Tried explaining my design the best I could. I wanted French tip. He didn't even offer or do my cuticles. When I went in the next day they wanted me to pay $50 to get my nails fixed even though they should have been done how I asked the first time. This salon is joke. I went in for a full set and pedicure. I paid $171 for services plus $10 tips to both techs, so $200. I was in a hurry and didn't even take the time to look at the finished product before leaving. The shape AND length on both of my big toes were COMPLETELY different. I gave up asking her to fix them after the 4th time and had to fix them myself when I got home. My fingernails are absolutely horrific as well. 5 of the tips were glued on very crooked and the other 5 were not filed down evenly on the ends. The guy tore up my cuticles with his drill and seemed to be very rushed. Lesson learned. read more

First of all I was a walk in. I was greeted by Sherri who was so welcoming and kind. She offered me water and shared it would be about a 20 minute wait. While I waited she answered all my questions. The boutique is clean and the staff smiles and says hi, not just my technician. When it was my turn, I met Kenny and he was AMAZING. I love my nails!!! He listened, was careful with a nail I had broken and was very painful. I had the building gel nails and I really love them. He didn't take too long. They end with a warm wrapped hand towel to cleanse my hands. This was my first time there. What a wonderful experience. I go back Friday for a pedicure and I can't wait. I highly recommend Kenny. My tech told me to keep my long nails because they look pretty. I told her I want them to cut down a little bit and she did not after we're done went to pay notice that we were charged extra for my long nails and for the gel on our toenails even though the basic pedicure has no gel polish I talk to the person that was in charge that morning. This spot is so cute and reminds me of the shops I used to go to in LA and OC. It is always VERY CLEAN, like you could eat off the floor! The nail techs are top tier and their pedicure spas are super bomb. They have lots of options for types of pedicures. They also do dip at this place and designs - like if you bring a picture they are so talented, they can replicate most anything. Parking is easy. As much as I would like to give this nail salon 5 stars there are just a couple things I'm not happy with. Don't get me wrong Bella really did do her best to do a good job but I think her work could've been a little better. Although my nails are a super cute design, some of my nails are a little off and not even with the others... but it's not my nails that I'm upset about. I came in with just the idea of wanting to do my nails and she talked me into getting my extension lashes touched up since mine were practically all gone. At first I thought she did a great job however, It hasn't even been 24 hours and more than half of them have already fallen off and that's just with brushing them. I'm a little upset about spending an extra $60 for most of them to be completely missing after 20 hours just getting them done. Update: lashes didn't even last for 3 days. They were so heavy, itchy, and irritating I had to take them off. They all looks like clump lashes, which is so terrible for your natural lashes!! I have nothing good to say about my experience here. I got the worst nail fill of my life. I wasn't asked if they were too short until it was too late. And my white tips look like crap. I look like I have short fat fingers. And it looks like they weren't even filled. On my pedicure my big toe was dug into so hard I almost cried. The water was scaring hot and I had to tell them 3 times that it was. And I overheard several other people complain of the same thing. I left the salon with a divet in my toe and didn't care anymore to have her fix it. Unfortunately the massage was lacking as well. I think there are some nail techs that simply don't have the talent others do, I think you ask for what you ask for and you get what you ask for and than get mad about it. That being said Silvia has never done me wrong, or at least wrong enough for me to complain about it. I will say some of the dip colors appear darker than they actually are, the orange was supposed to be a coppery color. The only other inconsistencies are when placing the stones, one nail always looks great and the other not so much. Also the dip for whatever reason gets ground down so much that your nail beds are pretty sore. Other than that look at the reviews and pick your stylist from there. *My favorites are the people that complain about how terrible they are and than come back so they can complain again* read more

First off I want to say this, brand new location and beautiful! First time I visited location I spent $110+ tips because of the amazing customer service and the techs were attentive, professional and did the services amazingly! Second time I spent $130 even after I was and have been super let down with this experience this time around. From my volcano pedicure being the most painful pedicure of my life! The nail tech was super unprofessional, distracted and so rough! I had an ingrown which she proceeded to "remove" and kept going over and over the same area on my big toe with a scalpel looking tool and apparently left a piece of nail unremoved which caused horrible pain, heat and throbbing all night until now it still hurts! The gel polish which I paid extra for was done so sloppy that when I got home and showered it was already peeling off! As for my full set experience was also horrible! The tech seemed to hate her job because of the vibe she was giving off but hey you never know what's going on at home or in their personal lives. Kind of sucks because being in customer service myself you have to set that aside and give the customer an amazing experience. She put one thin coat of acrylic and then filed quickly with drill and put gel polish over and didn't even clean up or care to be neat with the work she was doing. After walking up to the front to pay I was waiting for client paying to finish up and glimpsed at my nails and noticed the work and was so upset. You trust that for the price you are paying you will have gorgeous nails and not have to examine them but I guess I was wrong. Lesson learned! I then spoke to receptionist, the owner and his brother about the work and how upset I was this second time around they then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I did not specify on how I wanted my nails done even though I showed pictures of what I wanted to several techs during my visit? They made me feel so stupid and crazy for even mentioning anything! Then told me that I needed to ask for duck nails!!! WHAT?! They said they could fix them at that moment but to be honest I was so mad I just wanted to get out of there. I told them I would be back the next day and have someone else fix them since I didn't want the same people touching me again. I returned back the next day and got my nails fixed with whom I believe is the owners wife? She "fixed" my full set and made them a bit thicker and gave me a shade I felt more comfortable with. Not 100% happy but at least way better than they originally were. As for my toe gel polish and the ingrown toenail the "owners wife"removed that residual piece of nail but still swollen and hurts to walk since I always feel a sharp pain on that toe that has not gone away! She literally filed the portion of gel Polish that had came off and put white gel polish over the gold flakes I paid extra for! Again better than what I had. They all took pictures of my before and after and was assured that my toe wasn't going to be infected but apparently it did get infected! Lesson learned to speak up instead of being more worried about hurting someone's feelings! read more

Absolutely terrible. Had an appointment at 9:30 and waiting 30 minutes to be seen only to get really sloppy dip nails done. We asked why we were having to wait and the girl at the front said "a lot of people came in right when we opened" so they overbooked their staff and did not leave techs available for in coming appointments. All that wait to receive very bumpy and streaky nails. Hang nails weren't cut, side of nails aren't covered. This is my second time coming so I gave it a chance. read more

This is the 2nd time I've been to this nail salon. The first time Linh did my nails and did a fantastic job I didn't have to come back for almost 3 weeks! This time I walked in with no appointment and was fine with waiting or even coming back. They said they could get me in, great! Rocky did my nails and did them so fast that i was in & out in probably 20 min. At first, I was like "woohoo!" As a mom of 5, I don't have a TON of free time so this was wonderful...so I thought. Less than 2 days later I noticed my nails were peeling away from the SNS. A day later 3 of the nails started chipping at the tips. The SNS was too thin and they were just chipping off. I called an made an appointment to get them fixed and the guy just filed them shorter and added glue to the tips and said "hopefully it will last another week". I told him that Rocky said they should last 3-4 weeks....his response was "Well, that's Rocky" When I told him that I wouldn't be using him again he said next time schedule with someone else that's better. What in the world, if you know a person isn't good then fire them! Don't think I'll come back or at least I'll make sure to not use Rocky. read more
