This is by far my favorite boutique in San Diego with such original and feminine pieces. Since I no longer live in San Diego, I am so pleased that they have started selling online! I purchased a beautiful "The Natalie" gown for my medical school prom and the customer service has just been over-the-top amazing. I wanted a color of the dress they were out-of-stock of both at their store and at their manufacturers, so I purchased my second favorite color. A couple days later, an employee contacted me saying that their manufacturers made a few more colors, including the one I wanted - and she changed my order and shipped it for me! They also said that they are willing to send other photos directly to me of new items that are not on their website if I had particular types of dresses in mind - and they are on instagram, so I am updated with their new items frequently. I bought a dress a while ago that I ended up never wearing with tags still on it and everything and I didn't have my receipt anymore, so I called them up and spoke with Iris, the owner. She said unfortunately they couldn't take it back (undertandably, it's been so long and I wasn't expecting anything anyways but it was worth a try) but she gave me a $10 store credit just because my purchase didn't work out for me, what a SWEETHEART! I must start by saying I have been shopping here for over 8 years. Not only has this store been a staple place for all events I go to but also for great stylish casual clothes. I must say when I shop here I go big or go home. I never leave empty handed and the main reason for that is the ladies that work there specifically the owner Iris (beautiful inside and out) and her most lovely, helpful and honest employee Adri. She makes it feel like your shopping with your best friend and lets you know what she likes on you and is also good at saying when something is not working (with class). Which I love and need the "best friend" opinion when shopping. The clothes here are quality and affordable. I have to go to many black tie events with my partner and the women at these events are wearing thousand dollar dresses and I end up getting so many compliments and they never know I got 5 or 6 dresses equally as amazing as theres for the price of one. This shop is really very cute with affordable clothes. It would be a 5 star shop if not for two things: 1. I didn't notice until after purchasing, but both items were "seconds" but still full price. I know this from the ripped manufacturer's tags. I expect to find rejected items at the flea market not an upscale PB boutique. 2. The return policy sucks. When I purchased these items I was told it was final sale because both items were a part of a promotion. Having known then what I know now I would not have purchased these two things. The girls working there at the time were excellent in terms of attentiveness and advice. I really like what this store has to offer, but can't say I will return because of the the reasons stated above. read more
