I've been twice now and it's always a good experience for me. I get gelX and love how my nails turn out, not heavy and a perfect shape. Their employees are clean, kind, professional and always talented!! It's definitely pricey but I'd say worth it esp with a design

Gigi is the best!! I've been getting my nails done by Gigi for the past year and she is amazing. I get structured soft gel and it doesn't chip for 3 or 4 weeks each time. These are the best manicures I've gotten in Boston, Gigi always does a perfect job!

I've never written a review before and hate to leave a negative one at that, but I feel the need to warn people about coming here. A little background is that I typically do my nails myself and have certain standards for what my nail art looks like. I wanted to treat myself to a gel manicure before a trip, so based off of Instagram photos and TikTok recommendations I booked an appointment here. The work on social media seemed to be high quality and the photos of the space made it look calm and clean. When I was scheduling the appointment, I'd found an inspiration photo from a nail account I follow on instagram and DMed it to the salon since I wasn't sure which level of art I needed to book-- they told me medium art. Today I was running late to the appointment because of work, so I called ahead to tell them. They told me it was no problem and moved my appointment twenty minutes later to accommodate. Their professionalism and understanding had me feeling optimistic. As soon as I walked into the salon, my gut was telling me to walk out. It was extremely busy (which is fine, it was a Friday evening) and smelled strongly of chemicals. There didn't seem to be good ventilation and there was nail dust on the surface of the table I was waiting for the tech at. It seemed quite different from what was in the photos. When I checked in the receptionist looked at my nails and asked me if I wanted the design from the photo I uploaded because my nails are shorter than the picture and they'd have to change it. I wasn't expecting an exact to the T design because I understand working on a shorter nail limits what you're able to do, but I at least thought they would take their time to thoughtfully adjust. I've been able to adapt nail designs from inspiration photos with longer nails onto my shorter nails with little to no issue. If a self-taught person can do this, a paid professional should be able to as well. I keep my nails short for work and had been growing them out over the past couple of weeks for this appointment. If it was really such an issue, I would have appreciated them telling me the design couldn't be done at all and I would have happily chosen something else. Not to mention there are many photos on the salon's Google, Yelp, and Instagram showing much more complex designs on nails the same length as mine. If they have a specific requirement for nail length or want the inspiration photos to match the exact length/size of your own nails, this should be disclosed on the website. I'm wondering if I'd have had a better experience if I'd booked complex nail art instead of the suggested medium. However, I will not be returning to find this out. As for the manicure itself, it was rushed, the design is uneven and inconsistent, nail edges were left rough and are catching on fabric, and as you can see in photos there are gaps in the polish at the tips of many nails. Some gel even cured on my skin and I kept finding hardened bits on my way home; it was clear so I'm guessing it was base or top coat. Throughout the whole process, the tech seemed annoyed, made snide comments such as "your nails are too small" and "you don't get your nails done often, do you?" He sighed and was verbally annoyed when I was confused about instructions he gave, I have cuts on two fingers, and there was no antibacterial soak or hand massage as advertised (I don't care that much about the hand massage, but still it was a service that was advertised and not provided). I didn't say anything because I thought I was overreacting and also just wanted to make my train home after a long, tiring day at work, but I really wish I'd spoken up. The more I look at my nails and think about the experience, the more I realize is wrong. The most horrifying part of this might have been the nail oil they applied at the end. The bottle was covered in nail dust and grime and the fraying brush had clearly been used on countless clients. I've never been in a bigger rush than when the tech told me I could wash my hands. I scrubbed and scrubbed at my cuticles until there was no trace of the oil left. Considering they don't do the antibacterial soak advertised and the fact that I have cuts on my fingers I didn't notice until leaving, I am terrified I'm going to get an infection from this. The first stop on my way home was to CVS to buy acetone and cotton rounds to remove the gel and Neosporin to put on my cuts. As soon as the cuts on my fingers stop hurting tomorrow, I will be removing the manicure and painting my nails myself. This whole experience was just a reminder for me to trust my gut; I really wish I'd spoken up. I felt so uncomfortable from start to finish. Overall, I felt like the tech was annoyed by me, the practices were not safe, the job was rushed, and the premises were not clean. In the future I'll stick to Treasured Hands and MiniLuxe since I've only ever had good experiences there. Would not recommend this place to anyone, book at your own risk.

