They said they rotated the tires even when it was clear they didn't. They said the tire was un-repairable even though it is. It was like a bait and switch as they said I had a tire under warranty and wanted to charge about 200 for another tire. Another time I had an alignment appointment at 11AM, but I came early at 10AM. I ended up waiting until 4PM to get my car back. Seriously, I would avoid this Wheel Works. Save yourself more headaches.
