Honestly, the server we had was awesome, friendly and efficient. My sister's and I had a reservation for 12 it was our niece's birthday. We were seated by the door, the restaurant was freezing cold, and seating us by the door made us even colder. Our elderly mother was very uncomfortable from being cold. She then ordered a cup of coffee, and was told that the coffee wasn't available. The first server we had before she said she was leaving for the day, and Victor became our server, she stated that the coffee machine wasn't working. After everyone ordered, one of my sisters sent back her pasta dish because it was cold and the pasta was hard. Many of us order the pasta wozzie and the fettucine noodles were hard and the pasta was dry. One of my nephew's ordered the shrimp scampi and it was horrible. Food was cold and the chicken in the pasta woozie dishes had a funny taste. We weren't even sure if the chicken was real chicken. Total bill was $432.00 ridiculous because the food was horrible. Our family went to Bravo and had the absolute worst experience ever. Our server greeted us 8 minutes after we were seated. When he took our orders, he kept asking "is just water ok?" for the beverages. He did bring us water, but it was room temp with no ice. Have been to Bravo for many years and never had an issue unfortunately today was filled with them. Arrived and restaurant was not busy asked for a table said it would be 15 minutes. While waiting for the table witnessed the manager eating behind the bar and then proceed to pick his teeth with his fingers and never washed his hands. I then watched him pour our water glasses which was pretty disgusting. He then apologized for the air not working in the restaurant. There were fans so it wasn't too hot. Our server seemed to be the only server in the restaurant and he was running around like crazy. The food was mediocre....the special pasta had a sauce that was like water and another dish for our table had huge basil stems. I don't have anything to really complain about the service however its setting was extremely disappointing and not what it seems, at all. My first time visit was awful out waiter Brian was a complete jerk, he would throw rings onto the table constantly had an attitude and when we where ready to order he told us he had other tables and we had to wait. When we weee finally able to order our drinks seemed very irritated, he honestly gave me and my table anxiety and fear to order form this man. This was my first visit here. I was thrown off that an employee was casually sitting on the couch where customers would wait to be seated. There is no split between the kitchen and dining area. Most of the employees at the time I dined were younger. You could see the bar staff and hostess walking back to the kitchen staff and going to talk and laugh like they were not on the clock working. Made it distracting to enjoy my meal as again stated, there's no split so it was very noisy. Dined in around 3:30pm and it was not busy yet. I feel as though the food took a while to come out. Food was mediocre. The saving grace was the free bread/oil and appetizers. Shrimp would've been better if it came out hot and the chicken parm was so dry. There was absolutely no sauce with the noodles. Server was working his butt off. Attentive to refills. Probably wouldn't come back or recommend to others. I ordered take out from this location today. The food was good but I picked it up at the time the website said it would be ready. It was already cold. They also didn't provide plastic utensils even though I added them to the order. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but I'm staying at a hotel and salad is difficult to eat without a fork. It was a nice quiet lunch. They have masks and separating tables. I had the spaghetti and meatballs I enjoyed it . The meatballs were good size and soft while the noodles are angel hair . We had heard good things from friends about this place, so we decided to check it out and I am sure glad we did. We started off with the shrimp bruschetta as an appetizer and oh my gosh, it was AMAZING. Easily the best bruschetta I have ever had. They also brought us fresh bread and oil to the table as well, which was delicious and a nice touch. I got the lobster ravioli and it was decent. Nothing overly spectacular but good. My boyfriend got the Pasta Bravo and said it was amazing and ate every last bite. We took the caramel cheesecake to go and it was simply delicious. Great experience all around. We celebrated my stepdad's birthday at BRAVO as a group and quite enjoyed our visit. The staff were attentive and accommodating (even closing curtains without us asking to build the surprise), and we never had to ask for a drink refill. The food itself was typical Italian, and the prices and portions were fairly reasonable. Given the option, this wouldn't be my first choice however as I'm still partial to Maggiano's as the Alfredo is AMAZING and you can eat one dish and get one to take home for free. The atmosphere here also felt a little generic, though I give props to the clean bathroom (which is surprisingly small). read more

Not sure how they're legally allowed to serve and sell frozen Stouffer meals at 3 times the price you can get it at Pick n Save. There was more flavor in my water than there was in any of the dishes I had tried, and I tried 4 total main dishes (went as a group) plus a dessert. The staff was great, they just don't have good food. 0/5 can get the same meal in the frozen section for $10 cheaper. read more

