That's fantastic, but that is not what impressed me the most. After getting the truck back, I had a scary brake failure while towing. The brakes were toast. I took it back to Phillip's shop, and he discovered it was not the brake job that was gaukty, but the shoddy wiring someone did on the brake controller (previous owner). The controller wasn't even functioning properly. Phillip still warrantied the brakes for me and installed a brand new brake controller, and didn't charge me any labor. He just charged for the brake controller, which was more than fair. He didn't have to do any of that at all. I offered to pay, but he said he would rather have my business relationship than only have me come by once. He gives very detailed explanations of work performed and issues encountered. Very honest and informative. He even showed me every part he replaced and its condition so I could see the whole story. That earned him a lot of credibility with me as most mechanics don't offer their work under scrutiny voluntarily.

The following items were not completed: Brake fluid level check Wiper blades check Exterior lights check Tire pressure check Transmission fluid check Power steering fluid check Battery check Exterior window cleaning Interior floor vacuum That's a significant portion of what I paid for. When customers are charged for a package, they expect the full service to be completed -- not just part of it. In addition, the customer service was very unprofessional. No one asked for my name, and I was not thanked when I paid. The employees were openly complaining about management in front of customers, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and poorly managed. Because so many visible tasks were not completed, I am also concerned about the services I couldn't see. It makes me question whether other important checks were skipped as well. This experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. I trusted them to perform the services they advertised and charged me for, but that trust was not upheld. I would strongly advise others to carefully review the work before leaving. I will not be returning.

When they told me I needed new brake pads before my trip. With any other shop I probably would have gotten a 2nd opinion and done some price shopping, I trust them. They also go above and beyond in their customer service. I 1st went there on the recommendation of a friend. The dealership had just quoted $110 to change a headlight bulb. When I asked them how much it would be, they quoted the price of the bulb, 20ish if I remember, and didn't charge me to put it in. Fast forward 5 years, I asked them to change my husband's headlight. They looked at it, it had a loose connection, they tightened it up at no charge. These seem like small things but it speaks volumes about the business. I highly recommend this shop.

He berated the same employee repeatedly and continued to yell at everyone around him. It was loud and incredibly aggressive.
