I watched her repeatedly wipe her nose with her hands, wipe her hand on the wall, then several times put a finger all the way up each nostril and twist. She also inserted a finger in each nostril and scraped the walls inside each nostril. It was unbelievable, and sickening. She never used a tissue or washed her hands. I wanted to say something-she seemed to have no idea how unacceptable this was, and no coworker reacted.

The quality of both the manicure and pedicure was unparalleled, as the manicurist took his time and did the nails extremely well. They had taken serious precautions due to Covid in the salon, including placing barriers between the customer and the nail artist, and providing free sanitizers, masks and gloves that were used the entire time. I NEVER have had any gel polish chip with her. She's skilled with what she does and she's also faster than other salons I used to go to in the past. Lux nails is always trying to charge you more. I can't trust a nail salon that isn't honest with how they charge you. I have moved on. Quality of the work is average. I am spending my money elsewhere.
