The car needed to reset all the electronics, they asked me to drive around the block to clear them, and then come back so they could ensure all was well with new battery. Everyone was friendly, and helpful. I am new to Las Vegas and was looking for a car repair place, this is it. I trust them and will be back! Present day: We took our car back for an oil change and tire rotation. David did a full inspection and completed the work. This is definitely the place we will continue to bring our cars. He suggested they do a complimentary Vehicle Inspection and then talk again about what the mechanic found. The Inspection report was emailed to me so I got to look through it before he called me up again. When he called me he told me that my front brakes were worn and needed to be replaced, but my back brakes were fine. Wow! That's honesty. He could have sold me front and back and I wouldn't have known the difference.. The mechanic also recommended a transmission flush due to the mileage. I figured since they saved me $ on brakes, let's go ahead and do it. We also did an oil change and I'm not sure if they re-balanced my wheels or not, but my car seems to be running WAY better than it did when I arrived! Gustavo (the manager) cashed me out and what a great guy! In fact this shop if full of great guys, and honest too! I want to thank Simón, Gustavo, and the whole crew here for an awesome experience and value here. In the future I will not go anywhere else but here. You guys are the best!

Fantastic service, a courteous and amazing customer service team and repair experts. they were honest, professional and friendly from the beginning with me from the repairs I actually needed , the true cost of parts - they gave me a choice of whether I wanted new parts or less expensive used parts. They gave me an honest time frame with phone calls updating me along the way. They also gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car and picked me up and brought me back to their repair center when finished . They went out of their way to find me the BEST way to pay for the repairs ( which ended up being 12 mos NO INTEREST). I have had countless repairs by countless places in town over the years and I have always been taken advantage of -( the worst was a dealership where I was overcharged by 500%) . Phil quickly recommended a diagnostic test, which revealed a radiator failure causing a leak. He reassured me they could handle the repair without any issues. On the day of the repair, things didn't go as smoothly as planned. There was a delay that took longer than expected, which understandably left me frustrated. However, when I shared my concerns with Phil especially about needing better updates so I could plan around not having my car, he completely turned the situation around. Phil took ownership of the issue, communicated clearly, and set realistic expectations. He genuinely made an effort to make things right and followed through by getting my 2013 Cadillac ATS fixed properly. While I wasn't thrilled about the $1,400 cost, he did everything he could to help, including explaining financing options that ended up being a huge relief. In the end, I'm very happy with the results and the overall experience. I'll definitely be returning. Also, shoutout to Mario and the mechanics for being incredibly patient throughout the process. It wasn't a typical Radiator replacement. Thank you, Phil, for turning what could have been a negative experience into a great one! Phil is the Manager and the person to see for your Car needs!

Bad alignment and unable to diagnose a simple and common control arm issue…read more In July 2025 I got routine maintenance on my car and they said I'd need to keep an eye on my front lower control arms. In 12/30/25 I brought my car in for creaking sounds in the front end. They changed my front struts and rear shocks for $2500. I left and immediately heard the noises again and brought back the next day or so and I take the front desk guy on a test drive because he said he couldn't hear the sound- we went on the drive and he heard it and told me that he had no idea what the sound was (it was only when the front end was going over a bump or curb) and that I would have to take it to a specialist to have them but mics on the bottom of the car to diagnose the problem. He said to keep an eye on it but it was not a safety concern. He NEVER mentioned the control arm. About 3 weeks later I had to bring my car back because it wasn't aligned properly - my steering wheel was visibly crooked. It was fixed and I was condescendingly told it was only off a little bit, as in it wasn't a big deal. It's an alignment- it's either aligned or it's not. Today I take my car to another location and they diagnose and fix my car WITHOUT needing specialized diagnostics. My control arm needed replacing- a very common issue. I went back to this location and spoke to the manager Nick who never apologized but defended everything the shop said and when I asked "is it normal to have to have a specialist diagnose a control arm" and he said "yes". He said "I don't want to have you fix something that we aren't sure it was the problem ". LIES. They "repaired" my shocks and they weren't causing the problem that I brought it in for so he contradicted himself right there. He said it's totally normal to require a specialist to diagnose creaking sounds from the front suspension. That's WILD. I asked if it was normal to have to have alignments redone and he just stared at me. This place is either incredibly lazy and has zero integrity or they aren't knowledgeable enough to diagnose common issues. Either way- I'll never be back.

When they called with diagnostic they said I had radiator leak and didn't discuss the issue I came in for. I didn't feel comfortable with this diagnosis bcs I have had no issues, not even minor for this diagnosis, and wanted a second opinion. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I went to drive away, and I had four warning signals on my vehicle, a rattling and a huge coolant leak under my jeep non of which that I had at all before I took the vehicle in. The car broke down and wouldn't start again so I had AAA tow it to a new shop that had to fix the radiator crack they definitely created and denied and tried to charge $1500 for, and then once it was repaired we're able to diagnose and also repaired the air intake issue that I had taken my Jeep in for originally that was a very minor issue to fix.
