I happened to pick up two petit size quiches at The Cheese Lady in Texas Township at $4.00/each. They come frozen and it takes about a day to thaw in your refrigerator, so a little forethought is involved. Bake time is 15-20 minutes. I treated myself to their Caramelized Onion, Potato & Smoked Gouda quiche today for lunch. I have no words to describe how flaky the crust is and the filling was heavenly. Perfection!

All kinds of tortillas - both corn and wheat. 4. Fresh veggies, including papaya, aloe, tomatillos, avocados, and a slew of hot peppers. 5. Speaking of hot peppers, you'll find a variety of dried ones in front of the meat counter, and on the spice rack. 6. ROASTED PORK every weekend! It's in a blue cooler by the cash register, and you just pick out the bits you want, and have them weighed and sealed up at the meat counter. 7. At the farmer's market stand, get the fresh chips, freshly made salsa, and our favorite, homemade tamales. YUM. I believe it was the owner I met behind the mask lol! The toffee is just as terrific as they claim and doesn't stick to your teeth. The chocolate is the perfect complement with the smooth dark yumminess melting around that butter toffee. Their proportions of brown sugar to butter, the time spent bringing it to a burn - good thing they aren't around the corner or I'd far too much! You can order from them online and there is a telephone number available. My only complaint is their email link is broken.
