Possibly the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. We purchased the car in March of 2023. They told us that they needed to finish detailing the car after we purchased it and it would be ready the next day. After five days no call from Braman and they would not respond to my calls. When they did say the car was ready a week later they then said they lost the plates for the car that they said they would put on. Three weeks after the purchase the car was flooded in a total loss. We reached out to our finance person to cancel the purchased warranty for the total loss and he told us what we needed to get him for the refund. We did this on the same day and then could not get back a hold of him for two weeks, no response to emails or phone calls. This went on into May until he told us he sent in the paperwork for a return of monies and said it would take up to two months to get a check. After not hearing from anyone at Braman for two months, we called the warranty company and they told us Braman sent in the cancelation in June three months after the total loss. Also the warranty company stated they emailed Braman that they need more information and Braman never responded, thus the refund went know where. STAY Away from Braman. read more

This is probably the worst service experience I've ever had. BMW has trash service to begin with but this took it to a whole different level. The service advisors - Armando wasn't even available to take my appointment but passed it on to his rude co worker - Maroof who was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to answer any of my questions. Initially they told me there would be no wait, as I arrive it was 2 hours and then ended up being 3 hours. The valet people don't speak English so getting your car quicker than 30 minutes is out of the question. Disaster. I spoke to the manager and he kept making excuses about it being lunch time however last time I checked many of us work through lunch. We have an Audi as our second car and their service is amazing - will never come here again. read more

I took my 2020 5 series in for service as my car is shutting it self off in the middle of driving. Extremely concerning. I was told that they would need to keep for the car for at least 3 days and because I did not purchase the car there I could not receive a loaner. I would not recommend to service or even purchase a vehicle from this dealership. You are treated as an annoyance. I was told there are no cars to even sell do I know what's going on. After my experience at Braman BMW today I will NEVER buy a car from Braman. The disrespect and condescending attitude of the sales representative was worse than anything I have ever experienced. I am interested in a 3 series sedan or a 4 series convertible. My lease on my current car is coming up in a few months and with the right deal I wanted to sign today. I have a very healthy budget but the numbers I was given were terrible. As in hundreds of dollars higher than advertised on BMW websites. When I asked for more information the sales rep told me no and followed it with "you're just going to shop it elsewhere so take what I gave you". Seriously.... He even asked why I didn't buy a car from them three years ago when I was shopping the last time. My answer.... I received the same disrespect and way higher prices than competitors (BMW and other brands). My husband wanted me to go to Braman for convenience to our home but it was definitely not worth it. Buying a car is never an enjoyable experience but I would rather drive hours to another BMW dealership (Fort Lauderdale, Vista, South Motors) than ever go back to Braman. Save your time and patience. Braman BMW service is a class act, from start to finish. From the valet who takes your keys, to the service manager, to the girls who take your payment. They pay for Uber/Lyft to get there and back, offer free loaner cars and shuttle service. My advisor, Marlon, is an expert in the business and knows my car very well. It is always a pleasure to do business with him at Braman. I get status calls promptly when needed and I at least "feel" like I am getting a value for the money paid for service. Last time I bought tires, Braman was actually cheaper than Goodyear, which totally shattered my belief that dealer prices are higher. Coupons for oil changes and other deals are also better prices than you can get outside the dealer, and you get expert work done. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be good to send out reminders 30-60 days in advance of warranty expiration to help us keep track. thanks read more

To begin with, my car is a year old and it only needed the regular service, consultant kept adding additional things to do, I agreed to some and denied some that was not needed, to my surprise they still did the work that I didn't authorize and had to pay for it. As soon as I drove off their parking lot, 2 notification lights came on, issues that I didn't have before, like I said, car is a year old and had no issues. Went back within minutes and they wanted me to wait approximately another hour. Very frustrating, a waste of time and money. Normally things run smooth at the auto repair shop here. However, the last time, It took almost an hour for them to pull my car around after it received service. Then when it was delivered, it came with a huge ink mark on my tan seat. So another 45 mins of waiting for them to fix that. Manager (blonde/brownish hair with undercut and clear glasses) apologized for not being able to fully fix it and said she would text me to arrange for a seat specialist to clean it. Days later, no call. Also, while in line to check out, I heard a number of people also complaining about the long wait times. read more

