They refused and then took 6 months of property management fees out of our June rent!!!! We are now suing them to get that back. Do not believe the 4 or 5 star reviews now. Since they have added this non-disparagement addendum, you wont' see truthful reviews based on fear of eviction! You will see mostly high stars which is not based on actual representation.
