We dined here while staying at the Princess over Father's Day weekend, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was attentive and welcoming throughout the evening, and our server's recommendations were outstanding. The hamachi and oysters were particular highlights--both were absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and we look forward to returning.

The best meal and customer service ever. Kenny my server was great and also made the best espresso martini and Lemon drop martini. He's the bar manager. Allan was also very personably and friendly! The broiled oysters were my favoriteeeeee. I also loved their Cesar salad and a must is the filet and chicken! The truffle Mac and cheese was also very tasty. You must try the beignets for dessert. Everything was soooo delicious. Victor our food runner brought us our delicious food and explained everything very well. Thank you to the manager Doug as well! It was such great customer service from all employees. I will definitely be back!!

Part of my bucket list of one "best" steakhouse in every state. Bourbon is a worthy entry for Arizona. It blows you away with its presence immediately with complimentary valet parking for your dining experience, excellent aesthetic, and friendly staff. The entire facility is gorgeous. The food is thoughtfully and masteffully crafted. There's no true one way to cook a steak and getting Bourbon's take on it was both interesting and tasty. Along the way to the main course I got to enjoy a delightful appetizer or two that risked filling me up quicker than I planned. If there's a better steakhouse in Arizona, let alone the greater Phoenix area, I have yet to get a hint of it.

Yummy mozzarella ball, compliments of the chef.

My family and I had a two night vacation booked at the Fairmont resort for the first week of December for the Christmas Wonderland experience. We usually go for one night each year but this year we really wanted to take advantage of everything it offers and it is so hard for us to get it all in and only one night. We had been to Bourbon Steak probably about 6 to 7 years earlier and were amazed by what a different experience it was. The first experience we had was kind of funny because the menus were so ridiculously heavy one of our servers actually accidentally dropped a menu on my head and nearly gave me a concussion, it's funny now because it's been so long. Of course the first thing I did is eye the menu, and not for the food offerings, but for the weight to make sure I was safe! I'm kidding. It was the most amazing experience this time around. We had such an incredible server-Antonio. He was so attentive, so timely, so accommodating to our young children as well as us. He also really took his time explaining the bar items to both my husband and my father-in-law as they are big bourbon guys. We enjoyed the complimentary duck fat fries and thought that was a creative alternative to the regular bread and butter we usually fill up on. We all split a chopped salad, which was so delicious and they divided it in four plates for us and it was more than enough food. We also each shared a fillet, and the whipped potatoes. The sides are very generous. We probably could've gotten one side and split it by four people. The food was absolutely amazing. It was so delicious. I will say it was very heavy when you're not used to eating that way so I wouldn't suggest to eat so late, but we walked it off at Christmas village. We had no room for dessert, sadly because the menu looked great and I saw other people eating dessert that looked delicious, but not a single thing could fit in to our bellies after those delicious duck fat fries, the wedge salad, the steak and potatoes. We definitely want to go back and we really commend the incredible excellent service we had. Truly, our server made it all the more enjoyable. Shout out to Antonio who deserves so much praise!

A must when visiting the Princess, and even worth the trip if you're not staying there. The steaks and food were amazing! We even had our 6 year old with us and the staff was so accommodating and patient. Mom and Dad were able to eat a nice meal while still spending time with our little one at this great resort.

Love this place. Been here a few time and last year we decided to celebrate Christmas Eve here. They had a pre fixed menu and everything was absolutely delicious. The ambience is beautiful and cozy, the employees are amazing, top notch service, thank you for such a great time

Great food, great service, kind of quiet at the bar for a Friday night. The bar wasn't as big or social as I was hoping for but a great place to catch up with my friend. So he turns her appetizer was fantastic, don't wasters really good, the iceberg wedge salad was a bit disappointing with a quirky, gritty texture and a flavor unlike the standard wedge. I was really excited for it but wouldn't order it again as is.

Had a group dinner here and I have to say, it was a great experience. The staff here is very friendly and professional and the service was top tier. The salad and tuna tartare were perfect starters that were light and fresh. The steak was cooked to perfection with a nice medium rare cook and seasoned generously. Some great sides, I was a big fan of the mushrooms. Got to enjoy a little dessert too and I'm always a sucker for a nice creme brûlée.

Food was delicious!!! Love the table side offerings. The lobster pot pie was out of this world. We did order steak and sides but the lobster pot pie was my favorite! I could not stop thinking about it for days. Service was decent and ambiance was very intimate. We sat in the booths in the bar area. Great for date nights, celebrations, night outs.

