Best part is I had her take it to Honda and there's nothing wrong with the cat. Of course there isn't. The car only has 35k miles on it. They wanted $5000 for emissions issues when if they were honest would tell her to call Honda for a Goodwill service ticket. Honda is covering the whole job at no cost. Dishonest service at this location! Do not recommend! We've…read morebeen taking our truck to this location for a while for various services and just trusted they were providing honest work. They recently replaced the throttle body and the battery within the last year. Well recently the truck has been going into limp mode while driving, so we took the truck back to Jack Furrier to figure out the problem. After several days, they said the problem appeared to be the battery and replaced it again. But we picked the truck up and the next day during a very short drive, the truck went back into limp mode again. So we drop the truck back off at Jack Furrier for further service. After the truck was there for another week, they finally tell us they can't get the truck to go into limp mode on test drives, which makes no sense since it was going into limp mode on only short drives for us. So they tell us they can't figure it out/fix it and we will need to pick the truck up and take it to the dealer for them to fix. When we pick up the truck, it literally goes into limp mode right there in the Jack Furrier parking lot. We run in to tell them so they can diagnose it, but their mechanic is not there of course, so we take the truck to the dealer as instructed. Well, the dealer mechanic tells us it is the throttle body that Jack Furrier recently replaced that was causing the issue after all, and the part Jack Furrier had used was aftermarket and no good. The dealer replaced it with the proper part, and the limp mode issue was resolved. So I'm pretty sure Jack Furrier knew the issue was the faulty throttle body the whole time but didn't want to fess up to it and take a loss, and they lied about not being able to get the truck into limp mode and/or lied about even taking it on test drives at all since they already knew the real issue. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location and do not recommend their services to anyone.

Avoid this place. Went for oil change and suspension check (worn ball joints). They completely…read moremissed diagnosing a CV axle issue that anyone can clearly see with the car up on a rack during inspection. They overfilled the oil in the car during oil change. Then also tried to charge another $200 for additional diagnostics that they wouldn't even apply towards repairs! We left Goodyear store and had the work done elsewhere. We returned to Goodyear but the service rep and manager in the store were too busy behind the counter for 10 minutes to even acknowledge us when we returned. Zero trust earned - zero stars deserved.