I came to this dealership after a Certified True Car quote on a BMW X3 m40i, which the internet sales personnel of the dealership sent the quote to True Car. When I got there they wasted my time and tried to "negotiate" half the savings that they quoted True Car. This felt like a true bait and switch to get me in the dealership just not to honor the True Car Certificate. I felt this was a really bad sales practice, shady and they completely wasted my time!!! As a result, they lost my business and I bought the BMW X3 m40i somewhere else. I would not recommend this dealership if they think this is the "right" way of doing business! read more

Well.... its been 2 months and still no one has reached out to me regarding the damage they caused to my 3 series whilst in their care (see picture of previous review below), and like a fucking moron I decided to give these clueless fart bags another shot. Spoiler alert: it did not go well. I called the pre-owned department because I was interested in purchasing a per-owned x1. The salesmen Hermando confirmed they had a couple in stock and asked when I would be by. I gave him a time, he said he would have the car pulled around and ready to test drive. I arrived at the agreed upon time and surprise surprise; no Hermando and no x1 pulled around. Another sales men had to move 5 cars to get to the car I wanted to test drive. Hermando did however, have the unmitigated audacity to call me several hours later and and very rudely accused me of never showing up for my appointment. Can't say I didn't give them an honest try... twice. Id rather stick a hot fork into eyeball than ever spend another second at Braman. read more

I would give Braman BMW negative 5 stars if I was allowed. They are scam artists. My service advisor, Andrew, is the least responsive person I know. Augusto, a manager, was extremely disrespectful over the phone. Braman BMW invoiced me $9,000 to replace parts in the suspension. They claimed my lower control arm, struts, and power steering program were all in need of replacement, all of which are extremely unlikely at only 39,000 miles. I then brought my car in for a second opinion and I was invoiced $100 to simply replace a U-joint that was beginning to wear. Braman is committing invoice fraud right in front of our eyes. You will pay top dollar for most repairs here, I am not going to lie. So it may not always be the best idea to come here for repairs unless you purchased or leased your vehicle from Braman. That said, they often send out mailers with service promotions. I recommend getting on their mailing list. Some of their promotions are great offers and given that Braman offers loaner cars while yours is being serviced, it sometimes makes coming here well worth it. read more

You would think someone would tell you this. What we thought was going to be an airbag recall change and a quick $295 Check up on the car landed up being $900 with our brake fluid being changed without our request! I have been going to Braman for my cars for several years now, but the service I receive from Braman BME Service just keeps getting better and better! They offer a "Q Concierge" to people who buy certain pre-owned cars that gives the customer the flexibility of having a Braman staff member pickup the car from your home or office to bring it in for service. The staffer can bring you a loaner if you like. After the service department does the 28 point inspection they send you a video showing all the important measurements (tire tread wear and brake pad wear) and showing the underside and suspension components of the car. When the service is done, Braman brings the car back to you. It's a fantastic service and makes what was already a good experience into a remarkably great one. And of course, the service writers are always very prompt, professional and courteous and the mechanics are top notch - Braman invests a lot into training their techs to keep these cars in tip top shape. I really can't say enough good things about Braman BMW service, and for as long as BMW makes great cars, I will be buying and servicing my cars with Braman. read more

