First time here from Texas. The location is right by an entrance, which makes it convenient to come in and grab a drink while walking around or right before you leave. I had the standard milk tea with tapioca. I was very surprised to see that the add in boba was free with the drink! Most boba places charge maybe 0.50 or more for that. It comes out to $3.95, which is fairly reasonable compared to what I've had in Houston. The milk tea had a stronger tea than milk flavor, which I appreciated. The boba was pretty chewy and appropriately sweet-- no complaints from me there. I had a sip of the chai smoothie, which had a particularly strong cinnamon flavor and was a little too sweet for my taste. The workers were very quick and friendly. If I lived in this area, I'd say this is a good place to get your boba fix. read more

There was no line and speedy, attentive service at the Clackamas Town Center Location. It is also conveniently located near the entrance of the mall, which makes it easy to find. Braganza at Clackamas Town Center is a great place for bubble tea (also known as milk tea or boba tea). By any name, their drinks are always fresh tasting and flavorful. Also, it's nice that you can order your drink "blended" so that it comes out in a slushy-like consistency (not all bubble tea places offer that option). I tend to stay away from the overly sweet flavors, so my favorite there is Chai. . .with tapioca pearls and lychee fruit jellies. Considering there aren't too many boba places around Oregon yet I'd say this place is "okay". They have slushies, milk teas, and regular teas...not a ton of different kinds though. The sad (and meh) part is that everything's already made to order so if you want less or no sugar you can't get it tailored. I was surprised at their boba for 2 reasons: 1) it had a great consistency...slightly firm and chewy but not tough. Just about perfect. And 2) it was kinda sweet - I've never had sweetish boba before. I'm a purist though and I was probably getting enough sugar from my pre-made Matcha milk tea that I didn't need it. I think it was better than Lollicup since it doesn't have that artificial powder taste haha I got a standard Jasmine Milk Tea which was perfectly sweet with a mild tea flavor. Braganza's bubble tea is poppin! (get it? Since bubbles pop!). and they literally have popping in your mouth tapioca too! I've tried many bubble tea places but this one is my go to. They don't have flashy signs or try to use styling cups (mason jars) to attract customers. The customers simply come to them because of what matters and that's for the genuine taste of their bubble tea! At times they do have large lines but don't be intimidated! Ordered the taro Smootea with lychee Jelly and it was just Okay. The taro smoo-tea was great, but some of the lychee jelly wasn't ready. They were hard to the point it was un-chew-able and I had to spit them out every time I got a hard one (there were more than one times I had to get rid of it). My friend wanted original milk tea in milk tea form instead of smoo-tea and they said they don't have it, but as we were waiting for our order we saw that there is milk tea available in milk tea form so we asked them to change it. They changed it, but it was odd why they said that originally... The price is reasonable! in fact, not bad for being located in the mall. read more

I appreciate that they keep track of how long the tapioca pearls have been out, I believe they make a fresh batch every 3 hours or so and toss out the old ones if they haven't been used up yet within the 3 hours. Only downside is that they don't have the old matcha milk tea anymore but if you get original milk tea and ask for 2 tsp of matcha powder, I think it tastes better than their new matcha milk tea. read more

They changed their teas, I used to go here all the time. They took away peach tea which was my favorite! Now they apparently sweeten their teas with apple juice ( very cheap for $5 drinks honestly) I only know because there's an apple allergy in my family and when she took a drink it made her have an allergic reaction. I decided to try this place because it had a nice long line and it has been a while since I have had boba. The taro milk tea is not too sweet and doesn't have that horrendous artificial purple color to it. Service was super fast despite three people in front of me. I love this place! Tasty boba, reasonable prices, quick service, and FREE TOPPINGS! (Lychee jelly's my favorite.) I usually get their original, coconut or taro milk teas, and the flavors are great. With the coconut one sometimes you have to shake it a bit more vigorously to mix it better. (Too much powder? Coconut milk residue? Not sure.) But overall it's great. They are very flexible, so you can ask for light ice if you don't like your drink to be too cold or watered down, and they let you mix different tea flavors if you're indecisive like me. Fast, professional and quality drinks! The two girls on duty did such a great job! My wife asked the cashier a few questions in regards to a food allergy, the cashier politely showed us our options. We were greatly appreciative of their ingredient knowledge and suggestion which made it easier for us to order a suitable drink. And here is the best part....I was agonizing over a high school graduation gift....and there is was right in front of me! The bubbles, the jellies, the straws...and gift wrapped !!