Honest review, HIGHLY IMPRESSED. We were out celebrating our friend's birthday but also had to eat quick before going to a play. Our waiter Dash was simply outstanding and had a great attitude. Horrible!!! I tried taking my family somewhere to eat that was wheelchair accessible and this was not a good option. The place had about 5 customers and we were the only minorities in the restaurant. All the waiters did was stare at us and never came over to take an order. After 25 minutes we left and I requested the Information of the manager. I'm not sure what the problem was but I'm hoping it wasn't our skin color or disability but definitely seems that way. Everyone else had a waiter except for us. First let me say that this is not my first visit to this restaurant however it is my first visit in a couple of years. After a long day at the hospital waiting on my dad who had surgery (he's doing fine) we decided to stop for dinner. I do love Italian food and in the past the pasta dishes here have always been quite tasty so I was excited (I usually follow a low carb diet so this was going to be a treat). We started with the bread and dipping oil which was really delicious! Being a food snob, when I see carbonara on a menu with a runny yolk (even tho it's traditionally a raw yolk and here it's cooked), I like to order it. Unfortunately, despite numerous disappointments when ordering carbonara or risotto in restaurants, I ordered it tonight hoping it would be what I expected. It wasn't. My order was a seltzer water, a Bravo chopped salad and the linguine carbonara. The waitress first brought me still water because she couldn't remember my drink order - ok no prob. Then our pastas came out but my salad never made it. As you will see by the pic, the pasta is served with a thin white sauce (which seemed to be the same sauce as mom's fettuccine). This was not a true carbonara and I wish restaurants would stop calling every white sauce dish carbonara when it's really a thinner Alfredo. In addition, the egg on top was not a sunny-side runny but a fried over-hard yolk. Not sure the runny yolk would save the dish but it might have helped. I did flag down the waitress and inform her of my missing salad and bad egg, asking not to be charged for either (the egg was an extra dollar). Then came dessert - we both looked forward to a nice little cannoli. The waitress talked us into this "cannoli sundae". Way not the same thing. Wouldn't order this (especially for almost $7) ever again. It was a cinnamon kinda cookie crumble with a not so delish "cannoli" filling (which really had no flavor) with a sprinkle of chocolate chips and canned whip cream on top. Blech! In the end the waitress did not charge me for the salad I didn't get and didn't charge me for my seltzer (which was $3!!!!). Oh, and charging $3 for seltzer water is a rip off. It water from the soda machine without flavoring. Terrible! Here's the thing ... go back to making and serving good Italian food not food that has clearly been thru the short-cut machine or the new fad dessert jars. Serve real, tasty and traditional Italian and if come back. This food and service (which I didn't really get into) was mediocre at best and chances of me returning here are slim if this menu stays the same. If you want to be an Italian Cucina then you'll need to do better. Even the waitress sort of compared it to Carrabas. Just not the same as it used to be. UPDATE: I received a call from the manager of the local Bravo I dined at. She couldn't have been more gracious. She has offered me two replacement meals. She has further offered to bring the sou chef table side so I can tell him how I'd like my meal. She said ANY guest can describe how they'd like their meal to the waitstaff or a kitchen staff member will come to the table and take your order. As long as it's ingredients in their kitchen, they will make it. We had a great discussion and I am hopeful that she is going to pass our discussion along to corporate chefs. I'd love Bravo to be unique and offer traditional Italian dishes, not compete with The Olive Garden. Excellent customer service by management! Very satisfied with resolution and will definitely go back and try again. read more

People LOVE this place at work and will make we go there on a regular basis for lunch. One of our work vendors chose Bravo! for our annual lunch meeting. Let's fast forward to my unusual lunch request: ME: Can I have the Pasta Woozie with no pasta and vegetables instead? WAITRESS: Well I think we have green beans as our only vegetable. Is that okay? ME: Sure. That is awesome. Thanks for the accommodation. Has anyone ever asked for a pasta dish without pasta? WAITRESS: Nope. Never before. Fast forward to food: WAITRESS: Here's your dish. Wow! That looks amazing...I might have to try that. I guess we have more veggies than I thought. ME: Wow! There are artichoke hearts, asparagus tips, red/yellow peppers, zucchini, and eggplant in this dish. Amazing taste. WAITRESS: I am glad you liked it. ME: Tell the chef he rocked it and I WILL ORDER THIS AGAIN. Thanks for accommodating my odd dietary restrictions.