Said I was "taking advantage" of their car loaner policy. The service took my car in for recalls when they did not have the parts available. I did not get an update on my car until five days later saying they had just ordered the parts. Normally people order the parts when they take the vehicle in for the recall. I asked to get a quote on a trade in and they were unable to do so while they had my car over a week. I was looking to purchase a new 330 or an M3. Instead they deactivated the loaner because I was unable to return the car by 3PM Sunday when I work until 9PM so I can afford the luxury of driving their vehicles. Then they don't tell me it's deactivated... Tell me it must be a battery problem and insist I get the car towed to their lot. Finally a technician came to my garage after the towing companies (3) all said this was the only way to return the vehicle... which is 0.6 miles away from their dealership. He looked confused made a call and they realized that they DEACTIVATED the loaner so I couldn't return it and nobody realized. I wouldn't have left a review at all if it wasn't for the accusations of me abusing their policy. What a joke. I will be purchasing my 330 or M3 from another dealership. The amount of money lost by not working and dealing with these people for three days... I'm writing this review from the car wash because they couldn't even vacuum the carpets which is a service every BMW dealership offers after they have your car for a week. At least all the dealerships I have been to over the past 8 years as a BMW owner. Will not return. read more

Brought our 320xi in for its yearly service. Our service rep apparently took a vacation day and another Rep was quickly assigned to us. Was going to wait but apparently, according to the Service Mgr., there was quite a few folks ahead of us. We settled for a loaner car and a promise that any worked needed to be done would be completed by the end of the next day. Biggest waste of time! I used to buy at Braman before they built the new Pre-owned building. After that, all their inventory seems significantly over priced when comparing to other dealers. My guess is they know they built a steady customer base and they feel they can raise prices by thousands to compensate the millions they spent on their buildings. I'd rather go to a dealer that focuses on giving great deals instead of having indoor car lots and such. I'll never step foot in braman Miami again, the salesperson I spoke to recently, had no clue what he was selling. He didn't know CPO isn't a true bumper to bumper warranty, yet he tried selling me on it as such. Just because the place looks very nice and the staff wear ties doesn't mean this is the place to buy your car, in my opinion. I buy about 2 cars a year, I only buy up north at Pembroke Pines or ft Lauderdale. I don't mind the drive knowing I'm saving thousands! The service is also better up north. On several times I've given braman the chance because they're 10 minutes from me. On a new M3 they didn't want to reduce a dollar saying they don't need to, the car sells itself. In their lot sitting in my car I called Pembroke Pines dealer and they reduced 3500 over phone, when I arrived to place the order I got them even lower. Also Braman on the pre-owned side, they are multi-thousands over priced using local comparables, and they don't reduce the price to compensate the crazy inflation. The service dept seems really clean and organized but the service advisors (or at least mine, one Mr. Gonzalez) are not very nice. My BMW didn't start and they told me it was the key. I bought a $250 key, had to wait for one day for it to arrive only to be told that it wasn't the key but the starter. I was getting anxious because I needed the car back and it was Friday so I called several times during the day to get a status. I left messages but the advisor wouldn't call me back. When he finally did he was arrogant and unfriendly because of me being insistent. That's not the way to treat and/or keep customers! And it gets worse: When we finally picked up the car, NONE of our keys, including the new one, worked (meaning they started the engine but didn't lock/unlock the doors or trunk)! When we complained they told us that we didn't tell them to do that. Wait, I have to specify that the key needs to have all functions on it working??? They've got to be kidding! And it gets worse: Luckily, we walked around the car before driving off and OUR BMW WAS HIT on the rear bumper while it was at Braman! They didn't bother to tell us proactively. I mean, if we had not noticed and left their premises, they would have assumed zero responsibility. So now we have to schedule another appointment and leave the car at this place to get done what should have been done in the first place and to repair what wasn't broken before we went! Can it get any worse? EDIT: We left our BMW at Braman again to have the damage repaired and the keys programmed. It took 4 days... I wasn't offered a loaner car until I asked for it. I refused to be attended by Mr. Gonzalez and got another service advisor, a Mr. Caceres. He was much better and I can recommend him. However, when I picked up the car it was DIRTY! Greasy handprints all over the car (it is white) and also the interior (light gray leather). Also, some residue from the masking tape they used on the bumper was still there. I got the service advisor and showed him and he got the car washed in 10 mins and promised me a free detailing later. Again, a mixed experience at best. EDIT: Update 5/27/10 Our experience with Braman today was (again) not what it should be. We brought the car in for a non-working Xenon headlight. My wife made it abundantly clear that she needed the car back that day and that the service advisor (Mr. Caceres) was supposed to keep us informed of the progress. She had a new client appointment at 6pm that she didn't want to be late for. After we didn't hear from them all day, my wife called at 4pm and left a message for the service advisor. No response. I called at 5pm and got only his voicemail. I then transferred to the front desk where I was told that the car was ready and that Mr. Caceres would be there until 6pm. We then rushed out of the house to be able to still make it. On the way I called the Braman service dept. again and spoke to a lady. I asked for the service advisor and was told that he had left at 4:30pm!!! I then asked her to make sure that our car would be waiting for us when we arrived but she told us that that wasn't possible as I had to be there in person before they would get the car from the shop. Now I got upset and told her that we were in a rush due to their negligence to perform their duties (keeping the customer informed when the car is ready is definitely a very basic function of the service representative in my books) but that didn't make a difference. Indeed, the car was not waiting for us when we arrived 10 minutes later. My wife got to her appointment late... I did speak to the Service Director about this as I think that a BMW facility should have higher standards than this. Maybe they care about client feedback but the many bad reviews Braman already has don't make me too hopeful. read more

