Lunch would have been completely tasteless if it weren't for the salt. Fortunately, I had a lovely glass of ice-cold water from a glass with a quarter-inch chip on the rim. It is easy to see why the place was almost completely vacant during lunch. The service was excellent, but the food quality has dramatically deteriorated lately. I visited your Lansing, Michigan location on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. I was served a salad with brown lettuce and it was visibly expired lettuce. I asked for the manager, at approximately 7:20 PM. The manager, Chef Jon, told our server that he was too busy to come out, but that he will be over shortly. By 8:11 PM I had asked the server three times to contact the manager as well as the main hostess and he refused to come out from the back of the restaurant area. I informed our server that we would wait for our bill until he came over to the table. She informed him of this, and he told her to tell us the bill was on him and he refused yet again to come out to talk with me at the table regarding the visibly expired lettuce, as I was hoping to share quality control concerns from the kitchen. The entire staff was aware and we even asked other employees to ask the manager to step out and speak with us, but yet he was not willing to come out and speak with me and my party. I have never received such poor service from any restaurant experience, especially when it comes to leadership. I am very disappointed with this experience as we are in town visiting for work, and this was supposed to be our celebratory dinner for the hard work we've done. I would like a regional manager to contact me. We had to contact another restaurant in the chain to get contact information due to the lack of communication at the Lansing location. Last night we went to Bravo and had a very good waiter. He brought out the bread and refills. From the pictures on line we had an idea of what the food would look like. Some if us had pizza that looked and tasted like it came from a low par pizza business. The Margherita pizza did not have the fresh mozzarella and the shredded cheese they used was very little. The tomatoes were almost paper thin. Then there's the basil. The very, very small amount wasn't enough to impart any flavor. The cheese pizzas were very bland with hardly any sauce or cheese. We were all disappointed with the food and prices. Either change the menu pictures or get some chefs who know how to follow the recipes to prepare the entrees pictured in your menu. read more

Had an annual birthday dinner on the 16th. Very disappointed in the food quality. Cold appetizers under cooked meatballs and calamari was rubber. Then had shards of glass in our drinks and nothing was done not even acknowledged by the manager. They never came to the table to apologize. Out server said that he was authorized to give us a free dessert. Spending $250 on a meal that was absolutely subpar causing food poisoning and having served drinks with glass in them. The Eastwood location was very slow on a recent weeknight, and I asked to be seated outside since it was a balmy summer evening. I was the only person outside dining, but service was attentive and food service was prompt. I intended to get the salad plus salmon, then noticed the rosemary crusted chicken salad was fewer calories?! So I dove in and practically licked the plate. The four stars instead of five is for the sensory overload that occurs when dining beneath competing music from the restaurant and the mall. Loved it here! Service was quick and friendly. For an appetizer and two entrees and a bottle of wine, the price was way lower than you'd expect. We had the spaghetti bolognese and margharita pizza. Both were tasty, and we split them so we could try a few different things. The highlight of the meal was the crispy shrimp Napoli appetizer. We could have just ordered a few more plates of that for our meal and it would have been perfect. Overall, a great experience and good food and we will be back! read more

My family of 5 are the only customers in this restaurant tonight and the service is still absolutely terrible. There are 13 waiters sitting around and we are not being waited on unless our food is ready. I had to serve myself shredded cheese because they disappeared and then became frustrated that I used the grater myself. I'm very irritated. I know this is a "chain"restaurant... A "mall" restaurant... But the the 10 or so years since they opened here we have really enjoyed going there. They have a pretty traditional comfort menu ... Perhaps it's not too innovative.. But they cover all the bases from salad to pasta, chicken and beef.. Pizza and appetizers. The place is always busy and has a good positive energy... While many if not most other area eateries are quiet and dull at times... It's a pretty restaurant and the service from the hostess to the servers and busers is always good and consistent. It's been over a year since my review of Bravo! My review is somewhere here on Yelp and still remains the only 1-star review I've given to any restaurant to this point. But I had a series of bad experiences at this restaurant. My last of those experiences even resulted in me getting a phone call from someone at Bravo's parent organization in Florida. I was promised a full refund of my last meal and never got it. But that's besides the point now. The last meal I ate from here was inedible for me. My dog wouldn't even eat it. Don't waste your hard-earned money at this place. They could pay me to eat there and I'd still probably choose Olive Garden honestly. read more

I had the Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and green beans. My husband had the veal parmigiana. Everything tasted great but both proteins seemed a little drier than expected. We shared a side salad and the calamari appetizer. It was very delicious. I couldn't eat all my dinner, so the portions were generous and I had leftovers to enjoy the next day. The service was wonderful and all the waitstaff was on top of everything. If we return, it will be because of them. We liked where our table was, close to the server station and where I could see the kitchen. There were only 2 cooks, as far as I could tell at the time. Another came in later. Even though the kitchen appeared to be short staffed, it was never too long a wait. It wasn't too noisy either, so we could have a conversation. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The pasta was cooked to a perfect texture, there was an ample amount of chicken; however the sauce was mediocre at best. The Cesar salad...was a joke. For $4.49, there was less than a handful of lettuce where there was so little there wasn't enough to cover the bottom of the container. The salad itself was standard, but surely not worth the price. Coming in here, I witnessed a beautiful Italian setting. All of the tables were covered in that traditional white cloth. The waiters and waitressss were all dressed up, and very professional. It felt like a fancy experience. The bread and oil came out and I noticed that they added an extra twist to it. The oil was red and tasted a but like peppers or red sauce. It was still good, but an interesting and unique touch. Our food came out shortly after. I ordered chicken alfredo. Now, I admit that I am a bit picky and that what I may not like, others do like. My chicken had black on both sides, and some love that extra grill taste. I personally did not like the grill taste because it tasted like charred charcoal or something. It felt really strong and gross. Many friends of mine stated this gives it a delicious extra flavor. I did not like it at all. My friend enjoyed her pasta. We ordered dessert and it was delicious. Visited this location for the first time after a golf outing. The location was convenient with several other restaurants within walking distance. I ordered the lasagna. The sauce was watery and the dish overall had no flavor. Due to supplier chain issues, there was no bread. I did not deduct points for this since there was a note posted on the door before we entered. I ordered a glass of chardonnay, but the waiter came back to the table to tell us they ran out of the wine and they also did not have lemonade. Overall, a disappointing dinner experience. I had made reservations for 1:00 on Thanksgiving Day. We arrived about 15 minutes early and took us immediately to a table. Service was wonderful. The Thanksgiving dinner was pretty pricey for what was plated, however, my son said it was very good. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo but only ate a few bites. It was "gummy" and not creamy at all. When the server asked if everything was alright, I explained to her about this. She said she wouldn't charge me the $16.99. This was nice and very appreciated. Paying an additional $6.99 for a salad seems wrong somehow. Never been to a restaurant where the salad wasn't included in the price of the entree. This was our first time going to this restaurant.
