So me and the Mister were once again tempted to try something based on a IG post. The store was clean, and smelled fresh for a fish restaurant. The process was efficient. Now for the items: Fish: 5 stars - fresh, seasoned and cooked well Hush puppies: 4 stars - light seasoning Macaroni salad- no stars Greens: 3 stars - decent taste Fries: 4 stars - needed salt Peach Cobbler: negative 5 stars. Dough was thick, hard and bland. No cinnamon in sight. Will not buy again The 7 piece fish meal was good for two people. The included sides are only enough for 2. The price point was good. The was adequate parking on cutting blvd Will be back

I made this joint an once a week go to spot, the service is quick and the food is really good. I usually get the Prawn sandwich, but everything on their menu is good. My biggest complaint, they are not open on Sunday. And the address showing is incorrect, they are located on McDonald St.

Ordered (2) 15 piece prawn dinners and a 7 piece snapper dinner. The prawns were perfectly fried, and nice and spicy. They almost don't taste fried. Not greasy at all. The snapper were like nuggets as opposed to pieces - smaller than any snapper pieces I've ever had. They were also dry and a bit overcooked. Two sides were provided with each dinner. The sides are very small and our selection consisted of crinkle cut fries, macaroni salad, potato salad (x2), cole slaw, and yams (x2). The fries were good especially since they had to be reheated in the microwave. Both salads had a bit too much mayonnaise for me. Love the yams though! Our order costs $111. A debit card machine receipt was provided but there was no actual itemized store receipt. I wish there was because I prefer knowing the per item costs. The lady working the front counter was efficient and kind.

It was the prawn sandwich and fries but clearly, I enjoyed it

Great fried fish. Almost as good as a place in the midwest that I barely remember when I was a kid. A LOOOOng time ago. Great job.

Okay, Rockin' Crawfish!…read more I recently heard they were under new ownership, and I'll admit I was a little skeptical. But I decided to give them a try, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. Our group ordered just about everything on the menu, and honestly, almost every dish was a hit. The only item that fell a little short for me was the fish sauce wings--I think those could use some improvement. Other than that, everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was also incredibly pleasant. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely sweet. While we did have to ask for a few things multiple times because they were initially forgotten, they were always quick to help and eager to make things right. My only real complaint besides the wings is the pricing on some add-ons. Charging $8 for six small pieces of sausage feels excessive and is hard to justify, especially when compared to the portion sizes of everything else. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. Good food, great service, and a noticeable improvement under the new ownership. Despite a couple of minor complaints, I'll definitely be back.

I ordered to-go 1lb of clams and 1lb of shrimp head-on, mild level, and rockin combo flavor, and an appetizer of Calamari. When I got home, I saw that they didn't give me salt/pepper and lemon, so that was very disappointing already. The food was okay, I didn't really taste the garlic, and towards the end, I could only taste pepper-ish seafood. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. So bummed because it's near where I live.

It's always nice to support a family-owned business that has built a strong local following. I ordered the D & D plate which comes with prawns, hush puppies, and 2 sides- I ordered fries. Everything came out fresh, hot, and well seasoned. The red snapper was cooked perfectly crispy on the outside while still tender inside, and the seasoning was just right. The hush puppies and fries were a great addition to the plate and paired well with the fish. Simple, flavorful food done right. Service is excellent. Definitely feels like family Loved the meal and will definitely be back.

We've tried the fried catfish, snapper, prawns, and chicken, and everything has been fried and seasoned to perfection--crispy on the outside, flavorful and tender on the inside. The portion sizes are generous for the price, making it an even better value. If there's one small drawback, it's the limited side options--fries, potato salad, or coleslaw. A few more choices would make the experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend it. You will definitely leave satisfied!

There was no line to order, and it took about 10-15 minutes for our food to be ready. Service was standard and sufficient. We got the small-size seafood paella which was served warm and quite delicious. It came with spanish rice, green beans, calamari, shrimp, and mussels which were overcooked and very tiny in the shells. We also got several empanadas (mushroom with mozzarella, spinach with mozzarella, and garlic shrimp with mozzarella). They were served at room temperature from the display case in the window, and they weren't labeled clearly so we had to bite into each one to figure out which was which. All three flavors were tasty nonetheless. My favorite dish was the order of prawn croquettes which came with salad on the side. These were served hot and freshly made, a nicely seasoned savory and creamy filling with large chunks of shrimp inside, and the breading fried to a perfect consistency. Yummy!

Its a casual, Korean cafe located in a small strip mall and adjacent to Hernandez Park. The name is a bit of a misnomer. But turn the menu over and you'll see even more options for bento boxes, tofu soup, hot stone rice dishes (dolsot) and more. Service was fast and friendly, but don't overstay your welcome since the restaurant is small and very popular. Bulgolgi bento was awesome - it comes with ita own banchan, japchae, fried gyoza, and a food portion of beef that our 6yo som devoured by himself. Chicken Dolsot was also a solid dish - I like having veggies, carbs, and proteins all in one on a sizzling bowl with a fried egg. The seafood in the molcajete are so flavorful and it's perfect to soak the corn tortilla. Menudo was alright but guess I never know what's considered good.
