I don't know where to begin. Although they showed up on time they only stayed for 2 hours but had indicated they stayed for over 4 hours. We paid for deep cleaning and fridge cleaning add on. They didn't dust many areas nor did they mop the floors. They missed wiping areas of the counter and didnt fully wipe down the fridge if at all. The service cost me $444, and only got. 20% refund even though they only stayed for half the time and didnt perform the service we paid for. Just absolutely horrible. read more

Spent almost $1000 to replace a door 4 months ago. The door has been having trouble opening/closing and now has gotten so bad that its unable to lock. We called the company wanting to schedule them to take a look at it. They refused to even come out and immediately said its not their fault and that a property management company inspected it the same day and said it was fine so its fine. BR Performance Cleaning completely exceeded my expectations! I scheduled the cleaning through their website on Monday. They were here on Wednesday morning at precisely the time we scheduled them. Two awesome ladies (Raquel and Julia) came to the door with their cleaning supplies and went right to work. We have a large (4br /2 bath) open floor concept home with hardwood floors throughout. It had been nearly a year since we'd moved into the house so it was due for a deep clean. The price was right for the professional job they did. All the wooden blinds were cleaned and both the fridge and oven look brand new. They cleaned our large area rug, washed the windows (inside only) and cleaned up my baseboards. The cleaning was definitely subpar. I think they completely duped me as a lot of things were not cleaned properly. I trusted them and left the cleaners without supervision as anyone would do but a lot of spots were not cleaned at all in many places which makes me suspect if they even cleaned thoroughly. Extremely pleased with the recent deep clean our house received from BR Performance Cleaning. While they do charge more than most companies, it's far worth the price because of the attention to detail their cleaners clean with. There was some confusion as to how to add carpet cleaning to two rooms which turned out to be a more expensive charge which was not initially relayed to me but I didn't realize that until the work was done. I had a deep cleaning-cleaned my house from top to bottom!! My husband said "the bathroom looks shiny and new"! They were able to remove lime build up from one of our toilets that I have been unable to remove. I gave 4/5 stars because they company gave me a 30 minute arrival time of 8-8:30; at 8:10 I was texted that they would arrive by 9. They dry dust, I prefer wet dusting because dry dusting leaves dust floating the air and wet dusting gets it all up! That being said, I would use this service again. read more

Everything was super clean, they went above and beyond, paid special attention to our nursery to ensure it was especially and even made sure to make up our dog's bed which he appreciated very much! PROS: They were super responsive, answered all my questions, bared with me when I asked things they might already said, worked with me in terms of the services I wanted and the dates/times I needed. The services I requested were Heavy Duty Moving In/out and Steam Carpet Cleaning. The price was also a lot more affordable than other cleaning services and provided the carpeting services I wanted instead of just vacuuming it. CONS: The few things I did notice after the services were rendered were some grit on the counter tops and floors, some crumbs along the carpet edges, and the stair carpet still kinda smells like the dogs from the previous owners. The main thing I didn't like was the number of individuals who actually showed up to perform the services and the time it took. I was supposed to have 2 ppl and the services were going to take about 4-5hrs. However, when they showed up, it was only 1 person and they just told me the other person couldn't make it AFTER I asked her (we had to use Google translate as she didn't speak English). The person I had was super sweet and did a great job by herself, however, the job took 7.5hrs, which given the circumstances, I do understand. But I am still unhappy about how long it took and that only 1 person instead of 2 were present, especially since I booked this date about 3 weeks prior. As a result, it delayed everything else I was going to do that day. When I brought it up to the company after the service as they asked for my rating, they replied with "I apologize for the inconvenience. We usually work with two people, but this time we weren't able to send two due to a issue we had with the team." Just wished I knew beforehand about the 1 missing person and how long things were going to take. But I would also like to reiterate that the person that did come in did a good job for her being by herself. Hired them to do heavy duty cleaning in a newly purchased house before moving in. They showed up on time, and the whole cleaning process took almost 8 hours. Good: I can see that they cleaned floor and windows inside Bad: - bath tub was so dirty that I had to clean it myself before I could use it - in garage, floor was still visibly dirty, even though it was wet what indicated power washing. They didn't sweep it, though it was promised - cabinets in garage were not cleaned, and still had huge layer of dust inside and at the top, though it was promised to clean it - they said that the arrival time was at 9-9:30 am and I need to meet them and let them in. What they didn't say is that there was a second team coming at 3pm, and I had to change my schedule to accommodate it. Clearly a lack of communication from their side - all cleaners didn't speak English and communicated with me using google translate, it was really hard to ask them about anything They offered to redo the cleaning, but since I ordered cleaning 1 day before moving in, it was no longer possible and my belongings was already occupying dirty garage cabinets and floor. Eventually, they refunded me just 50% of the price tag for garage cleaning, which is ~10% of the total cost. Bottom line: if you need to have job done in time, don't hire them.
