Steve went above and beyond to make things right after I had a disappointing experience during a previous visit for a brake pad replacement. The previous service manager and team had not properly addressed an issue with my wheels, which left me frustrated. Rather than making excuses, Steve took ownership of the situation, sincerely apologized for the poor service I had previously received, and personally made sure the wheel issue was corrected the right way. That level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare to find. Steve treated me with respect, kept me informed throughout the process, and demonstrated that he genuinely cares about his customers and the reputation of the dealership. Where do I start? First, I had my own financing lined up at a really low rate. They then told me if I didn't use their lender, the price could go up by thousands of dollars. I had a 765 credit score - their lender charged me 11%! Next, the rims on the car are faulty - the tires never stay inflated. Third, I didn't get an emissions certificate, I had to get it myself. Finally, the clock on the dashboard doesn't work because their incompetent service department didn't know how to set it. Do not buy a car from these shysters, you will regret it! read more

DO NOT - I repeat DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership! I made the mistake of dealing with these shysters when I bought a pre-owned Mercedes from them two years ago. No emissions certificate, the wheels were defective on the inside which was not apparent upon outside inspection meaning a constant trip to reinflate the tires at the nearest air pump. The service department was supposed to install a new rear-view camera which they did, but now the vehicle's clock doesn't work. In addition, they insisted that I use their financing (Ally Bank) or else the vehicle's price would be increased! And Ally is a nightmare to deal with. Hopefully, the state Department of Consumer Protection as well as the Mechanics & Dealers Division of the Department of Motor Vehicles will shut this group down in good time! read more

A.) Good luck trying to buy a car cash. They make more money when people finance so they will do anything to steer u away from what's easiest for you. They would have you finance their overpriced registration fees if they could. B.) Watch out for the final price. When they come with the "final" paperwork, it includes warranties, and other b/s fee's totaling thousands more than agreed upon, and they're hoping you just go along with it and sign so they make maximum commission. Then when you decline you have to wait and wait for the final paperwork again, like it's your fault they added in every charge in the book. 3.) Finally, and most importantly... if you have any questions what so ever, make sure you ask them while you're there. Once the deal is done and you leave, there will be no getting the sales rep on the phone. If you're like me, and live an hour away, and can't just drive over, but have a question that is absolutely crucial in order to get my title for my insurance co., you will be screwed. There will be a different person answering the phone every time, and my sales rep is Always in a meeting, or with a customer, or is just plain out not available ever, phone or email, day after day after day. So yeah, thanks to my sales rep, Ryan G. for the customer service and support SMH. Now I have to fight with the dmv because I don't have the correct info or paperwork to obtain what I need. I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger from this dealership. It took only 40 minutes on the drive back home for a check engine light to come on. Fast forward two weeks and a hydraulic leak from my front driver side brake line has rendered the car inoperable. You would think these would be easy fixes for a reputable dealership, but so far this dealership is proving otherwise. Every time I call this dealership, I leave a message with an attendant or voicemail for multiple managers. The response is the same dry 'let's see what we can do' followed by no follow up call or remedy. The car is currently sitting at a local dealership that has pointed out multiple modifications that were not listed in the original advertisement. It has now been two and a half weeks my car has been down with no resolution or input from this dealership. Had an actual inspection been completed, these issues would have been noticed and adverted. All attempts at trying to resolve these issues have happened within the 30 day time frame the vehicle is warranted per the dealership's guidelines in conjunction with the state of Connecticut. It is a shame I now have to resort to pursuing possible legal action to get the ball rolling on something that is clearly their responsibility. read more

