Worst service ever took my vehicle in to get work done . Like brake flush, rotos turned. Well if they take the rotors off to turn them, they would notice the road rotors. Take brake pads and shoes. The shoes for the emergency break. Well, they never addressed emergency break or even. Let me know. addressed. check them. There is no pads on the shoes. Everything is rusted up. When I was a tech that was considered a safety issue and also an up sale Talked to the manager. She says that isn't part of the inspection. fine then part of the techs job if he is certified. Got an alignment here for $120 just for a crooked steering wheel. Pretty disappointed seeing how this was my first time being at this location, will not be coming back. When I left, my steering wheel was way off to the left while driving straight (see picture). It wasn't this bad before I got here. Had to come back an hour later just to get an alignment AGAIN. Luckily, they fixed their mistake but let this be a lesson to them to FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME (see pic). It's Saturday and people have plans/errands to do! read more

Got a quote from a place that charged over $200 for an oil change. I thought $130 was on the high end... anyway, they wanted me to get new calipers, rotors and brakes for my front. I knew after a $200 oil change I was going to shop around. I was able to get an appointment and save almost $300 by going to see Brandon on 23rd Avenue. No BS! He was upfront and honest and didn't take advantage of a woman who drives a truck. Incompetence regarding mistake they made after a brake job On 4/3/2023 at the 23rd Ave Greeley, CO Brakes Plus had front rotors and pads replaced then driving days later and noticed an intermittent grinding from the driver side wheel that got progressively worse. After getting home found 2 lug nuts I could remove with my fingers and the rest on the driver side wheel were way under torqued, I thanked God the wheel did not come off with my children in it. Next my wife and I noticed a clucking sound not present before the work. Noticed a sway bar link broken on the same wheel not torqued. This store is incompetent in not tightening lug nuts in the first place and doubly so in not identifying such an obvious deficiency as a broken sway bar link unless as I suspect it broke after they had my vehicle but having made my vehicle worse in the clunking sound really confirms it. read more

I only gave them a 1 because there is nothing lower. Step daughter had her car aligned there, and they wrote up her tires were severely over inflated, and dropped the air pressure down to 30 psi from the 50 that I set them at. They re the tire pressure off of the door sticker, which would make sense, except that the car is 05. The tires have been replaced a few times, and the tires on the car are marked for 50, right where I had them. The door sticker applies only to original equipment or direct replacements. The best part is the shit this caused at home, because I was the dummy who "overinflates" them. I have been a heavy equipment mechanic for almost 30 years, not some "expert technician " like you have employed in your Greeley Co store. Total mistake took car in for an oil change watched the mechanic wipe his nose then start my car and pull it in. He must have been sick, he was coughing then he took three breaks too smoke a cigarette right in front of the garage doors. I talked to one of the managers there and that turned into a sick ordeal. After all said and done, and would not accept my coupon. I left. Only to find stains on my seat like grease or something. It transferred from my car seat to my office chair back at work. Be sure to ask questions about both how long an inspection will take, as well as whatever service(s) you may need. That way, you can plan your day. You don't want to be caught thinking that things will be quicker than they will be. 2. Do your research to ensure you are both paying a reasonable amount and that the technicians are skilled. I believe I did both, so was happy with the work. 3. Both of the folks I spoke with were responsive in answering my questions, gave thorough information when I checked out, were kind, and guaranteed their commitment to making things right if something with their work didn't work out. My daughter needed brakes really bad. Almost $1000 worth of work, because of my daughters no knowledge of brakes. then there was a squeaky noise. She took it back They had to keep it overnight. Then called next afternoon saying it was ready. Long story short a bolt was loose. Most people carry kids in there vehicles. God forbid she would've not been able to stop. I said I wanted it inspected somewhere else because it should not have happened they said no it shouldn't brakes plus repeatedly said we guarantee our warranty. When I took my RAV4 in for an oil change this morning I mentioned that my low tire indicator was on. After the work was completed it was obvious to me that the spare tire cover had been removed, placed somewhere that it got scratched, and replaced incorrectly so that I know it was taken off. When I called back and spoke to Jess she told me it was not standard procedure to check the air in the spare tire even though I explained to her about the low tire indicator. She apologized but said that she really didn't think the tech did it. I am unhappy, dissatisfied, and apparently my only option is to take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Fair Price. Very friendly group of guys, as well as Fast and Great Service. They also seem to have a good warranty (which I hope never to use, because as we all know, the best warrnaties are the ones we don't use). I work on my own car so I know the effort it takes to get things done. I was out of town (from Nevada) and it was Easter weekend. Couple of days ago I messed up one of my brakes while offroading that caused something to get out of whacked, eventually the squeeling got so bad that I knew I had to stop driving it. Would not even give a one star, we took my husbands truck in yesterday for an alignment because we had new tires put on. Last week we had the front end completely gone through by A mechanic and had new Springs, shocks and everything done that it needed, so all it needed was the alignment because everything else was literally just done. Needless to say we sat there for over an hour for them to tell us that they couldn't do an alignment because it needed ball joints. This place is a scam. We just had the mechanic do everything on the front end that was needed and now they want to try and rip us off!! Do not go here. They will rip you off!! read more

My car overheated and had to be towed here because it was the closest place. I got quoted for $1200 worth of repairs, so I took it to another nearby shop where they fixed one thing, charged me $200 and said I was good to go. Great place with a great staff. Took my car in for a free brake assessment and they found that the dealership had messed up the lug nuts on the wheel after a recent tire rotation. I am just an average guy wanting to do some routine upkeep on my vehicle, which is experiencing ZERO problems. I went there and was given this b.s. story about my car having a "suspect" transmission and every concievable part of my front end was in dyer need of replacement... (which it is NOT) And when I went from just getting new brake pads to being told I was going to spend $1300 and politely refused to spend that much, THEN THE TUNE CHANGED.... all the sudden it went from "your vehicle is shot" to "well we could proooobabaly do something for 700 instead... " PUH-LEASE!!! Further evaluation has proven they were lying about the entire thing, there's nothing wrong with my car.... they should call themselves "rapes plus" instead of brakes plus.
