TRADITIONAL HOUSE OR CAESAR SALAD HOUSE SAL
    Lauryl B.

This location is a well-oiled machine. Very friendly and efficient staff. Food is always the same and has never disappointed. Caesar salad and potato soup with the croissant is always the same and delicious. The blue cheese olives in the dirty martini are perfect.

Great ambiance! I like the way the interior is decorated, its nice and cozy. The food is your typical chain-type restaurant food, unoffensive and designed to fit the palate of the average diner.

I've been going here for 10+ years. They are always consistent with their food and service. I wanted to highlight how accommodating their are with a large family (7 adults and 2 babies). We had no reservation and they said no problem. Previously that night, we got denied at another restaurant nearby because we couldn't sit at two nearby tables within the same section. So, we were very happy that they were able to move chairs and tables for us on short notice. The hostesses were great and our waitress was amazing too. My family will always be a fan of Charleston's!

My favorite thing to order here is always a salmon, and I love their croissants. You can never be disappointed with the candied carrots, but one of my favorite things to drink. Here is the Berry Mule.

I love Charlestons! Its is one of my go-to restaurants when I visit OKC! The service was great and the food was good. Look forward to coming back when I refurn.

We went to Charleston's based on the good reviews. The restaurant is ample and very cozy with lots of booths and tables to comfortably sit. Our server was very competent....trying to upsell us on everything from cocktails to appetizers to desserts, to food to go... I got the short smoked salmon and it was good but a bit too salty for my taste. The vegetables were nicely prepared and the house salad was delicious. My husband got the Champagne Chicken salad and he love it. Overall a solid local chain for good food.

I have eaten at Charleston's many locations in OKC and I have to say, have never had a bad meal. I decided to sit at the bar on a rainy Monday afternoon and take advantage of their happy hour. The bartender named Ethan was very professional and helpful, great service. He let me try a taste of the wine and look at the bottles before I ordered. I went with the Pinot Noir and ordered the grilled chicken club. Everything was delicious, even if the fries were a little cold. I love that they put sprouts on the sandwich. I also highly recommend their Caesar with salmon, which I have enjoyed on a previous visit. The inside of the restaurant is lovely. I was pleasantly surprised by the 80s rock playing at the bar. Overall, this is a favorite spot to stop in when I know I won't have a bad meal. Highly recommended, definitely a staple of Oklahoma City.

I was in Edmond to meet friends for lunch. Charleston's was suggested and I haven't been in ages, so I was happy to go give it a go. We were seated right away with a group of 6. Our server was great and the food came out quickly. The club salad was very fresh and filled with delicious crispy chicken, avocado, bacon, egg, tomato, croutons, and served with a super tasty ranch. It came with a flaky honey butter croissant that was to die for. I loved it. The consensus all around was that everything was very good (The French dip, cheeseburger, roasted half chicken, and Caesar salad). A perfect fresh lunch spot!

One of our favorite restaurants. The food is always good. My medium rare filet is always cooked perfectly. Adding anchovies to the Cesar salad makes it perfect. Service is always top notch. It is always clean & everyone is always friendly. Tonight was the first time my dirty vodka martini wasn't good, it tasted like Gin or maybe too much vermouth but our waitress took it back & returned with a great dirty vodka martini. Maybe a new bartender? I've always had great ones here.

I really enjoy Charleston's as a staple restaurant. My only complaint is that their prices continue to increase. I used to love going to happy hour because they had half price appetizers. Now you get a whole $2 off. Now that I do not have a special reason to go, coming here definitely does not come to mind as often. Service is still good and food is enjoyable. For this trip I had the happy hour martini, which is still $8, we split the spinach artichoke dip, and split the chicken club sandwich. I added a Cesar salad.

    $40 filet.

Yikes. This place seems to be slowly declining as someone who has been a huge Charleston's fan for years. We have been eating there once every few weeks for years. Lately, the portions are way off, the meat quality is decreasing, and overall consistency has fallen off a cliff. Edit: Replying to the reply. Messages appear to be turned off as I can't contact you through yelp.

When we made our reservation we noted our anniversary and asked for a small booth if possible. We were given a small corner booth in the back room and it was just perfect! The ambience was fantastic, quiet rat-pack tunes, not a lot of noise otherwise. Beautifully appointed room, and so nice to be at a restaurant that actually has table linens as it feels like it's more and more difficult to find these days. I didn't feel out of place dressed up (though there were plenty of people in jeans --SMH, come on Oklahoma peeps!-- which is such a shame...) Not only had they laid our table with rose petals but they also left a lovely Anniversary card for us as well. They start you off with Sourdough bread.. It was not very sour but it was fresh and crsip (tip, it comes to the table very hot but it will be much easier to cut and not turn your inside gooey if you let it cool a bit before trying to cut. The butter that comes along has what I believe is black Himalayan salt just sprinkled on top... do not miss grabbing some of that, so good. We both had steaks, my husband the filet and the ribeye for myself, both were very good. The sides are ala cart family style, so we ordered just two to share. The potatoes au gratain and the parmesan asparagus were both delicious and well done. ALL of our food came out piping hot and wonderful too (I really don't enjoy when my food isn't actually HOT! so I pay attention to this and this was the hottest food I can recall having in years!! perfect!) Steaks were cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully to just be able to taste the steaks. We like ours plain so did not opt for any of the toppings, though i may go back and get a filet sometime Oscar. Everything was cooked as it should be. We both opted for dessert instead of apps or wine or anything else that would fill you up more quickly. I got the seasonal Lemon Cake with bluberries, cream, and Ice cream Celina said it was good and it really really was, I could not finish as the rest of the meal filled me up too much but the leftover was just as good the next night! The coffee was also delicious, just ordered plain, but as many of you know there is a wide range of drinkability in plain coffee. My husband wanted something lighter and opeted for the crème brûlée which was traditional, though they topped it with strawberries and blueberries, the brûlée was beautifully done! Just the right thickness and crispness. The service was professional yet relaxed and not super snooty. Nicely paced, and incredibly attentive to water and clearing of dishes. Yes, you are gonna spend over $200 for a meal like this, but for a quality meal, especially on a celebration night, it can be worth it. There were other pates that were full meals and closer to the $35-$50 mark if you want the experience without as much expense. The only think noted was we had not tried it yet as it is very unassuming from the outside facade, so don't let that fool you!! We will gladly spend our next celebration meal at Boulevard.

We had a family member with us with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the wind caught the big rugs at the doors and we were very worried he'd fall. We were able to get him over the rugs. We appreciate the help with the door, but also would have appreciated some help with those rugs. I understand it's a tricky situation to know when to help and when it might be a liability to help, but in this case, just reaching down and holding the rug flat or putting a foot on the mat would have helped immensely. Once we got inside and took a breather after the fright, the host was very patient with us regarding seating and let us sit toward the front for ease. There were 5 of us in the party and we each ordered kind of differently, but two of us had the 3 course meals with steaks. We both ordered medium, but the steaks came out very different. Mine was quite overcooked. I could tell immediately and probably should have sent it back, but didn't want to make the dining experience awkward since we were in a group. The steak had a thick bark on it and was even hard to cut through. There wasn't much taste besides the grill taste. We usually love their mashed potatoes and they seemed pretty thin and just not as flavorful as we're used to. At the end, I talked the group into getting a piece of Big Daddy cake, I'd had before at another location and raved about how wonderful it was. It was not wonderful. It was very dry and between 5 of us picking at it, we still didn't finish it. We appreciate having a good server and friendly staff, but the meal itself was disappointing. Since I've never been to this location before I'm not sure if it was just bad timing.
