in the appointment book. Today when I came for my scheduled appointment, she said she forgot about my appointment and asked me to come back later that day. I asked her what was going? I said I almost canceled my appointment today because The coldness in which I was received. I said there's no need to make another appointment. There are plenty of nail salons around and a frequent customer should be welcomed. What a shame, cause I frequently recommended the salon and that specific nail tech.

This is an honest to goodness review of this salon. First I would like to mention how bad the chemical smell was at this place. There was barely any ventilation and I was almost happy I had to wear a mask. I went in and there was no greeting or any instruction on what to do. The place was crowded there were multiple groups of people standing around waiting to get served and pay. So I just stood there for almost 5 minutes. I wanted a French manicure and was taken to the back when they finally had someone for me. The manicure was actually horrible. The nail tech had dirty tools that she took out of a crumpled and used UV sani pack. There was no lotion no scrub, nothing to make this a manicure. As for the polish the lines were all messed up, white nail polish around my cuties and on my nail bed. It was the fastest manicure I have ever gotten. And to charge $33 for it is ridiculous. I actually went home and filed my nails on the sides that she missed. It was more of a polish change than a manicure. I would never go back here. I usually go to another place in Back Bay but they were booked. I should have just waited next week than check this place out. read more

I wish I could give this salon 0 star. I came here on friday night for a gel mani with no appointment. I was happy when they took me right away because the salon was busy at that time. Tammy did my nails. She's sweet but I don't like the way she asked me so many times and try to convince to do the dip. I really wanted to have a good experience as I'm looking for a new salon in Boston. I used to try Treasure Hands but the service just ok. I regret for paying $55 for the dip which is last longer than gel and acrylic. It's been almost 13 days and everything ripped off. It doesn't last long like it does. She didn't cut my cuticles and touched to my cuticles too. My friends did it in Salem nails and P & T nail in Sharon, it's more cheaper alot and it's last almost a month and still looks good just nails grow out. Not coming back anymore. It's high end salon but it's not worth it for you. You should go to South, alot of nail salons better than here alot and more cheaper. Wasted my money!!!! read more

I never write reviews but had to for this place because I was so aggravated. First time going here recently and at first the place looked great. Danny the owner did my nails and he was very neat and precise which I liked. Staff gave me a bottle of water and thought to myself ok, nice service here. Then ONE day after getting my nails 2 of them chipped. I went back and he fixed them. 3 days later 2 more chipped but I was away and couldn't go back. But nor did I want to. I don't have time to keep getting my nails fixed. Now they are all chipped within a week of getting a GEL manicure.. This NEVER happened at my regular place which I only didn't go to because I was tight on time and went local on my lunch hour. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I had the BEST experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely top-tier -- everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. The environment was spotless, relaxing, and beautifully set up, which instantly put me at ease. The music was perfect too -- not too loud, just the right vibe to make the whole visit feel calm and enjoyable. I came here on my visit to Boston, luckily I got seated right away. I really like my pedi a lot it does look great. The prices are about $10 higher than most places I've been but the quality made me not care. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 was because I felt uncomfortable. Speaking in another language is fine but laughing and giving each other looks just made me insecure and felt like they were talking about me. Not accusing anyone but I'm pretty sure I felt uneasy for a reason. Other than that the place is super clean and the techs all seem super skilled. read more

Decided to bite the bullet and try extensions for the first time. Serena was so good and I appreciate the fact that she gave me her opinion on trying almond shaped nails instead of coffin. I expected to pay around $90 but ended up paying $105 for the medium length with french tips. Don't get me wrong, I loved how they turned out, but was a little surprised about the price since I had checked their website beforehand. I booked online for an acrylic with gel polish. They did not have a station open to do my nails when I got there, but they tried to get me into a station quickly. The technician was terrific and efficient and got me out of there quickly the price however, online was $30 different than that I I was quoted $41 and I was told it was $75 and it had to do with them telling me what my manicure was instead of doing an acrylic fill. They did a gel which made it more expensive although I did not choose it. read more

I trust nobody but the technicians at BNS. They all do an amazing job and are very meticulous!!! I have never leave this place unhappy at all. I noticed that they are pretty flexible with their schedule when it comes to walk-ins. However, I believe they would always try their best to take it appointments first so make sure to book your spots! Water is always complimentary which is nice. Despite the high prices, quality comes first so that is reasonable. Looking forward to be back! read more

This was my go to place since I moved to Boston. They gotten really snotty lately, my dip mani came out like crap. When I told the front desk about she gave me an attitude. When I called later and ask for manager, they girl on the phone told me that they wont fix it even though I told I have proof that was there. Thanks. This was my first time getting waxed at this salon, and I can't recommend it enough! Milan just started working here but has years of experiences, and did a great job with my full legs and Brazilian wax. She has a very light touch and some how made this the least painful wax I've ever had! Highly recommend Milan for better quality and lower price than some of the other places in the area like EWC! read more

I came as a walk in, they were quick to accommodate me even though I don't have an appointment. I got the signature pedicure and I swear it's made my heels feel so much softer. The massage was great too! Best of all was their usage of tub liners, and disposable tools. All their tools came out for a sterilized pouch. Starting this summer, I'll be back more often for their pedicures. read more

The staff is super nice and their work is amazing. I always DM on Instagram I show them my ideas and they usually get back to me within 1-3 days to let me know if it's possible or not. I appreciate that they do that because I've been to other salons where they say they know how to do a design but then it'll be a complete disaster. I recommend making an appt since they get super booked! read more

Look. This is place you want to go if you need to get in and out quick AND have a decent job done. They take walk-ins and last minute appointments, which is pretty damn helpful when you're on a busy schedule. I've had both Jennifer and Lucy, and my experiences have been really top notch. Until they give me a reason, this place is five star, all the way. read more

It was a little tricky finding the entrance to this place but after figuring it out I went in to get a gel manicure. The selection of color is abundant but the quality is awful. My gel started peeling off within a week! I decided to come here in the first place based off yelp but I guess I should just go where I'm used to. read more
