The rudest wait staff I've ever encountered in my entire life. Seriously just abrasive, forgetful, and clearly just don't give a crap. My family has been coming to this Brunswick for over 15 years at this point and this is the first time I've come to it as "Bowlero" and it's so incredibly disappointing. After forgetting one thing after the other and making us wait over an HOUR for DRINKS (even something like lemonade seriously were you growing the lemons?) our waitress, Brandey I believe really couldn't get a look at her name tag surprisingly, continued to be incredibly rude and abrasive towards us just seriously it's incredible. I can sympathize because waiting isn't easy or fun, but seriously this was ridiculous. Find an AMF somewhere else, seriously unimpressed. Update: so after we finally got out of there waiting another 30 minutes to even get checked out we discovered that our waitress was the ONLY PERSON working the floor on a SATURDAY NIGHT. Which explains a lot obviously because there was an insane amount of people there! I can't even imagine that enough people would call out to leave that poor woman ALONE to take everyone's orders. How horribly understaffed could you allow yourself to get to do that to someone, not even have someone try to chip in and help her is just astounding to me. read more

Trying to use a Groupon or get information from this place, and the kid with a lisp doesn't care to help customers. The supervisor next to him didn't care either. Not interested in business outside of leagues apparently. Very sad. We had fun last time we were here. Came here for Christmas Day bowling fun with friends and family in the afternoon. (I was confused at first because we have been here before, but it looks like it was bought out last year.) The staff was very friendly and personable. The lanes and bowling were great and the food and drinks were on point. I really enjoyed the "Large Marge" drink I had, sadly because of it, I totally forgot to take photos of the food we ordered (Mozzarella sticks with French fries, and Pretzel bites with tater tots), but it was all really good and the service was excellent. The arcade section was interesting and we did try it out also. The machine that gave out prizes was messing up a bit, but the manager came over and helped us out. We will probably be back again next year on Christmas to continue our new tradition. Thank you for being opening and to the people working, that allowed us some place to go in the evening on Christmas. read more

I had booked a party for my son at the wrong location and a few hours before the event the Manager was able to switch everything. It was the best party for my 9 year old son!! We had a private area very nicely set up, food was super delicious, and they gave us extra money for the arcades...for the 15 adults and 12 kids $8 each! Additionally, we had 4 lanes to ourselves, and adults were able to join in the fun. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for everyone there, and the kids just had a blast. I've been bowling here for quite a while. The place is neat, service is pretty good but they are doing a Horrible job of keeping it Cool inside. Management says Corporate controls the Temps. Lately there is hardly Any cool air coming out of their AC vents. It's already uncomfortable before Leagues even start ! Can't say I like bowling there any more !! read more

While everybody has been impacted by covid, bowlero feels it is the responsibility of their customers to help them pad their bottom line. When you finish, bowlero sneakily adds in a Co-VID admin fee for every purchase. Ok, so they want to pass on this cost but fail to tell you ahead of time. Not telling people of this amounts to a scam where bowlero hopes you never notice it. IF bowlero gave price breaks to those who have been impacted financially by covid, then maybe. For some reason bowlero thinks they are the only people impacted. No social distancing, inferior protection guidelines and failure of many employees to wear masks. Bowlero fails to enforce the current guidelines for covid, but has no problem profiting from it? If bowlero fails to be up front with customers, how can anybody be sure they are even using this added charge for what they claim? read more

We recently hosted my son's birthday at Bowlero. This location has been beautifully renovated and looks fabulous! Angela provide exceptional customer service! She truly went above and beyond and took care of every detail. She is awesome! My husband and I were very impressed with everything and the kids (teens) had such a great time. The food we ordered was set up in such a nice presentation and everything was exactly as we requested. The kids had a great time bowling and enjoyed the arcade as well. Everything (bowling, shoe rental, food, beverage, arcade game cards and a $5 gift card for each guest to return again) was included in the package, which made things very simple for me. On the evening of April 29th, 2023, four of us decided to have a fun night of bowling at this alley at 8:30 pm. Two of us were part of a league at the 35th Ave and Union Hills lane and were informed that we would receive league rates for bowling, food, and non-alcoholic drinks, regardless of which lanes we chose under the AMF/Bowlero umbrella. However, this was not the case at this particular alley. We were charged full price for each game of bowling, as well as full price for our food and drinks. When I inquired about this, I was informed that each lane has the discretion to establish its own policies, and they were not obligated to honor league specials. I requested to speak with a manager, but was not given the opportunity. We reluctantly accepted this and began to bowl. However, as we continued to play, we noticed that the alley became increasingly crowded. I approached the counter to inquire about the situation and was informed that it was due to Saturday night bowling, which started at 9 pm. I asked about the cost, and was surprised to learn that the price was lower than what we had paid per person, and included unlimited bowling. We will not be back. They've lost our business and whoever we can share our story with. read more

We've bowled here twice in the last month and have had such a good experience we decided to invest in some equipment and join one of the leagues. Our first experience was for my birthday about a month ago. We made our reservations though an event coordinator. They were very accommodating with all our changes and last minute requests. We ended up with 25 bowlers of kids and adults. We reserved 4 lanes for 3 hours and they gave us extra time so everyone could finish the last game. My family (kids) and I bowled tonight 2 paid for them selves Friday night bowling 2 hour waiting list started bowling at 10 pm supposed to be 8 pm so for 2 hours 3 of us cost $64.00 then the other 2 paid $43.00 right at midnight they turned our lane off no warning! So for 5 people $107.00 + tax we bowled for 2 hours 2 games $5.99 shoe rental And the lane wasn't clean all the balls I put back before bowing!! so disappointed things are already so expensive! And our lane failed 2 times! So we had to wait! So disappointed!then you go on Groupon and for 6 people shoe rental included $49.00 seriously I want my money back! I use to go here when I was a kid was on a bowling league for the summer for about as much as 2 hours !!! All I can say is don't waste your money before looking for a Groupon. Bowlero has hosted our Cactus AFJROTC group for an afternoon of team building and fun twice now. The kids have had nothing short of a blast. The staff is very friendly and accommodating for 80+ teenagers and some parents. The facility is clean and modern and has enough extra activities (i.e. pool, video games) to keep everyone amused. To top it off they have great food and friendly service. And bowling is fun!! read more

Multiple times this bowling area has left me and my party waiting for hours when initially we were told there was only a 45 minute wait. I've seen multiple parties (of the same color as the manager) get a lane right away that were in line after me so many times it is ridiculous. Never once was there an apology or any type of customer service qualities shown in this work crew, ESPECIALLY the manager himself. I hate to say it was racial based, but after this happening multiple times to me and my boyfriend, I have came to conclusion that's what it is.
