LADIESSSS. COME. HERE!! To start, their bathroom is amazing! I hate public restrooms and was really nervous to use the bathroom here. BUT I opened the door and was pleasantly surprised! It is kept very clean and updated! The bathroom drove me to write​ this review, but I have been meaning to do this for a while. I was new to Inland Empire and needed brakes. They were SO nice, SO reasonable​, and VERY professional. I was nervous that I would be taken advantage of, but that does not happen here. That is the second reason why women should feel comfortable​ coming here. It seems like they are more concerned with building relations instead of making a quick buck. I had been told the battery was okay, I took the car in to have it looked at. I brought my car in after a dealership quoted an excessively high price for replacing brake pads. The mechanic at Brake Professional told me that only the rear brake pads needed replacement at this time. Extremely poor service. Mechanic cursed about me for asking status on brakes after 2 hour wait."What the f does she want"..when confronted he said he was talking about another customer. Stabilizer link was broken they said on right front axle and quoted $240. They got angry when I asked what part cost. I ended of leaving after 3 hrs because next they admitted the wrong part was ordered. DISCOUNT AUTO charged me half the price on brakes and fixed Stabilizer link for $120 including part and labor...oh yeah...part was $35 and they told me by law a auto shop has to tell you cost for parts and show you damage...Brake Pro refused to do either claiming no one in car area AVOID this Scam Shop...they refused to tell me name of owner too. read more

I went in today and left my car for a brake check, worried about a screeching sound coming from my car whenever I press on the brakes. I left, expecting a call about a list of repairs but instead got told that everything is fine and there is no need for any service to be done today. All I need to do is pick it up as it still has a long way to go before service is needed. He explained to me how a screeching sound sometimes comes about because of several factors. I've been driving my 2011 Silverado non-stop ever since I got it new. After 65,000 miles needless to say it needed brakes badly. I knew I had worn out the left front rotor because I can hear the grinding noise. I wanted to take my truck to some place competitive with pricing and a place without a whole lot of attitude and up selling. I read their reviews on yelp and thought I give them a try. Mike the manager was busy that day (Tuesday) and he was by himself. I strolled in about 2pm and he already had 3 other customers waiting in the lobby with repairs. He got to me quickly and after 20 mins he diagnosed my problem which was a new rotor for the front some brake pads and resurfacing of the other rotors. 2 hours he said and $456. This was about the range I was looking for. I didn't mind waiting so I sat and waited in the lobby playing with my phone. This is where the review gets good. You notice a lot about a person and his establishment just by listening to him talk and how he handles people and situations. I got the chance to see/hear Mike talk to customers over the phone, all the walk ins, and all the customers in the lobby waiting for their cars to be repaired. Mike was courtesy and honest to all of them. I've been in sales for 10 years and the last 20 years I've been in the service industry so I know when I'm being "Worked" to buy more, and I know great customer care when I see/hear it. Mikes approach is that he doesn't BS around. He tells it straight and with courtesy. There's was one elderly couple that came in with their Cadiallac and complained of squeaky noise. This was a perfect opportunity to sell them something. But Mike told them their was nothing wrong with their car and all it was--was brake dust. Cleaned it up no charge. That's building trust! In the 2 hours I sat in the lobby, I got to know about Mike and his business. I find him to be genuine. It's hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust. But I think I found one here. read more

I've been coming to this repair shop for years without any issues and even recommended this place to all my friends and family. The last time I left my car for a brake job they returned my car crashed on the front driver side and didn't even want to tell me how it happened. They just said "we had an accident" but didn't want to disclose how it occurred. Luckily my insurance took care of it but I'm disappointed on how they handled my car. They definitely lost my business. Mike is saying he wasn't aware but he's the one I spoke with and refused to give me any info regarding my car. Came in for an oil change. 40 bucks for synthetic which is a good deal if your not doing it yourself. I was told an hour wait which sounds about right if your not at jiffy lube. Now, the 3 stars is because the guy who worked on my car cant follow directions or the guy in the front never mentioned it (I'll let them work that out)that my driver window is broken so dont roll it down. As soon as the mechanic jumps in he rolls it down, dumb ass. On top of that the sticker for my next oil change says to do it 10,000 miles for next service instead of 3,000.
