We were excited to try Braum's and went in with low expectations. It is very cool that they sell their own dairy products. I had a quarter pound cheeseburger, and I thought it was a decent, solid burger. The fries were good as well. However, my friend got the burger bag with five junior cheeseburgers, and these were awful. They tasted so bad and dry, and there was nothing on the burger other than cheese, even though he was asked if he wanted "everything" on it. Their soda options were very lacking for a fast food chain. The only zero sugar options they had were Diet Coke and Diet Dr. Pepper. I was sad about how there was no Coke Zero. read more

There's good and bad so I'll start with the bad and end on a good note. The burger was sloppy, like half deconstructed in the wrapper haha and there was also an entire puck of onion outside to inside. Now on to the good, Luckily I love onions so that worked out haha and overall the burger was really great tasting! I also got my food within 5 mins of ordering it which was pretty cool in my opinion, the cashier didn't seem in the best mood but they did a great job still, overall I'd recommend this location if you're passing thru OKC. read more

Looking for a late night snack, I found Braum's. I've been to a Braum's before or so I thought. I was a bit confused when I pulled into the lot to find the building a bit larger than I expected for a fast food joint. And even more confused when I saw the cart return in the middle of the parking area. I brushed that off as a figment of my imagination. Until I got inside. The place was packed. It's 33% ice cream parlor, 33% burger joint, and 33% grocery store. And it was all busy. I saw as many people come in to buy milk as ordering burgers or ice cream. It took a minute to soak in the reality of what I was seeing. I perused the groceries. Fresh fruit, specialty cheeses and salamis. Frozen dinners. Milks, eggs, cheese and bottled soft drinks including Braum's own cola. Oh and a row dedicated to ice cream of course. I didn't dare try to join the ice cream line. It's after 9PM and there are kids all over this place. I ordered a double cheese burger combo and sat down to figure out what I had gotten into. The burger was quick. It was tasty and juicy. Not greasy, just awesomely juicy burgers. The fries were crinkle cut and fried just right. There were a ton of employees but I felt that there could have been a lot more attention paid to the overall cleanliness. Everyone was friendly. But they just weren't orchestrated well enough to make the place shine. Will I be back? Yeah the burger wasn't bad at all. And it beats the clown next door with the big M on his sign. read more

Been here many times but I had to downgrade my rating to 4 stars because my last trip I got my drinks correct but received two chicken sandwiches instead of a number one and number six. I was pleased they gave me the ketchup like I asked but the chicken tasted terrible. read more

Braums - Store #14 Moore, OK On 10/13/2017 @ 8:00:22 PM, while visiting this store, we saw a ~10 year old girl return, to the serve person, an order of fries, that had been taken to their table, as they were not the correct order. The serve person then placed those fries onto the fresh food area and they were consequently given to another customer. The fries could have had ANYTHING done to them! YUCK!! I wrote to the company and they did not reply. Due to their UNSANITARY handling of food, they will not get me as a customer again. read more

Not a fan of their cooked food or ice cream, but I love their store, especially the buttermilk bread and the ice cream sandwiches.

Staff is usually very friendly with each visit. Store normally clean. Walked in today and the clerk in the grocery area asked if he could help me find something. Very nice guy. Thank for having so many flavors of ice cream to choose from! read more

I frequent 3 different Braums stores. This one is the least good. I still eat here sometimes, but compared to the other Braums I eat at, this one is slower, more apt to hand you a sticky cup, mess up your order, park you at the curb, etc. It's not like this place is terrible, it's just that for Braums, I doesn't live up to the standard. read more

As see got this bad weather. I lost power at my house. We couldn't cook so I decided Braums. The fact I got only half my order, had to drive back in the ice rain no one apologized or acted like this wasn't a time to be screwing up. Glad I don't suggest braums often. read more

Out of all the Braums I have been to since being home (been gone for four years) this is the best one I have been to so far. Customer service is almost always 5 stars, food has always been excellent, and ice cream/shakes are perfect. This is the Braums I have missed and am proud to call part of Oklahoma. read more

The food is absolutely horrible. If you're hungry you'd be better off at literally any other fast food chains. However I give this place 4 stars because they have THE BEST ice cream. When ever I'm in north Texas or Oklahoma I just have to stop for a mint chocolate chip milk shake because I miss them from Braums when I'm home in south Texas! So good! read more

This is a horrible place they give you leaking shake cups and the manager couldn't just say sorry. There are no places to sit because they are all dirty and the cashier was gets snobby with me because I corrected her. And when we go to tell them they messed up my order and they did not care. The ketchup dispenser was empty we told them and they completely ignored us. I hope this will stop you from eating even make it to corporate so that hey correct it but because of other comments they probably won't respond read more

First time visiting. Fries were good and so was the shake. Burger on the other hand. The bun just fell apart after 2 bites. Ordered the triple 1/4 cheese burger and the bun could not survive. Meat and rest were good, just wish the bun could have been stronger to enjoy as a whole burger. read more