I'm now done with Braman BMW. The drive to Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach is worth my time. Each visit is a chaotic experience. There is nobody to see you through the process. On all 3 visits: You arrive and someone takes your keys from your car and says go inside. On one occasion I sat for 15 minutes next to my car to be greeted on driveway. You go inside and are expected to know where to go next. Or worse, the person you are supposed to see is with another person, so you wait standing nearby. Then you get a loaner car. For which I was told, "be patient with them". Then you are told to walk over and you do, but again, who do you see or what do you do? You wait. And if you knew before, you add your name to the secret list (nobody tells you to sign in). Then you wait longer. A few days pass and the fluids are topped off in your car ready for pick up. Then you return and do the arrival process again. Then where do you go? Nobody tells you. So then you wait to return your loaner, but the. Told you don't need to. Then you wait for your car that is "ready". It took 1 hour and still counting to get my car back. Did they lose it? They are "looking" into it. I gave the place 3 chances, and it has been a negative experience each time. By the way, the service I wanted done wasn't even completed not explained why it wasn't done. Are they listening? (sales review) It pains me to write a ONE star review for a brand that I actually like. Quite frankly, I am amazed that Braman BMW is still in business and sells/leases ANY vehicles. I was in the market for a -new- car and my first stop was Braman BMW in hopes that my top choice (BMW) would be my final choice. The convenient thing is BMW new and pre-owned are on the same lot. "Score!", I thought to myself. As I walked in, I could tell that there was going to be problems. I got 'looks'. The looks said to me "Oh, he is not a serious buyer so we will give him the worst sales person. Why waste the time of our top sales people?" Unfortunately, I was right. Sidebar... I am a picky shopper. I shop for quality. I shop for need. I shop for what I want and will not stop until I get it. The sales person clearly didn't take me seriously. If I'm showing up at your door, you should take me (and other people) as serious buyers. I did get a chance to test drive a 2013 BMW 328i and fell in love almost instantly. The car drove like a dream. Unfortunately, as I started moving forward towards getting a quote, they explained "we don't really do numbers here; we are about the experience". Seriously?? A dealer who doesn't haggle? A dealer who is ironclad about their price? I left. Saddened the dealer didn't think I was serious and didn't want a sale. I never even got a call back from them even when I left them my number. They didn't even have any flyers; they only pointed me to the website to 'view the specs'. Fail. I went to the BMW pre-owned straight from the new car lot. The first sales person I found was friendly and took me right to a 2011 328i. He pulled out a key and I sat down. Since it was pre-owned, I knew there are some miles on it, which wasn't an issue. No visible damage around the body. Then I started the "let's play with all the nobs and switches" game. I need to make sure everything works. Right? Sad to say, parts of the car started PHYSICALLY falling off as I fiddled with them. Seriously?!? A car falling apart before I even drive it off the lot?? Ugggghh. I was soured. I sadly walked away. I was really hoping that the one star reviews I saw weren't true. But, I was wrong. Do I love the brand? Yes. Do I love the drive? Yes. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Took my 335i for an oil change and it had a recall for "some screws", as they put it. Fine, i left it there for two days while it got worked on. After recieving my "fixed" vehicle, i drove for about 30 mins and as the temperature was rising so was a massive cloud of white smoke!...I wouldve made Snoop Dog jealous. Spent 3 hours of my sunday waiting for a loaner, since my car was far from drivable, only to be handed a Kia as a loaner. ..A F**King KIA! Three days later i finally pick up my vehicle. So after this week of driving hell, the service agent apologized for the inconvenience, begged for a good survey response (i guess its their report card) and sends me on way with a coffee mug bribe. I am not happy after my experience at Braman. This review is going to be pretty cut and dry. I arrived for an appointment I made online for 7am the following day. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment was not in the system "because we always have problems with the online system." Luckily, they could take my car. I asked if a car wash was included. I was told it was. I then called a few hours later, and was told my car was ready. I got there an hour later, and was told the paper work wasn't ready. No big deal. Finally the paperwork is ready. I give the paperwork to the valet, and then wait.....and wait.......and wait......almost 30 minutes for my car to get down from valet. It arrives unwashed. I ask about the wash and I'm told my service provider didn't indicate that a wash was needed. Really? You needed to see a checkbox on a piece of paper to know that my car isn't clean? To the service guys credit, he said he could take it to get washed then. After spending 40 minutes there, even though my car was ready, I wasn't going to wait another 15 to get it done. The other interesting part was the "ees no my yob" attitude exhibited by the two people I asked about my car when I was waiting at valet. read more

