Thankfully we took those seats as the bar became quickly crowded with several clients waiting for seating. Since we share food we opted for the Pupu for Two to start, and enjoyed the Pink Drink and The Industry to kick things off. The platter didn't disappoint with its wide variety of options, with choices for vegetarians and carnivors alike. We opted for another round of drinks and the rigatoni app to finish off the meal. Bourbon hunters rejoice! Has there been that special or rare bottle you've been dying to try but can't find it anywhere? Or maybe you found an expensive bottle at your local liquor store but aren't sure if it's worth the price? Chances are BK&C has it at their bar. I personally haven't found a better selection anywhere in CT or MA. Yes there are some bars that might have a similar amount of whiskey available but when it comes to exclusivity no one beats this spot. They even have various Buffalo trace single barrel picks. What makes it even better is the food is great! I honestly can't wait to go back to try other food from their menu. Service was great at the bar (Collin?) was awesome. Nice, dark, and sort of low key ambiance. The only downside I feel I need to mention is that their pours are pricey. If they were less I would definitely try more. If you're looking for a place to eat, look no further! This is the restaurant to go to. We called ahead to check if there was a wait, that night there was not. The man who answered let us know the outside seating had just closed, but there was inside seating. We arrived to see an adorable outside area -I would love to go back when it's a little warmer to sit. There is a small parking lot next to the restaurant that makes parking very convenient and easy. Fair warning the actual entrance is not where the outside seating, it is around the other side. It wasn't too busy and they were very friendly that we came the opposite direction on accident. We were sat right away and immediately given water. I know this is a weird comment but the water they give you is so good! It is crisp and super fresh. They give you a glass bottle so you can refill at your table and they regularly fill it up if you finish. We are big water drinkers so crisp water is a plus for us all! Our server was quick, attentive and friendly. We put our drink order in and got a spicy margarita and a passion fruit punch. Both were AMAZING. Such quality made drinks! For our appetizer, we got candies bacon and an order of wings. With our wings, we added their Buffalo sauce. It had a wonderful kick to them and we devoured them. The candied bacon was a hit for everyone. Our daughter was in heaven. I highly recommend either of these! For dinner, I ordered fish tacos, my boyfriend a double cheddar burger with upgraded truffle fries , and buttered pasta for our daughter. The fish tacos came with only two tacos but they were a pretty big size. The slaw that comes on the tacos compliments the flavors so well. Pretty safe to say I inhaled each bite. The double cheddar burger had a skirt of cheddar cheese that we used to wrap around our fries. Each item we got was built so well and the quality of food is just so high. My daughters simple buttered pasta was a hit. We asked for a side of grated parmesan cheese to mix in and she was in heavy. The pasta was cooked Al dente and she had zero complaints. Had dinner and drinks here before a concert at the arts center. Absolutely delish - it's been a year and I still reminisce about it! Glad our front desk attendant suggested it! Let me start by saying that this is my wife and I'm favorite restaurant. They do a great job with the C19 and all procedures were followed perfectly. We tried the new Rangoons.... like crab ones but with Whiskey Coke onions.... amazing!! I ordered the Pollo loco, popcorn chicken, honey, Sriracha and cocktail cheese. Sounds amazing.... but it was so sweet we could not eat it. There was not much Sriracha in it. I was hoping for a kick and it was like we were easing liquid sugar. This is the 1st item on their menu that we have tried that we did not love. Very unfortunate. We also ordered the pizza which is our favorite. It was just ok this time. We usually get the pepperoni extra cheese and its amazing. Something just wasn't right. We had extra cheese and candied bacon. I really enjoyed this place! I met a friend here and had some of the best service I have had in my recent memory. We wanted to take our time catching up and the server was attentive but didn't make us feel rushed. I got the nachos and she got the tacos, both were with the spicy short rib. This is a great place to eat and have some amazing drinks. Their nachos are out of this world, but it is also one of the reasons why I lower their rating to four stars, because it is so big, that after many bites, it loses its initial luster. We have tried to have it with three people and it is still too much, but I am sure other people would enjoy that. Their candied bacon is divine and there are other some good shareable plates, but these are by far my best. The entrees are okay and we have tried it several times and preferred to come here just for the shareables and the drinks that are excellent. Another issue is the wait time to sit. They do not take reservations and even if you come in about 30 minutes after opening, you will be waiting 45-60 minutes, because the place packs very fast. We got the empanadas 2 for $12 , seemed expensive and lackluster ( First Picture) High Expectations on the burger and my boyfriend said it tasted like an overpriced big mac and the salad for $18 was also way overpriced, it was honestly the smallest salad I have gotten at a restaurant. Went here for a friends birthday celebration. We arrived shortly before they opened, and were lucky for doing so, as a line filled in behind us pretty quickly. It took a few minutes to set the table, but we had a nice spot in the corner. Waitress came over right away, we placed drink and app orders, and said to shotgun as food was ready. I've never seen a kitchen get food out the door so quickly. Our first order of candied bacon was out in minutes, and devoured almost as quickly (it was very tasty). The PuPu platter dropped a few minutes later, and was quite eclectic. Everything was delicious. It came with several sauces that we didn't know what they were. We waited for a few more friends to arrive, then ordered entrees. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. High praise for the entire staff. I had my birthday party catered by Bourbon's last month; we ordered the roasted chicken wings along the steak, chicken tinga and carnitas taco kits. Everyone was raving about how delicious the tacos were and the wings were a huge hit. My husband had an easy time placing the order and with pick up the day of the party. A total home run. Last night I tried Bourbons in Framingham for the first time. I saw some pics of their appetizers and wanted to give it a shot. I'm glad I did! We went at the peek of their dinner rush so we knew there would be a wait. We were greeted by Luke and Brooke who took our names and suggested we get some drinks at the bar while we waited. The drinks came fast and were all delicious and priced fairly. I liked the decor of the place and they had tvs with the game on. We were sat faster than they said we would be which is always a plus. Our waitress Carley was so friendly and nice. She was well schooled on the menu and made a couple of suggestions that we tried. Seats were comfortable and the conversation was great. We ordered the nachos, Buffalo cauliflower, poppers, sliders, and rangoons. I was going all out on my first time and wanted to try the things I saw online. Every app was cooked perfectly and again, fairly priced. I'd say my favorite was the sliders. So unique! They came out in a tortilla and were stuffed with meet and a delicious sauce. The rangoons were absolutely amazing. Stuffed with onions, cream cheese, and chives with a homemade duck sauce. They didn't last long. The nachos were covered in veggie and topped with Mexican street corn. The poppers were stuffed with peppers and a nice sauce that tasted amazing. The buffalo cauliflower had a little kick and was even still crunchy. I also got an order of short rib tacos. They were amazing! Just a nice little kick of spice. For dessert we got the caramel bread pudding and split it! I can't wait to go back and try some of the other foods we missed. It's also important to know that we had a vegetarian with us and they had so many choice for her as well. I'm not a vegetarian but enjoyed everything we got that didn't have meat in it.
