I love this place!!! My favorite has to be the parm fries, there a must try. We all loved our food, the poke bowl is so good and HUGE! The chicken wings are yummy but have a kick of spicy. The nachos are also a must, to die for. Server was so sweet and the food came out quickly. The environment is somewhat classy and light lighting. A great go to.

Delicious beet salad with arugula, candied walnuts, grilled chicken, and hidden whipped feta under beets.

The beet salad was amazing! I would definitely have it again even though nit a huge fan of beets. Taking a star away for the service. Sat at the bar and the bartender took at least 10 min to even acknowledge me. The ambiance is dark and moody, but at 6pm it was packed.

Great local spot when you're in Natick! We dined here on Tuesday night (September 23, 2025). It's an unassuming location (from the outside) but cool bistro/pub with a large bar and fair amount of seating. SERVICE: Great service from entry to seating. Our server was absolutely fabulous. I was one of those "problem" customers with a dairy allergy and she was super helpful in choosing the appropriate apps and even had the chef modify a couple dishes so I did not have to miss out on some of the food. Class Act!! FOOD: Everything was superb. We tried several apps (pictures included) I recommend all their food. With the great service and great food, I'll be coming back when in town again. Thanks Bourbons!! Go give them a try.

Amazing Bourbon experience with high quality food...this ain't your typical pub grub. The bourbon is the main feature here, I mean it's prominent in their name. Their selection is huge including a lot of rare bottles. For example they have most all PAPPY VAN WINKLE varieties, which are highly coveted. I ordered a glass (neat) of the rare WIDOW JANE THE VAULTS (15yr) which is a blend of their top barrels. It was so delicious with raisin, chocolate, and dark fruit. Great complexity. Shout out to Matt, the GM/beverage director, who appreciated my choices and offered me a taste of the rare STARLIGHT DISTILLERY LOST LANTERN, which is finished in a honey barrel and showcased honey with light smoke. It was super smooth and never would have guessed it was barrel proof. It is phenominal. Thanks Matt! They don't just excel in bourbon. Their food was made with high quality fresh ingredients and methods. I ordered the PERFECT BURGER without a bun with a CEASAR SALAD. I read they cook burgers via sous vide method, which I believe as burger was incredibly tender and flavorful. The side salad was substantial with delicious dressing, quality parmesan cheese, and delicious croutons. The atmosphere feels like a pub, but not average pub. They utilize bourbon barrels as standing tables to support people around abroad that can't find seats, or those just waiting for a table. I will be back on my next visit to the area!

It's a great place for bar experience. We got seated at bar as there was wait time for regular seating. We had carrot salad in appetizers and steak tacos and chicken burger for main course. All came out very well. Tasted delicious and presentation was top notch. We also had caramelized bread in dessert and it was totally worth it. Its a bar place so potion sizes are smaller in general so order accordingly. It has plenty of parking outside for free. I will totally recommend this place to everyone.

Corner seat at the bar with my better half.

If bourbon is your jam, Bourbon's is great destination. The have a great selection from reasonably priced, to stupid expensive, and everything in between. They have many other whiskies, too, and the usual range of other spirits. But ordering a Mai Tai, or a Margarita here is kind of like going to an Italian restaurant and ordering a burger. Speaking of which, Bourbon's had several good burgers to choose from. I like the Perfect Burger (prepared using the sous vide method), and it's going to come from the kitchen cooked perfectly, evenly, exactly the "color" you ordered it, all the way through--every time. That said, Bourbon's also has a very large shareables menu, too. It's not unusual for my partner and I to go there to enjoy a dinner of several small plates. By they way... We live nearby, so it's an easy choice for us. And, that means we are they somewhat regularly. The ambiance is "comfortable" and on the dark side -- no overly bright lighting here -- and nice. It's not a place for special occasions necessarily, but very pleasant. In all the times we've been, the service has always been great. I giver Bourbon's a very solid 4-stars.

make a reservation - this place was PACKED at 5:30 pm (they open at 5). when you walk in you are in a orange-brown new american feeling restaurant, so this is a good place to get food out or catch up with some cocktails with friends. with how busy it was upon arrival my party automatically thought that was a good sign. by the time we left there was a long wait so we were really fortunate to nab a seat when we did. definitely the local haunt despite the odd location. this was recommended to me by a coworker so i came here with some friends and we loved the service and our drinks! we all really enjoyed our food as well. nachos were good if not a little expensive for the add ons, and the waitress recommended the nachos. everyone was happy with what they had. and if i lived closer to framingham i would be here much more often.