I don't usually get my nails done outside but decided to splurge. I went in with photo references. I asked for gel nails (no tips), with a green and gold marble pattern. My nail artist Serena didn't disappoint. She was super gentle on my cuticles and did the nail pattern so quickly! I was done within the hour. As long as you make an appointment, you do not have to wait long. I highly recommend this salon and asking for Serena if you can. My sister got her nails done by Bryan. She asked for line art and he did a very meticulous job. For some reason another nail technician did come in and switch with him for a part of it, but the end result was beautiful regardless.

O B S E S S E D with this place!! It's super easy to request appointments on their website, and you can also "shop" their instagram and send a message to them with the specific post/nail design you'd like during the appointment, that way they can schedule you with the right nail tech. The gel manicures here are especially top notch. I've gotten it many times and they consistently last 3+ weeks, I end up filing my nails because they get too long. Plus all of the staff and techs are friendly, quick, and really work hard to give you what you want. What I love most about their pedicures is that they don't try to push all the add-ons/a la carte services, their prices are reasonable and include everything you'd expect. Sesey is my go to girl, takes her time and always does a thorough job. I've tried so many places in Boston having lived in South End and now Chinatown, and I will always make the trip to Back Bay for Boston's Nails & Spa. Every time I try another spot I just regret it. Do yourself a favor and book a service here! It's clean, quick, and quality.

I received the best gel manicure I've ever gotten in my entire life today at Boston Nails & Spa. I usually go to another salon in DTX but decided to try Boston Nails instead. I will be a returning customer for sure. Richie did my mani & Lily did my pedi. The pedicure was also 10/10! They were both fantastic, professional, kind, etc. I'm so happy I found a great nail place after living in Boston for almost 3 years. I don't think I've ever taken a photo of my nails before and I can't stop sending photos to my friends!!! Also, really good energy, everyone was super happy and it was very clean and organized. 100000x recommend!!!!

Had the best experience! The location was a bit hard to find, but you have to buzz in then go to the second floor. They were super nice and were able to completely nail my inspo! A bit pricey ($71), but it was a difficult design. Highly recommend! Also was down in under an hour. My nail tech was Rachel!

WOW!!! I freaking love this place!!! Had just had a bad experience the night before at a place on Newbury Street, and I was in desperate need of some help. They replied to my IG DMs sooooo quickly and were able to fit me in that day, which is rare, so I am so appreciative!!! I had Michael, and I loveddddd him!!! He did such an amazing job ... paying such close attention to detail. He was also fast and efficient. I showed him a photo of what I wanted, and he did an amazing job emulating it. This place is pricier than other places, but ... for what you get, I think it's worth it. Also, it seemed like the other technicians were also quite talented, which is rare. Most salons only have 1 or 2 really talented technicians that can do the more artsy stuff. I can't wait to return. Also, my BF got a pedicure. He said it was nice.

I paid $125 for gel x fill here and they came out horrible. I immediately came back upstairs and told them I hated them and was told I would only be refunded 20% which is $25. If I wanted them off she would take it for free and still charge me for the full amount. You can't tell me faithfully these look good. They look awful and the manager couldn't just refund me the whole amount and take these off. I don't recommend coming here. I don't know whose working they are posting on instagram but it's not there's. Included photos of what I wanted vs what I got. I wish Wendy would have told me that she couldn't attempt these because on instagram her work looks flawless and then what I got today doesn't match up with her work. The work she did was messy and awful. Don't recommend coming here. The techs here are trash and don't know whose work they are posting and the manager is awful for not refunding me in full and could have been more empathetic. Ended up getting them taken off for free but still had to pay the $125 for nails I did not end up keeping and plus ended up with cuts all over my fingers. Dont know if she was angered by the fact I took them off or what but not an excuse to cut up my hands with a drill. Unsanitary at that and disgusting.