I never though that BMW would has such a horrible service. The service department needs some tune up here. After 40 minutes waiting for a loaner they said they only had mini coopers. I drive a BMW X5 for the reason that I have a baby and its more comfortable. I did ask for an SUV, at least midsize but they said they cannot guarantee any particular loaners. When decided to leave, I did ask the service rep for the key to get my car and for my surprise he never asked what happened. He just gave me me keys and that's it. His name is Maruf Muchallah and I suggest you to avoid this guys. He seems frustrated, have poor communication and not charisma at all with the clients. I had just a "meh" experience with my first routine service. First, unlike my Cadillac, there is no light or notice on the display that the car needs its regular service and I had forgotten if it is 5,000 miles or 3,000 or is based on the age of the car. A phone call to the service department was no help -- receptionist had no clue. Nor did Braman send out a post card or letter. My old Braman Cadillac generated e-mails, letters, all sorts of reminders -- too many actually! So I brought the 435i in at 5,000. It took a while to get the car signed up in their system. I had bought it there, but there was quite a lot of searching on the computer to find it. When done, the service guy -- forgot his name -- pointed to the waiting room and asked that I wait there for 1 1/2 hours or so for service to be completed. At 1 1/2 hours I walk over to his desk and ask about the status, only for him to tell me the car had been ready for awhile and that he had tried to text me. Well, he was maybe 40 feet away from the waiting area. Why couldn't he have just walked over and told me in person? Or alerted me earlier that the procedure was for him to text, and that I should be on the lookout? Am I supposed to be psychic? Next he gave me a paper and pointed toward a desk with a long line, where they would process the paperwork and then issue a release form. After waiting 15 minutes, I'm told that it is the line for the loaner car rentals! The cashier is further to the rear. Question: service is free, so why did I even have to go to the cashier? At the cashier I'm given another paper and told to wait for the car to be brought down. Well, that took an additional 15 minutes. At the Collection, the Maserati service rep would accompany you from the waiting area to the cashier to the actual car. None of this texting and pointing while sitting in your chair. All in all, mediocre service at best. Lesson for Braman: simple communication with the customer would get you to five stars. Maybe have the service reps unglue themselves from their desks. Lesson for BMW: You have world class cars, but in the U.S. just so-so sales and service. read more

