Went to go eat here to start my weekend with a couple of friends. Immediately found seating inside to fit our group. But once we sat down, a new waitress came over and was very rude and had no manners. We politely told her that we had 3 others coming shortly and she asked us what we wanted to drink and left. She came back shortly and slammed the drinks down on the table and left us. We usually have good service here but not this time. About an hour drive from Chandler but worth it. Very small quite town with big flavor! We lucked up on this place and so glad we did! - Firstly, this place is quite pricey and it's not obviously stated anywhere I can find but they add a 4% charge to any credit card payments (which I wasn't told until I showed up with only a CC so...) in my opinion this is illogical (why deter people from spending more money?? and the bigger the charge the bigger the fee to the CC processing company anyway so the business is losing out on that anyway. People with cash are psychologically going to spend LESS because they are limited by the cash they have on hand.) - Secondly, I placed an order for carryout and I received an incorrect order after I brought it back to the hotel across town. When I called to let them know, the person on the phone said she would check to see if there was a price difference between the order I placed and the order I was charged for. There was. But the person on the phone said "it wasn't that big of a difference" and hung up without saying anything else. - The order I received was a BBQ Chicken pizza, which was sickly sweet. The crust was very thick and chewy for a wood-fired pizza. The restaurant is nice inside, and it's nice to see a pretty restaurant in Globe... but the whole experience was SUCH A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. read more

We took a day road trip around the area and stopped into Bravo Americano Moderno in Globe for lunch. Mistake! I was looking forward to a hamburger. Only one on the menu was $18! So, we settled on fish tacos and a pizza. What came on the plate were three small tacos with only morsels of fish and tasteless slaw. Guess the huge pile of greasy fries was supposed to make up for the taco shortage. And, who makes a Hawaiian pizza with barbecue sauce!? Won't do that again. $40 wasted and down the road we went, never to return. Plenty of other place to eat in that town. read more

We were only driving through Globe, or else we probably would go multiple times, it has a great patio, great menu and everything was delicious. I had an app that was crispy rolls with Santa fe chicken inside, and a caesar with grilled chicken, that chicken was cooked perfectly! Great and fast service. Called the Oder in for pick up and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. And it was ready for me right when I showed up. The quality and taste of the food is amazing! Great unique restaurant brought to this small town. The prices are a bit high but it's worth it. If you compare the prices to other restaurants in the Valley, Bravo is on par with the pricing but the flavors they instill in their food is of a Michelin Star restaurant. The way the ingredients are cared for and prepared can be tasted with your very first bite. The owner is the same person who owns Bloom, right next door, and both restaurants are of a higher standard than most restaurants in the Valley. It's a clean establishment with very modern decor. The atmosphere is very relaxing and makes you feel like you're getting your monies worth of entertainment and high quality food. This is just what Globe needed! My family and I went here today and was so pleasantly surprised by both the visual aspect of the restaurant as well as the food! Bravo to Bravo!! Worst experience ever and to make it even worse it was a to go order. I called and placed my order 2 pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 cheese) was told it would be a 25 min wait. So time passed went in at exactly 25 min stood in the front counter for about 5 mins before a girl with tattoos came and took my payment. She literally just took my payment and left with out a word about my food. In my head I was like oh maybe is not ready yet so I waited, 20 mins passed and some other lady came and asked what I need it help with. I told her I was waiting for my to go order she asked the name for the order I told her and she went and got my 2 pizzas. She was gonna recharge me thinking I hadn't payed already an she was like oh you payed already I was like yes. So I grabbed my pizza and immediately felt the bottom of the box cold as ice I went to the car as my husband was waiting for me I told him immediately that the pizza was cold. He went in and the manager stated its a Togo sometimes they aren't hot. My husband is a executive chef for 4 different establishments so he wasn't going to allow them to speak to him like he doesn't have a clue about food or simple health code violations. He asked the manager to remake the pizza at 8:40 pm on a Saturday night and was told they ran out of dough. So than he told the manager to re heat the pizzas up in the oven and was told the oven is off. Honestly I don't do reviews often but if this place doesn't know how to properly handle food they should probably get a manager that knows food leaving a kitchen has to be within a certain temperature hot or cold. It's alarming this manager who's handling the food is oblivious that hot food should be served hot. We ended up leaving the cold pizzas and getting a refund can't argue with stupid!!! read more

Lunch today was horrible. We were a party of 6 and two of the meals were very disappointing. My friend ordered fried fish and it came with two pieces, onw was overcooked to the point that it was rubbery, and to other, much ticker piece was undercooked. I ordered the Toscana Pizza and the waitress brought all the food to the table except the pizza and told me the pizza would be one more minute. She finally brought the pizza after my friends were nearly done eating! I told her to box it up. I should have told her to take it back and take it off our bill. When I got home, the pizza had just been dumped into the box. most of the toppings were displaced and a couple of the pieces were upside-down. I live in Globe and we are probably not coming back anytime soon. read more

When we initially walked in we did like the vibe of the place . However , upon ordering our opinion quickly changed . First we ordered the prickly pear martinis. They were horrible, it tasted like a pre made mix . For appetizers we ordered the dip and the calamari . The dip tasted heavily like cream cheese . The calamari was terrible & was over cooked . We ordered two margaritas. The margaritas also tasted like someone just poured a mix . We ordered the americano pizza and two chicken parms to go . We waited a ridiculous amount of time for our to go food . We sat there for 30 minutes waiting for our to go order , just for the waitress to bring out our food and forget our chicken parm. She said it slipped her mind . Not only did she forget our chicken parm but our pizza was not fresh , it was Luke warm . As if it was sitting in the back for 20min . We don't live in globe , we were looking for a good restaurant to eat at while visiting for the holiday . We were severely disappointed. Just save your time and money and go to la casita east . Super excited to try this place... stood at the hostess station for ten minutes while two staff members talked to each other and ignored us. So rude and disrespectful. To be two feet away from a customer and not even acknowledge their presence?? I am certain this food is delicious but the disappointment was too big to stay. A simple hello isn't asking alot. One of our favorite places on Sunday. Awesome service and great food. We decided to go on a weeknight. Big mistake. As so many great restaurants they are a victim of their success. Took 20 minutes to get a glass of water. 10 minutes more to get the drinks we ordered. Finally got our salads and the house salad with grilled chicken didn't even fill the bowl and the chicken that was $5 was 7 small dried out pieces. Very disappointed. My husband's salad at least filled the bowl but he asked for a different dressing and when the order came incorrect, the waitress never returned with the correct dressing. Paying our bill was another 10 minutes standing at the counter. We are happy to see see crowds out for dining but go elsewhere in the evening. Great place for Sunday. read more

After a nice drive to the Salt River Canyon, we decided to order takeout pizza on our way back through Globe. My husband ordered the Americano which was loaded with pepperoni. I ordered the Artichoke Wow! And it was Wow! When we got home, we put the pizza on foil and warmed it up on our BBQ grill and it was fantastic. We look forward to trying other menu items. Stopped in at the recommendation from someone at the gas station. I can see why he told us to go there. The waitress was probably the best looking woman in town and seemed to have every guy sneaking a peak or looking for a chance at talking to her. She obviously knew it and seemed short with people because of it but service was good. Food was good, we had a few pizzas, one guy had a pasta dish, and wings for the table.