I went in here to get a last minute manicure and polish removal for a wedding I am going to this weekend. They were able to fit me in quickly as had lots of techs working. I also elected to get a pedicure. I actually had one tech giving me a pedicure and one doing my manicure. Both were pretty concerned with it looking good, which I appreciated. The final results for both were fine but not fully perfect partly due to my own nail breakage and the gel removal required, which caused a nail discoloration that I wasn't expecting. I couldn't see it at first and wish my tech had said something about it to me. The process for both took about 45 minutes or so. Each cost about $50 including the polish removal and French addition. That is pretty on par with prices I've seen other places.

Cannot recommend Boston's Nail and spa enough!!! i never was a "every 3 week fill" kinda girly until i came to this salon! i usually see michael, and each set i get from him looks so much better than i expected! i always would just get a simple color/shape with my nails cuz i was scared of it not turning out how i'd hope, but i trust this tech with my lifeeee and i know i'll always have the best nails each time i come in! the shape of my nails is always so perfect and so natural and never chunky or too thick! i was also so shocked at how fast i am in the salon for (have never been in the salon longer than an hour and 15mins) if you're looking for a space that can do unique and abstract designs, a relaxing environment and quick efficiency Bostons Nail and Spa is the place for you!!! (attatched my fave !!:D)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid over $100 including gratuity and sent in photos from their site. Nails were crooked, chipped and lifting within 3 days. Owner took over a day to email me back. My solutions: -please re-do -take off and refund me -partial refund me -fully refund me Owners solution: -won't do any of that -asked me to take down my review and told me her tech was devastated. Disregard for the time and money I spent. No solution offered by them. Awful client aftercare for amount of $$. Go to Treasured Hands or Town Nails. They are less expensive, way better work and way more willing to fix an issue. They actually post all their photos not just ones they pick and choose that look perfect for video! read more

I got a 40 dollar gel manicure. The manicure nor the experience was worth the price tag. This nail salon can definitely do better. They just need to train their staff. My nails were not filed down evenly, my thumbs didn't dry completely and the fuzz from their towels kept getting stuck to my nails the entire time. I have some lumpy areas as well. The whole thing felt rushed. Unless someone comes in for a quick lunch time type manicure, they should provide a gentle and relaxing experience. read more

An easy 5/5 for me! I'll be extremely honest and say that I'm definitely picky, but Tammy took the best care of my nails! I got seated right away and was presented with a complimentary water bottle. She told me to take my time with picking the colors, so I didn't feel rushed at all. Tammy was very attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. So I have been looking for a new place to go and when I searched this place popped up and the reviews were amazing so I decided to try it out. I got there earlier than my appointment because I came from my job and didn't realize how quick and easy it was to get there, but didn't have to wait to long; it was nice in the place. I got my pedicure done which to start was amazing, I have an issue with one foot but Vicki did an amazing job and then on to my nails. I wanted to get a full set and use to dip powder I have been hearing so much about. I was a little hesitant at first because it was a new way than what I have had before but once done they felt amazing and look fantastic. They felt so light and natural. I love this place and recommend to everyone I know. read more

I was really excited to try Boston's Nails & Spa due to the extensive and expansive nail art styles they offer. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly and happily greeted by staff who directed me to sit at table. They offered me water and within a few moments (I arrived early) I was seated and my nail service began. I opted for ombré acrylic nails which I've been DYING to try. So, I like the nail style but I was slightly disappointed with the edges of the nails. The gentleman who did my nails worked very hard, but accidentally cut me with an Emory board. He was VERY apologetic and I received a 10% discount. I provided him a generous tip still. I am willing to come back again bc I want to try the marble nails. I am hoping the edges improve. Overall, I recommend this place although it's not a 5 Star review. After my second visit, I will provide an update and hopefully add another star! read more