Elie Bitar is an amazing salesperson. I've never had an enjoyable experience at a car dealership until this week. He could tell exactly what we wanted and he delivered exactly that in the most efficient manner I've ever seen. There wasn't any hustling or game playing. As a matter of fact I didn't even feel like he was selling.. except he clearly was because we came out with a new car. As a salesperson myself, I am very sensitive to the tricks of the trade. Nobody likes to be sold, but people love to buy. Elie has that down pat. He knows his products in and out, knows his inventory in and out and delivered all-around top notch service very efficiently. I am very happy and would recommend him to anyone who needs a new car. Five stars! ps.. The best way to go about it is to make an appointment beforehand. Don't just walk into the dealership. That takes longer. If you make the appointment, he knows a little about what your goals are before you go in. That is more efficient unless you just love browsing cars all day. read more

I love BMW but I can't stand these guys both service and sales. I go with to buy a M4 I was already sold on the car I just went to pick out the features and the sales guy barely attended us. They wouldn't even sit in the car since it was so new. Needless to say I went to Ft Lauderdale to pick it up. I am not going to deal with a snobby sales guy who sells petty bmws when not busy selling rolls royce. Service a few months later - I go back to Braman. It is close, service can't be as bad as sales right? Wrong. Disorganized. You park don't know where to go, no one helps you. Forget it. The worst Bmw service center. Lack of professionalism and customer service skills. The cashiers are rude and lack courtesy. My rental car was dirty and with a bad odor. My own car was returned dirty. The service rep that assisted me was rude and agitated when he had to deal with my insurance company for payment. I even had to waste time returning to the center for them to "ok" the service done. I'm really not going to bother to repeat everything that's been said about this dealership in the other reviews, but want to add a bit of extra information. Incompetence really runs rampant at this place. From sales to service. In our last visit our car was there for an entire week and not once did the service adviser call us on his own to let us know about the car. We were the ones initiating the communication and each time we had to leave messages and be called back. I really don't understand that they can be that busy all day, if you come in in the afternoon you can see them sitting around at their desks. Anyways, to my point. The latest issue with their loaner process. Granted, it has gotten better, but only because they seem to have more cars. The cars have now the stick-on type of Sunpass transponders. I found out when I was returning the car and asked about it that I would be charged for the actual usage + a $2/day "convenience" charge. I told the lady that nowhere in my rental agreement did it mention this and, of course, she produced one of the many papers I signed when I got the loaner (which I was not given a copy of). I told that I was not given a choice, that I have my own portable transponder that I use for cases like this and that when I skimmed over the section about tolls in the document I just inferred they were talking about being responsible for violations. She just told me, "that's the way it is" As usual, the service adviser and the paperwork I was given when I got my car reminded of the survey I will receive. They always make a point to mention that the loaners are handled by a "separate company" and should not influence my survey answers. Well, like I have told other advisers I have dealt with in the past, I really don't care how you separate the service process, to me it is all one and the same, and it will affect my review. I used to be able to say that people who bought BMWs in South Florida liked the punishment of not only overpaying for cars but bad sales experience and service. Unfortunately, I can't use that argument anymore. My wife really wanted an X5 and Infiniti does not offer a comparable SUV and Braman was the only one that had a good CPO so we are stuck with them. I have owned 6 Infinitis and the experience is night and day compared to BMW (I hear the same about Lexus). Granted, these are Broward dealers I'm talking about, the ones in Miami are almost as bad as Braman. read more