I'm holding on to summer for dear life, I ordered a beach bum cocktail. Whoa, it is tasty. The servers and staff are summertime happy too. My favorite small dish is tuna poke mini tacos

Server was nice but you could tell they were understaffed that night and sat too many tables at once. Once we sat done down and given water it took a while before our server appeared. The pacing was off and there were long periods between our order and apps, entree, and dessert. - bread service: kind of expensive ($13) for 5 pieces of bread and a dollop of each dipping sauce. Try just bread and butter for $6 - cornbread: delicious but small portion for $14. Also not a fan of the cutting board presentation - kids Mac and cheese: very cheesy ($12) - tiger shrimp risotto: ($34) good flavor but risotto was underdone - fried chicken: ($30) so crispy and cooked perfectly but had an odd spice in there like cinnamon? The star was the fried green tomatoes and the buttermilk ranch! Perfectly fried and crunchy while the tomatoes stayed firm and a very tasty ranch dressing! - dessert: warm cow sugar cookies were nice and warm sitting in butterscotch pudding, very cute! - the toffee in the butterscotch pudding ($11) was super crunchy, wish there were more cubes mixed in - warm chocolate brownie ($15) was missing the creme anglaise? Or the splatter of it was very small? I liked the open kitchen, high ceilings and farm2table concept but be prepared to spend $$$. Some street parking available and metered lot across the street.

All it came with was a side salad, which had 3 cherry tomatoes and onions. They brought the salad out first and then they brought out the fish. For $32, i expected more to come with my dinner. We then order the blueberry cheesecake and the salted caramel cake to go. They were the smallest portioned desserts i have ever seen for $15 a piece. I am a baker and have worked in the food industry for years and i was just appalled at the prices they are charging for the amount of food they give you. I think we were either at the Early Bird Special, or in the group of people who hate New Years Eve partying and all that Bally-hoo, but we were definitely the youngest folks there besides those who were working! Started with the standard Ken's Garden Salad. Top shelf. Nothing bad about this whatsoever. Ice cold, lettuce, tomato, onions, and a most wonderful light dressing. The salad alone would be worth the trip, and I mean that sincerely. We each had a 10 ounce steak. Of course there are all sorts of meats and cuts till get, but red meat is really not my preference whatsoever. That said, I feel silly ordering Fisk or chicken at a steak house - as they say, when in Rome. Nicely prepared, medium, with mushrooms on the side and green beans. Very well done. A compare and contrast, to Davio's. I'd give the edge to Davio's for a more modern menu with a wider array of options. Pricing, I'd say Ken's wins. Upper crust/Downton Abbey feel goes to Davio's. Nostalgia and old friend, Ken's. My takeaway - both are very good. Pricing, product, venue, and the people are what makes Ken's special. Highly recommend a trek. No negatives whatsoever.

This was our first time going since it had opened as the Fireside Tavern. It is fair to say we were underwhelmed. My wife ordered a Dirty Martini and it had a lot of vermouth in it which is not the correct way to prepare it. For an appetizer we got the Calamari which was very good. Crispy and tender with delicious hot peppers added in as well. For the main courses we got the Chicken Piccata severed over Gnocchi which was good but nothing special. Gnocchi were a bit denser than we like. Our other main was the Seafood Paella. On the plus side it had a lot of seafood in it, mussels, Shrimp, Scallops and a white fish. All of the sish was cooked well and was tender and juicy. However it did not appear to be cooked in a Paella pan so you didn't get some of those bites of crispy rice and the seasoning was off it had no saffron or tomatoes like I am used to. It was more like a plain rice that they added peas, carrots, and red pepper. Just didn't taste like any form of the paella that I have eaten previously. Jenna our server was awesome and attentive but not overbearing. She was fantastic and made for an enjoyable evening.

We walked into a space that is comfortable and notably quiet for its size, which made it a good option for larger parties or anyone who wants to actually have a conversation without competing with the room. Live music downstairs adds a different dimension to evening visits, and the kitchen stays open until midnight, which makes it a reliable option when other spots have already closed. The nachos are the standout order and the dish most worth building your visit around. They came out loaded and well constructed without collapsing into the pile of soggy chips that ruins most nacho plates. The smash tacos are worth ordering across a few different fillings to get a sense of what the kitchen does well, and the birria tacos in particular have built a following for the depth of flavor in the braised meat and the accompanying consommé for dipping. We tried a few of the other taco options, and they landed on the milder side in terms of seasoning, which was a bit of a letdown compared to the birria. The portion size relative to price also felt a little small on some plates. The ceviche was decent but benefited from some additional flavor, so adjusting expectations on that particular order makes sense. Service was attentive and the pacing of the meal matched the relaxed atmosphere of the room. The staff knew the menu well and offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. For a Latin restaurant in Boston that delivers on atmosphere, late hours, and a few standout dishes like the nachos and birria tacos, Lockheart is a solid option worth keeping in mind for a group dinner or a late night meal.
