    Lobster Bisque
    Mike R.

I rarely give 5 stars, but this one is well deserved. This was our 2nd visit in as many months. The quality of the food and service was as good as I recall from my last visit 15yrs ago. I usually comment on the meal first, but Cindy was our server both times and she is a true professional. Friendly, attentive, observant, accommodating without being intrusive. The atmosphere is old school steakhouse from the Rat Pack music in the background to the classic decor and furnishings. The pace of the meal is what you would expect at this price point. It was leisurely and never rushed allowing time to savor the meal and conversation. An upscale, special occasion treat for us at $100 + per person (app, entree, dessert and a glass or 2 of wine). We had filets last time which were perfectly seasoned and prepared at rare +. One of my top 5 filets of all time. This time, we had the table side Lobster Bisque for a start. The lobster meat was large, tasty and plentiful. We agreed it's the best bisque we've had. I ordered the Tenderloin Medallions (rare) with veal Demi glaze, shallots, and confit. Side of sautéed asparagus and whipped potatoes. Wow! Medallions were tender and had a wonderful flavor. The asparagus was delicious; firm, but not woody. The whipped potatoes were special; full of butter and a hit of sour cream. My wife had the Steak Florentine. The 6oz filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare, but the bernaise overpowered the steak a bit. She loved the creamed spinach and twice baked potatoes. For dessert, she ordered the Boulevard Napoleon. The custard, fresh berries and house made whipped cream were well balanced. My Cronuts a Coffee consisted of 3 small donuts which were good, but the espresso poured over the caramel ice cream (affogato) really excited my taste buds (I don't usually order dessert). We were so relaxed after this wonderful meal, we signed up for an upcoming wine dinner on the spot. Looking forward to that!

2 stars for the nice touch of rose petals on the table. A total disappointment from 1- the server who was unsure abut several things he said he was new to 2- the bartender trying to give me a drink I did not order. The ribeye steak was at least 1/4 fat and not edible which was very disappointing for the price. I would not recommend trying this. This was my second try and I won't try again. Too bad.

We came here for our office Christmas party and it was incredible! We ordered the 12 oz sirloin and it was the best steak I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked and tender! We were also served rolls with butter, salads, mashed potatoes (which were easily the best I've ever had), asparagus, and carrots. For dessert, I got a chocolate mousse cake and it was the perfect ending! Just when I thought I couldn't eat anymore... it was light, delicate, and so delicious! Our servers were amazing! I've never been somewhere where my water cup isn't empty at least once! So sweet and it was overall a wonderful experience!

My bf took me here for my birthday dinner. I love the look and feel of the place! We started with fried calamari and it was good. I got the lobster bisque which was really tasty and he got a wedge salad. They bring fresh baked break to the table and it's delicious! We enjoyed a bottle of caymus wine that paired well with my entree Steak Florentine (6oz filet, creamed spinach, and twice baked potato) all of it was so delicious! He ordered the 8oz filet with asparagus and Au Gratin potato's. Which were so good! If I could make my asparagus like they do I'd have it for every meal! For desert I got the cronuts and coffee which was delightful! The ice cream with espresso poured on it.....yummmmmm! Staff was phenomenal and i mean every single staff member was kind and did their jobs exceptionally. They also set a card for my bday from them for $25 off next visit! If you haven't been you've got to go try it! We will certainly be back

My husband and I came to Boulevard for Valentine's Day and it did not disappoint! Very classy, old school interior and great service. We started off with the shrimp and crab cargot. The flavors were amazing! The shrimp was super tender and the crab was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The broth was absolutely delicious with the soft crostinis that came with it. For our entree, we got the special that night which was a filet mignon with shrimp and lobster tail! It was a great deal! We also got the ribeye which was cooked very well but not much marbling. It was a bit tough even though it was cooked to medium rare. We also ordered the creamed spinach. My one complaint is that none of the veggies were cooked properly... the asparagus for our entrees was practically raw. And the spinach in the creamed spinach was definitely not cooked enough, but that cream sauce hid it enough to where we were able to eat it. For dessert, we ordered the bananas foster and the bread pudding (to go, not pictured). The BEST THING was the bananas foster. I would drive all the way up to Edmond just to have that dessert again because it was incredible. And I'm not even into sweets/desserts! Can't wait to be back!

We started as most did with the Sweet Potato Burrata. What a great dish. The chips were amazing. The pomegranate seeds helped cut the sweetness. A very rich tasting starter that should actually be a dessert. It was something I would have not expected. We then had the house salad, For us two, we would have been happy with the meal ending with that. We are not big eaters and weren't ready for the size of the Portions. Everything is served family style. Bring your appetite. The dressing was unique and tasty. The salad was perfectly dressed. The pickled onions were to die for. We then had the Bibimbap. WOW, what a flavorful profile. Kevin, you out did yourself. I have never had Korean influenced food before and this has turned me into a fan. Then came the tots. As noted previously, these are some of the best tots ever. What a beautiful piece to an already excellent meal. Finally, we topped off the evening with a Special dessert of banana pudding. I didn't taste bananas, so not too sure I have the name right. But it was delicious with the Gojunang Caramel sauce on top. We are thankful we had the opportunity to share this restaurant with people and ourselves. What a great place to visit!

The manager said they over season their food. She said they are heavy handed. I don't know any restaurants that over season to the point we had to send it back. Let's say, I believe they bought back the exact food we sent back because it was still very salty. We spent too much money to have just throw the food away, leave and go somewhere else because we didn't eat!

We had a family member with us with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the wind caught the big rugs at the doors and we were very worried he'd fall. We were able to get him over the rugs. We appreciate the help with the door, but also would have appreciated some help with those rugs. I understand it's a tricky situation to know when to help and when it might be a liability to help, but in this case, just reaching down and holding the rug flat or putting a foot on the mat would have helped immensely. Once we got inside and took a breather after the fright, the host was very patient with us regarding seating and let us sit toward the front for ease. There were 5 of us in the party and we each ordered kind of differently, but two of us had the 3 course meals with steaks. We both ordered medium, but the steaks came out very different. Mine was quite overcooked. I could tell immediately and probably should have sent it back, but didn't want to make the dining experience awkward since we were in a group. The steak had a thick bark on it and was even hard to cut through. There wasn't much taste besides the grill taste. We usually love their mashed potatoes and they seemed pretty thin and just not as flavorful as we're used to. At the end, I talked the group into getting a piece of Big Daddy cake, I'd had before at another location and raved about how wonderful it was. It was not wonderful. It was very dry and between 5 of us picking at it, we still didn't finish it. We appreciate having a good server and friendly staff, but the meal itself was disappointing. Since I've never been to this location before I'm not sure if it was just bad timing.