I needed a pedicure near my job so I made an appointment here so I could go during lunch but I won't be returning. Although Sarah did a good job polishing my nails. I paid $52 (not including tip) for a gel pedicure where my feet weren't even scraped for dead skin, there was no pumice stoned uses either. She didn't even let me soak my feet before starting to work on my toe nails. Just way too expensive for the service given unfortunately. read more

Having lived in Boston basically my entire life, I've been very hard-pressed in making sure I have a specific nail tech to do my nails. Why? Well because I absolutely LOVE getting my nails done, and getting that hand massage at the end, duh. After leaving my regular nail spot for over 5 years, it was time to venture out and find a new place to go to. Some may call it picky, but I believe that if you're going to pay your hard earned dollars, you should love the results and love the experience. Boston Nails & Spa did just that for me, and some. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have walked past this place, and have seen the sign outside on the sidewalk but never thought to go in. Well, not only am I glad I read the reviews first, but I'm even happier that I took a chance and gave it a go. Simply put: the place is spotless and super clean. Walking into the nail salon, you're immediately greeted by the overflow of light coming in from the huge bay-like windows they have, and I loved that. I wasn't disturbed by flies buzzing around my head, and they were gracious enough to give each customer a bottle of water once seated. I don't know about you, but water these days can be expensive, so I'll take a free one! They had a wall of nail colors, and they supply you with a ring of painted fake nails for you to choose from. I don't think my eyeballs could swivel fast enough because there were so many colors. Everything is priced according to the service you choose, and the type of nail polish you choose as well. I feel their prices are very reasonable, with their gel manicure being $33, plus $4 for any designs I did. Didn't break the bank, and left Beyond satisfied. I had called ahead to schedule an appointment with Tammy. The only reason I knew to do so was because of the reviews I read, and the number of times she had been mentioned in them. Every single review was spot on about Tammy, about her attitude towards the job, and the stellar manicure she gives. She is very attentive to you, appreciative of you choosing her as your nail tech, and one of the sweetest people I've come across; I honestly couldn't be happier. I'm at just about two weeks now, and Not One Chip has occurred on any of my nails. I love this place, Tammy is amazing, and all of the people that work there are super nice as well. Holy crap they're super nice. If you're looking to be pampered, treated like a human being, receive a top notch manicure, look no further. You may read negative reviews, or some may say "they boast about themselves on IG", but if we're going to keep it real (1) They SHOULD boast on IG because that's also another business platform for them. There's no extra "hype" to it, it's simply to bring in more customers to an already great and relaxed atmosphere. And (2), Everyone has their own experiences. Don't judge a place or person off of those negative reviews until you can say for Yourself, whether or not that experience was different for you. SO yea, I'll definitely be back, and can safely say I've found a new nail home to go to. Thanks! read more

I think I found my home salon! I was a bit skeptical when I first walked in because they were so busy so I thought someone would just rush through my nails. But Dan was awesome - he was a little tough on me (but rightfully so considering how indecisive I am) LOL. I got a dip/powder mani with tips and he was amazing. Took his time but didnt take forever. And he assured me that if I have any problems to come back and see him. Not to mention everyone sitting near him were doing great jobs - especially the girl who did a halloween themed set! read more

I spent 3.5 hours (3:00 pm to 6:30 pm) to get a very bad gel mani (pedi was ok. For my mani, she didn't cut or file my nails alike, and she did a very very poor paint job, I have thick lumps and I will be stuck with this mani for two weeks. They were also in a rush to get me to pay before finishing my nails... They then argued that perhaps its an old gel layer that is causing those lumps (I checked my nails well before). Will not be returning. Sad because it's close to my home and I need a good salon. read more