No staff members were running around frantically, and I could tell they are staffed amazingly well. So organized and kind, genuinely smiling at us. I could tell that anyone would be willing to help us, if we needed them! Our waiter, Daniel, came over and again, welcomed us. He let us know the specials of the night and how dinner will be served. Then, they served each of us the crème brûlée corn. All of us that ordered meat, asked for medium rare and we were not disappointed!! Our meats were spot on!!! Perfection!!! Sides including the whipped potatoes and Mac and cheese were also good. We also enjoyed the coconut cream pie with a birthday candle for dessert, but I will say for the price we paid for the entire meal, the dessert should have been comped for the birthday. Instead, we were publicly embarrassed and treated like criminals for absolutely no reason. After we were seated, I closed the curtain because the table next to us was loud and obnoxious. Minutes later, the manager, Hannah, walked over and decided our entire group was "too intoxicated" to be served. Not a single person in our group was causing a scene, being disrespectful, or acting out of control. We were sitting at our table, ordering dinner. What makes this even more ridiculous is that after taking our drink order, Hannah personally brought out three green tea drinks in champagne glasses. Then, almost immediately afterward, she decided we were somehow too intoxicated to stay. Which is it? If we were supposedly too drunk to be there, why were drinks being served in the first place? We had already ordered what would have been around a $700 meal, and instead of being treated with basic respect, we were stereotyped because we were a bachelorette party. It felt like Hannah had already made up her mind before giving us any chance to prove otherwise. Restaurants absolutely have the right to refuse service to genuinely intoxicated guests. What they should not do is make assumptions based on the type of celebration or the size of a group. This wasn't responsible service--it was poor judgment, inconsistent management, and an incredibly embarrassing way to treat paying customers. We'll happily spend our money somewhere that values its guests instead of profiling them. !!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! We ended up at ZUZUs, they treated us with respect and dignity. But after a chat with the manager, Thomas, four of us girls came to this location for my girlfriend's bachelorette dinner, and I couldn't be more thrilled that we did. They completely changed my perspective and reminded me why Bourbon & Bones stands out among the many great steakhouses in Scottsdale. From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was fantastic. The hosts were warm and welcoming, our table was perfect, and the entire staff made us feel genuinely taken care of. The drink selection is extensive and for this occasion, was fantastic, and the recommendations from the team were spot-on. And then there was the food... WOW. I've eaten at Bourbon & Bones several times, and their steaks never disappoint. They are consistently cooked beautifully, and I absolutely love the added touch of selecting your own steak knife. It's such a fun detail that makes the experience feel special. The evening got even better when we were treated to dessert, including the most incredible butter cake. Seriously--do yourself a favor and save room for it. It is THAT good! But what really made this experience stand out was the service and genuine effort from the team. Thomas and John went above and beyond to make sure our evening was special and to make things right after my previous experience with Bourbon & Bones. They didn't just provide great service...they made us feel valued as guests. We left celebrating my girlfriend's bachelorette, completely satisfied, and already talking about when we could come back. That says everything. Scottsdale has no shortage of amazing steakhouses, but Bourbon & Bones absolutely stands out. Great food is one thing, but exceptional hospitality is what makes you remember a restaurant--and this team delivered that in every way. The Prime Brisket and Pulled Pork were perfectly cooked and d went well with the Sweet Potato Fries. My coworker got the Snitch Burger and even though the bun was on the thick side, it was a tasty burger! Prices are reasonable and parking isn't an issue. This place has a very casual vibe with the bar seating on one side and the dining room on the other. Give it shot and hop on The Joy Bus at Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse!

Well, this was not the review I was expecting to write. I was first introduced to Bootleggers when…read morethere was one on Shea. You can go there to see my review and how happy it made me. That location became something of a semi regular stop even after I moved to the other side of the valley. I use to introduce all my friends when they visited me to Bootleggers at that location. After it closed, my husband and I decided to do a small gathering (5 people) at the Scottsdale location expecting the same experience at 4pm. Oh god how wrong I was. TLDR: If you want to be full after you ate, cool, ice in your drink, ADA accessible and have clean bathrooms, this place is not recommended. Full Review: We walked into an empty restaurant and you could tell the AC was dying/dead. It wasn't as hot as normal and we figured a place has a problem every once in awhile and continued to stay. We should have left the moment we got there The 2 girls working appearently never understood the concept ice. The water had like 3 half melted cubes in it. Considering that even though it was 120, but 101 out, and we were seated inside, you'd think there could at least be that. Now this where you might say "wow, you sound picky and entitled. its just eater." I wish I had the forethought to take pictures. Because if you were there, you would get it. I had to ask for refills for the table because they never even tried and were barely around. Reminder the place was empty minus us at 4pm. The ladies restroom had a small layer of water and I had to move random furniture to help get my mother (who is a veteran in a wheelchair) into the bathroom. It smelled horrific and was just gross. Getting her in and out was like a puzzle. So if you are wheelchair bound looking for ADA friendly, skip this unless you have a friend willing to just move the stuff in your way because there is no way you can do it. Now the Food. You would think that at least the food would be fine. That was of course the main reason I brought people there. The Apple pie moonshine and Peach moonshine were fanatic. The food tasted delicious BUT...big BUT here all the portions are hyper reduced. Like I use to get 5 eggs on the deviled eggs, only 3. The sweet potato fries of heaven, was half of the portion. Same with every single appetizer. My pork belly tacos had 3 tacos but the plating wasn't just different, but the tacos were ridiculously small. The only item that had the same portions I was accustomed to was the BBQ platter. My husband quietly paid the bill (around 300) and we left to find a place with AC and apologized profusely to our family. They were hot, still hungry and my mother felt like a burden due to the staff. I don't know if that was just the naturla difference between the 2 locations or if it has new management but, Good bye Bootleggers. NEVER AGAIN. Which is really sad because this use to be one of my favorites.
