I have been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube for a long time, but my experiences over the last two days have been incredibly disappointing due to poor customer service. Yesterday, I dealt with staff members who gave me an unnecessary attitude during my visit. Hoping it was just an isolated incident, I called today simply to verify their hours and check if they were open. The response I received was a sarcastic, "Of course if we're answering the phone, we're open." Most locations are closed on Sunday and that's the reason I had called. As a long-time customer, it is incredibly frustrating to be treated with such dismissive attitude and hostility for asking a basic question. Getting a phone call answered doesn't automatically guarantee a business is open for regular service, and there is no reason to be rude to customers who are just trying to bring you their business. I really hope management addresses the front-line staff's attitude, because great customer service is what keeps long-time patrons coming back, and right now, it's severely lacking. read more

Sat in my truck this time while they did the oil change. Was interesting to watch the process. Great professional communication between all of the technicians. Was like watching controlled chaos. It was a busy time. Then good communication with me as far as topping off fluid. Pricing is reasonable. Oh and did I mention I was in and out in like 15 minutes? Very convenient, and excellent work. They inspected a vehicle with a clearly cracked windshield, left it sitting in a bay for 20 minutes pretending to perform an "inspection," and then failed it--charging me for the inspection anyway. Shameful! You could have simply stated upfront that a vehicle with a cracked windshield would not pass inspection and saved everyone's time. read more

Arrived first thing with one truck being worked on. Guy told me to wait a few and I did. The moment he came to talk to me another car pulled up. I'm just trying to get an inspection so I can work. He told me I have to wait as oil changes come first. I said I'm business I don't get it. I left to another Jiffy Lube off Trop. and they were excellent and couldn't understand why someone would do or say that to a customer. I've had several problems at Durra go including kids who can't keep customer order. Seems to be a reoccurring theme at that Jiffy Lube. Terrible management there! read more

I have always gotten my oil changed here. The last time my wife went, very recently, they changed the oil and told my wife afterwards that there was a leak and we need to get our oil housing kit repaired. That is shady and false. Our car had ZERO leaks. They wanted to charge us over $400 for a problem that did not exist when we arrived. We left and we made it home, literally the same day ALL the oil leaked out of the car. I had my friend come by and he said it looked like a bolt was over tightened and it cracked the oil pan. We go back to jiffy lube and they deny breaking anything and said that it was not them and that it was leaking when they first did the oil change. AGAIN FALSE. You left comments on our slip after you changed the oil that mentions leaks, but the same slip says that everything was good and full upon arrival. You guys clearly damaged my car and are refusing to take responsibility and repair the damages that you made. They then gave us another quote for a housing repair kit and this quote was at a different price than the first! They are literally throwing random things on to charge us for after they damaged our oil pan and oil housing. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. EVEN THEIR LEAD MECHANIC IS INEXPERIENCED AND A LIAR. You guys know you messed up and expect me to pay half a grand instead of you guys taking responsibility and accountability for your recklessness. This is not fair and not right. I will file with whomever I have to file with until whomever broke my car, owns up to it and repairs the damages. read more

I recently brought my 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71 into Jiffy Lube for a transmission flush after dealing with some frustrating shuddering over the past month. After doing some research, I learned this is a pretty common issue for Colorados of this generation in the 60,000-80,000 mile range. I had been quoted some crazy prices elsewhere, and a few places even told me they didn't have the right equipment to do the service. Thankfully, Jiffy Lube had everything they needed and got the job done quickly and professionally. RUDE. I showed up right at 8, they opened 10 minutes late, informed me it would take at least 20 minutes to get up and running. Told me I could go to their other location, I said oh no, I have to get to work. He rolled his eyes and just walked away.... Sorry I couldn't go out of my way and had other things to do on a Wednesday. They got me out quick but upon reviewing my receipt I see details of "all other physical inspections declined". That's false. Whoever J Falk is may have wanted to leave work because I pulled in around 5:30 but I did not decline anything other than my card being ran twice because their computer system locked up and on their side it wasn't showing the payment processed but on my side with my card it did. My wipers weren't checked, my air filter wasn't checked, I don't recall windshield fluid being added, my exterior windshield wasn't washed, my cabin air filter wasn't checked nor did they even check my tires, battery or lights. Just a sheet full of lies. At this point i have to question even what was actually done on my oil change. But yes it was quick. Makes me question returning to this Jiffy Lube if falsified paperwork is going to be submitted on my VIN #. read more
