I hesitated writing this because I only write positive reviews but after reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one who was treated poorly. Weight loss is such a sensitive & personal issue & my experience here was TERRIBLE! The tech was just rude. I asked to have my bp checked. She did not let me put my arm on the counter just left me hanging in mid air. It came back extremely high & I asked to retake it standing up with my arm on the counter & she said "It won't be any different". After weighing me she said "Well I don't know what you weighed last time so I'm not sure if you lost wt." Thankfully I knew. I have NEVER had such POOR customer service in my life. It is worth the extra time to drive to the Whittier clinic. The girls there are all very welcoming, nothing like this awful place! read more