I had a Manicure with Tina.It is safe to say that I will never work with her again. I completely understand that people have bad days but I have never met anyone so rude. I asked her nicely to please have the shape of my nail like the reference photo I showed her and she just looked at me and said nothing. A few minutes later she asked what color I want with so much attitude and I said the pink that I had there, please. She again looked down and said nothing. She messed up my nails a few times and every time I would apologize and she again would say something under her breath and not look at me. The 4th time she messed up my nail, I said please leave it, I like it. I looked at her again and said please, I don't have time, please leave it. It's nice I LIKE IT. And she again grabbed my finger and cleared the whole thing and started speaking under her breath for 2 minutes straight. I don't know what I did for her to be so spiteful but she not only scratched all of my nail surfaces, her work was honestly the worst manicure I have gotten. I have never been so disrespected. I work in retail so I understand if I frustrated her but I can't see why, as every time I said please and thank you multiple times and smiled and she would look down and say stuff under her breath or look at me dead in the eyes with spite. I actually don't want to come back because of how disrespectful this was, which breaks my heart because my girl Cindy is amazing and I really loved her work. read more

I've given this place 3 try's, each time ending poorly. I get liquid gel fills, not acrylic. Each time they try convincing me to switch to acrylic which I don't want to do. Once they start to do my fill they have an attitude the whole time. Including talking about my fill to other employees, standing up multiple times to dust off. I've been getting liquid gel for 7 years, I've never had this must dust from a file and a fill. Who would have through I would have better service in Vermont with less options than in Boston with multiple options. If every technician has a problem with doing liquid gel fills don't offers them. The shape of my nails are all different, 3 of my nails are crooked and they aren't as clean as I would have expected for the price. I'm a loyal customer once I find a place, hence having my nails for 7 years. I really wanted this to be my place but it's just not. Each time I have been here for an appointment, it has started at least 10 minutes late. I understand they are busy, but if I make an appointment it's because I also have things planned. read more

I have finally found my nail salon! I've lived in Boston for the past 6 months and have been searching for a good nail salon with reasonable price points, and Boston's Nails and Spa is it!! After finding this place through yelp, this past Friday I found time to stop in. I hadn't pre-booked an appointment so I called in and they were able to fit me in within 20 minutes of me calling :) When I got upstairs the place already had a great vibe, it was decorated for the holidays and everybody had a smile on their face. I got a basic gel manicure with a splash of glitter on a couple nails, but next time I think I'll go for a more intricate design. Based on their Instagram photos I can tell they will be able to do almost anything I ask for which I'm excited about. The salon is also very clean!!! I didn't get a pedicure this time but I will go in soon for one, they line all the tubs with a plastic covering for sanitary purposes, and the girl doing my nails had a ziplock bag with a new file and buffing block. They also put these gloves on to protect your hands from the heat when getting a gel manicure. I absolutely love this place and I can't wait to go back again!! read more

Danny is an amazing acrylic artist. And yes I say artist, not just tech. He does a beautiful shape and his nails last if you take care of them. I wish I could remember the girl who painted them, but I can't. She also did a great job. Thank you for making my nails look amazing. Have received a lot of compliments. If you are traveling and need a place to go to I totally recommend. The response time is extremely quick and you get a view of the city's library. I live in Portland and travel to Boston frequently, found them on Yelp and made an appointment while in flight. Worth the drive over! read more

I went to Bostons Nail & Spa yesterday for the first time & I loved it. Amazing service, super clean salon and I left with the most perfect Gel manicure. They had the largest selection of nail polish colors I have ever seen and the staff is super friendly and never rushed me to select a color - which is good because I'm super indecisive. I got a Gel Manicure and Tammy did my nails. Request her! She's amazing. The whole time she was very attentive and made sure I was happy with the shape and color of my nails throughout the whole process. I don't think I've ever had a manicure this perfect in a while. While the place is a bit pricey, you're paying for great service and high quality manicures. I got a cold bottle of water when I sat down and they gave me finger-less gloves to protect my hands from the UV lights as I was doing my gel manicure. It's these little things that make Boston's Nail & Spa my new favorite nail spot. Highly recommend! read more

