Went in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Camron. I've been coming here for a few years for regular maintenance. The staff has always taken care of me and they've always been great. That being said, this Camron was the first to actually make me feel at home. I really appreciate how Camron showed me around and made me feel comfortable while waiting for my car's service to be completed. 10/10 customer service and a great comfortable well air conditioned waiting area. My dad passed away several years back so I don't have anyone to help me stay on top of the maintenance on my car. So after a bit of car trouble coming from LA to Vegas, I wanted to be extra sure my car could make the trek back home without issue. I have trust issues with chain location oil change spots but after reading the reviews, I took a chance and I could not have been any more satisfied! The 3 gentlemen working that day were incredible and prompt. I'm assuming one giving direction to the other to check under the hood and ensure all fluids were good, may have been a manager. He was professional, clear and gave me the best "fatherly" type of advice in case a bad situation were to happen. My dad sent another father to step in for him that day, as he helped make me feel safe and gave the reassurance I needed. Sir, thank you for your service. You helped me more than you know! I have been to many an oil change, and especially as a woman, you can feel like you are talked down too. Let me tell you THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Daniel was so polite and was patient while I asked some questions about my car. Then, the manager, David ,came out and he was so dang friendly, it was crazy. So here I am visiting my daughter in Vegas. She had to work so I volunteered to get the oil changed on her vehicle. Of course not being familiar with the area I yelped to find the best rated jiffy lube in the area. When I pulled up it was a little confusing because it looked like the jiffy lube was inside of the Shell Gas Station. I noticed the sign and followed the directions to the back of the building. There I was greeted by two employees. They opened the bay doors and directed me into the first station. Now I've never driven into the actual Bay Area. The slender of the two guided me in like he was directing a jet off of a Naval carrier. While employee from Queens NY told me it all drive through and I would not exit my vehicle. Once I was situated I was checked in and my vehicle was serviced. These employees worked efficiently together and had me on the road immediately. Side note... they informed me if I sent next door I would get 50% of a car wash if I showed them my receipt. So yes I went next door to Fabulous Freddys car Wash. read more

They took 2 hours for an oil change. Have gone to other locations before and never had issues. Or it's never been more than 20 mins. They had to "vacuum" out my oil cause they couldn't remove the plug. They were on top of my engine bay while doing it and I walked out of there with electrical problems and a check engine light. I usually do car maintenance myself but sometimes your schedule doesn't always allow it. Decided to stop by this location just to try out the service. I'm always iffy about shops like this as the technicians aren't usually knowledgable. I was definitely proven wrong by Johnny M. and Genesis M. They went through the recommended maintenance items from their free inspection that Jiffy Lube offers. Compared to other shops, you sometimes feel pressured by the mechanic but here at this Jiffy Lube, they both definitely made all the information understandable. I am very impressed by their customer service as well. Shout out to Marco A. in the lower bay who made the whole visit under 15 minutes.