Even though I originally got my car in another location, I always went to Braman BMW for servicing since it was closer to my house. When it was time to return my car I decided to go to Braman and I'm so happy I did. They made my lease process an absolute pleasure! I was able to return my lease and drive away in a new car in less than 4 hours, including test drive and final inspection! The service is top notch and definitely worth the 5 star rating they always strive for. I now have my dream team, which consists of employees from every section of Braman BMW: sales, finance, service and parts. They're always more than happy to help and go above and beyond. I also love that the dealership was recently remodeled and is now modern and more spacious. Most dread having to go to the dealership for any type of problem or service, but I look forward to it just to say hello to my dream team! read more

We purchased a used mini cooper in January of 2015. Just a little over 6 months later, the car stops in the middle of the i95. After we nearly died, we found out that the engine no longer works!!!!! Now I'm stuck with an $ 8,000 BILL FOR A NEW ENGINE FOR A CAR WE JUST BOUGHT!!!!!! They refuse to offer any services or to work with us in fixing the lemon they just sold us because we bought the car as is, which basically means they knew that the car was not not up to snuff, but a useless one because the engine would stop working soon! They claimed that they did not know there was engine trouble when they sold us the car, which means they will take any old car and sell it. As a dealership, they must ( but clearly don't) do their due diligence when taking cars in as a trade in. No one should EVER buy a car from this place. There is a reason why their over all ratings are so low. read more

Braman does not live up to their warranty on work and overbills on time of labor at $350 an hour, unless your OK with being screwed. The check engine light came on in my 2017 BMW X6, the car was under warranty. I brought the vehicle into Braman BMW in Miami, they advised me that the computer cluster on the vehicle was shorted out due to a previous accident and that since it was due to an accident was not covered under warranty. The vehicle was never in an accident. The cost of labor and parts was $5043.43. Recently the computer cluster replaced by Braman in 2020 has been malfunctioning, I took the vehicle to another BMW service company and they advised me that the cluster was malfunctioning and they advised me that since it was recently replaced and still covered under warranty that I should take it back to Braman. I reluctantly took it back to Braman BMW and they charged me for $369.15 for a diagnosis. Braman BMW advised me that the cluster is working fine, I requested to view or provide me a copy of the diagnosis that they were charging for and they stated that it was "confidential" and refused to provide a copy or to view the diagnosis in which I was charged for and that for me to get back the vehicle I had to pay for the diagnosis. To make things worse they advised me that some repairs were needed to the vehicle in which parts were $340 and labor was $2520. I asked them for a breakdown and they refused to provide me anything as to a breakdown. The repairs were for a loose door panel and a differential seal. There is no leak at the differential. After some research it was determined that the loose door panel needed 11 new plastic clips which cost $11.00 and a differential seal is $107.76. The total estimated time (labor from another source) was 2 hours. Braman is charging $2520 in labor at $350 an hour (provided verbally from Braman). Looks to be approximately 7.2 hours at $350 an hour. Don't have exact numbers since no breakdown is being provided by Braman. Do not take your vehicle in Braman for service unless you want to pay $350 an hour and be overbilled in hours read more

Service dept. completely sucks ! Took my car today for service and I had to wait almost 2 hours !! Loaner ? Well, thank you ! Service adviser recommended me to wait for my car because to get a loaner was going to take longer. Near 30 people waiting for their cars. I recommend them to visit The Collection and get some training from them. First and last time buying a BMW, especially at Brahman ! Very poor! read more

They repeatedly made verbal promises in negotiations that they would then not represent in the writing of the contracts. They have not held up to their written contractual requirements in our lease agreement and have not been responsive or helpful in fulfilling them. Over 3 months have passed and they are still giving the run around about fulfilling their obligations. read more