Good pedicure, terrible manicure. The manicurist (separate people) was young, didn't give a shit and was half paying attention. The pedicurist Sara did a great job. I'm shocked they would allow a customer to leave so unhappy. When I asked the receptionist she just said "sorry". Completely unacceptable and I will NOT be going back. read more

Instead of using a single swift pull, this technician (Sheila) used a series of small pulls, which I believe led to the sores. But I'm not sure about that. What I can say is that I'm in my mid-50s, have been waxing for decades, and have never been left with sores/scabs. So this issue is distinct to this visit to EWC in Brookline, MA (and I've been to several others in the area). Additionally troubling is that I wrote a note to EWC stating the above to no avail, even offering to send them photos that I'd taken. The Tech did an excellent job on the toe-nails (much - much better than expected) then proceeded to wash and massage my feet and lower legs. Even though that was included I was only expecting my nails to be cut based on what the other place did. I was a happy camper so to speak and will definitely return as I live in the area and don't drive. The only problem (and it's not really a problem) is that I have to learn to let the Tech remove my socks and sneakers. I started to the the Tech took over. I've had pedicures before but on cruise ships. Now, due to age, I lsee Podiatry at MGH. But with this experience and taking the cost into consideration, I most likely will have second thoughts at going to podiatry. Hand nails I can do myself. As I don't drive and live within walking distance, I pay little attention to Parking. In the review I mention bike parking is available because of the location; use a parking meter? The price of $27 was (is) very very reasonable.

I walked in on Friday and she looked at me and said, ' do you have an appointment?'' she was cold, distant and had no smile on her face. I took off my glasses and my hat thinking maybe she didn't recognize me as a three year customer.. I said no, I'd like to make one. I made the appointment two days from then, and she wrote it in the appointment book. Today when I came for my scheduled appointment, she said she forgot about my appointment and asked me to come back later that day. I asked her what was going? I said I almost canceled my appointment today because The coldness in which I was received. I said there's no need to make another appointment. There are plenty of nail salons around and a frequent customer should be welcomed. What a shame, cause I frequently recommended the salon and that specific nail tech.

This is an honest to goodness review of this salon. First I would like to mention how bad the chemical smell was at this place. There was barely any ventilation and I was almost happy I had to wear a mask. I went in and there was no greeting or any instruction on what to do. The place was crowded there were multiple groups of people standing around waiting to get served and pay. So I just stood there for almost 5 minutes. I wanted a French manicure and was taken to the back when they finally had someone for me. The manicure was actually horrible. The nail tech had dirty tools that she took out of a crumpled and used UV sani pack. There was no lotion no scrub, nothing to make this a manicure. As for the polish the lines were all messed up, white nail polish around my cuties and on my nail bed. It was the fastest manicure I have ever gotten. And to charge $33 for it is ridiculous. I actually went home and filed my nails on the sides that she missed. It was more of a polish change than a manicure. I would never go back here. I usually go to another place in Back Bay but they were booked. I should have just waited next week than check this place out. read more

I wish I could give this salon 0 star. I came here on friday night for a gel mani with no appointment. I was happy when they took me right away because the salon was busy at that time. Tammy did my nails. She's sweet but I don't like the way she asked me so many times and try to convince to do the dip. I really wanted to have a good experience as I'm looking for a new salon in Boston. I used to try Treasure Hands but the service just ok. I regret for paying $55 for the dip which is last longer than gel and acrylic. It's been almost 13 days and everything ripped off. It doesn't last long like it does. She didn't cut my cuticles and touched to my cuticles too. My friends did it in Salem nails and P & T nail in Sharon, it's more cheaper alot and it's last almost a month and still looks good just nails grow out. Not coming back anymore. It's high end salon but it's not worth it for you. You should go to South, alot of nail salons better than here alot and more cheaper. Wasted my money!!!! read more