On April 13th I purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo from Watertown Mitsubishi, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered a major oil leak during a routine inspection, which ended up costing me $2,923.04 in repairs due to the oil separator being broken, i reported this leak to them on May 15th. Only after following up four times did I get a response, on June 4th, stating that because the repairs were done by a third party they could not reimburse me, this is not something written anywhere in our paperwork, and is in fact illegal according to CTs lemon law. This was also the last time they contacted me, ignoring all of my attempts to find resolution, via email and through the BBB. Additionally, I'm still awaiting refunds for the APS and gap insurance contracts the 30-60 days timeframe promised by the warranty providers are well passed, and the dealership was supposed to be responsible for disbursing that money back, they are refusing to answer these emails acknowledging that request. I've also requested service records and documentation for the 360PaintShield products that were supposedly applied to my vehicle but haven't received any response. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues amicably, the lack of communication from the dealership has been disappointing. The dealership's failure to address these matters promptly suggests a disinterest in customer satisfaction and accountability. I had hoped for a better resolution and service from a reputable dealership. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle here, please be cautious and ensure that all your questions are answered before proceeding. The men and woman who work here are extremely attentive and helpful, not ONLY before they sell you the car . I dealt mostly with Kevin and Joel when purchasing my vehicle. I was communicating with a sales person named Najei Irizarry. She said that she would follow-up with sales director after completing the online process, only to have her go completely silent. Zero stars. The general manger is a nightmare. My husband and I went in a serious buyers and the GM treated us so horribly it was actually shocking. His name is Marco or Marcus, something like that. Instead of helping he just kept saying "are you going to buy the car or not". At one point says, if you aren't going to buy the car, there is the door. It was like nothing I've ever experienced. Zero transparency and you could even think the business is a front from something. Dealer fees are insanely high and there is no negotiating with him. He was firm on only offering financing at 9.5% because he gets a percent of that. He also admitted he raised the price by $1k after I left. When my husband went back to see the car, the prices didn't match from the day before. When he asked by the increase the GM said "because I can do whatever I want". Stay away, so sleezy. read more

I brought a car from there Customer service was great but they up charged the vehicle SUV went from 26k to 28,499 then all the unnecessary charges. Online and paper work (warranty) stated the vehicle had 18000 miles but when I drove off the lot the odometer had 20000 I only received one key I asked for the second key they gave me the run arounds. Please read all your paperwork carefully. I will never buy another car from there again. read more

If I can give the workers at this establishment negative stars i would. Especially Kevin and Marcos. I have been in contact with them and the sales team about a vehicle for the past few days. The sales man was very cool but when it came to making a deal, Kevin the finance manager was rude and did not want to make a deal because he was saying every excuse in the book such as "I can't go down on price unless you tell me we have a deal". I let him know, there is a deal and that I am also looking for more vehicles to buy from them, the sooner we can negotiate a price the sooner we have a deal. I sent in the appropriate paperwork they asked and let them know I will come in today to purchase said vehicle and look at the other 3-4 vehicles. Not even an hour later I was at the dealership to make this deal. We agreed on a price. Sat there for 30 minutes while the said vehicle was being purchased by someone else. Not once was I asked to put a down payment, not once was i told another person was looking into the same vehicle. Not once was there any communication about this even within that establishment. I drove over 40 minutes to come make a deal on a car that was already sold. What kind of place is this? Funny how Kevin wants to tell me "I'm not gonna bother negotiating a deal with you if you are looking at different dealerships" but made a deal with someone else? There is no way the deal with the other customer wasn't done prior to me driving there. This place is a joke and i will be taking my business to another dealership. read more

very unhappy with my experience with this place , ive had nothing but issues since the day i drove off the lot (with two almost flat rear tires might i add).i purchased a vehicle here last week and the car has been brought back to them 3 times for things that needed to be repaired or SHOULDVE been repaired/dealt with before the car was even being offered for sale. Before purchasing the car i was ASSURED the car had been looked over and been through there shop. That was not the case AT ALL. almost every day i find a new problem with the car and have to bring it back for repairs. which dont even get done the same day like im told it would be. ontop of that they wont even give me a loaner vehicle to drive even for this inconvenience.i was shown and given a "clean" carfax that stated no accidents so to be on the safe side i bring it to another dealership for a multipoint inspection upon that i find the whole front end bumper fenders and hood dont line up at all , radiator support filled with bondo looks like a backyard cover up bunch of overspray on some of the front end aswell. i find out emissions wasnt even done before i bought the car.the list goes on and on.i was also told the service manager was going to contact me , never did until i called about 3 times asking to speak with him only to hear 'just make a list of what needs to be repaired and we'll go from there' which is completely not the point . the point of me buying and paying for a 'newer car' is too avoid having to bring my car back to the shop every other day , i bring the car back to the dealer more then i drive it in general thats completely pathetic. i would highly recommend nobody buys a car from these guys very unsatisfied. read more