I never write reviews but had to for this place because I was so aggravated. First time going here recently and at first the place looked great. Danny the owner did my nails and he was very neat and precise which I liked. Staff gave me a bottle of water and thought to myself ok, nice service here. Then ONE day after getting my nails 2 of them chipped. I went back and he fixed them. 3 days later 2 more chipped but I was away and couldn't go back. But nor did I want to. I don't have time to keep getting my nails fixed. Now they are all chipped within a week of getting a GEL manicure.. This NEVER happened at my regular place which I only didn't go to because I was tight on time and went local on my lunch hour. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I had the BEST experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely top-tier -- everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. The environment was spotless, relaxing, and beautifully set up, which instantly put me at ease. I came here on my visit to Boston, luckily I got seated right away. I really like my pedi a lot it does look great. The prices are about $10 higher than most places I've been but the quality made me not care. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 was because I felt uncomfortable. Speaking in another language is fine but laughing and giving each other looks just made me insecure and felt like they were talking about me. Not accusing anyone but I'm pretty sure I felt uneasy for a reason. Other than that the place is super clean and the techs all seem super skilled. read more

Decided to bite the bullet and try extensions for the first time. Serena was so good and I appreciate the fact that she gave me her opinion on trying almond shaped nails instead of coffin. I expected to pay around $90 but ended up paying $105 for the medium length with french tips. Don't get me wrong, I loved how they turned out, but was a little surprised about the price since I had checked their website beforehand. I booked online for an acrylic with gel polish. They did not have a station open to do my nails when I got there, but they tried to get me into a station quickly. The technician was terrific and efficient and got me out of there quickly the price however, online was $30 different than that I I was quoted $41 and I was told it was $75 and it had to do with them telling me what my manicure was instead of doing an acrylic fill. They did a gel which made it more expensive although I did not choose it. read more

I trust nobody but the technicians at BNS. They all do an amazing job and are very meticulous!!! I have never leave this place unhappy at all. I noticed that they are pretty flexible with their schedule when it comes to walk-ins. However, I believe they would always try their best to take it appointments first so make sure to book your spots! Water is always complimentary which is nice. Despite the high prices, quality comes first so that is reasonable. Looking forward to be back! read more

This was my go to place since I moved to Boston. They gotten really snotty lately, my dip mani came out like crap. When I told the front desk about she gave me an attitude. When I called later and ask for manager, they girl on the phone told me that they wont fix it even though I told I have proof that was there. Thanks. This was my first time getting waxed at this salon, and I can't recommend it enough! Milan just started working here but has years of experiences, and did a great job with my full legs and Brazilian wax. She has a very light touch and some how made this the least painful wax I've ever had! Highly recommend Milan for better quality and lower price than some of the other places in the area like EWC! read more

I came as a walk in, they were quick to accommodate me even though I don't have an appointment. I got the signature pedicure and I swear it's made my heels feel so much softer. The massage was great too! Best of all was their usage of tub liners, and disposable tools. All their tools came out for a sterilized pouch. Starting this summer, I'll be back more often for their pedicures. read more

The staff is super nice and their work is amazing. I always DM on Instagram I show them my ideas and they usually get back to me within 1-3 days to let me know if it's possible or not. I appreciate that they do that because I've been to other salons where they say they know how to do a design but then it'll be a complete disaster. Look. This is place you want to go if you need to get in and out quick AND have a decent job done. They take walk-ins and last minute appointments, which is pretty damn helpful when you're on a busy schedule. I've had both Jennifer and Lucy, and my experiences have been really top notch. It was a little tricky finding the entrance to this place but after figuring it out I went in to get a gel manicure. The selection of color is abundant but the quality is awful. My gel started peeling off within a week! I decided to come here in the first place based off yelp but I guess I should just go where I'm used to. read more
