1 Star I wish I could give this place negative stars. The customer service and table management were absolutely terrible. We were on the waiting list for about 30 minutes, which was completely fine at first. Once we moved to first on the waiting list, the app showed that they were preparing our table, so we waited another 15 minutes. Then another 30 minutes went by with no update, so my wife went inside to ask how much longer it would be. They told her they were just cleaning the table and that we would be seated in less than 5 minutes. After that, another 45 minutes passed. I went in myself to ask for an update, and this time they told me they were still trying to find a spot for us to sit. Meanwhile, they continued seating multiple parties who had arrived long after us. We waited another 30 minutes after that and still were never seated. We ended up leaving after about 2 1/2 hours of waiting, even though we had been first on the waiting list for most of that time. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and terrible efficiency in managing tables was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste hours waiting while other people get seated ahead of you. read more

Pretty average fare. Not impressed. It is kind of like a Denny's but not corporate. However, for the price point I'd prefer Denny's. They do a lot of business and they've been around at least 15 years! A nice enough place but it's a bit weird in there and a bit discombobulated...... and the service a bit curt and you feel like you're getting the bums rush. However, they're obviously doing a good job as they are busy all of the time and they've been doing it for a long time. Had brunch for the first time here with a friend for her birthday. Service was extremely friendly and attentive, every girl here was supper sweet. We opted to sit on the patio, beware of all the birds coming up to your table! Food came out quickly, I had a a California omelette which was super yummy, our server, Angie made sure to check in on us multiple times. The prices were decent, ended up being $45 before tip for brunch for two. If service is always like this then we would definitely return and I highly recommend. I would say that the only downfall is parking is the pits here, so we ended up parking by the main shops and walking over instead. read more

First of all, this place always looks packed when we pass by so we don't even bother but we were both off during a weekday and decided to give it a try. Service was perfect and friendly. Ambiance was nice diner style. At times the coffee bar was loud but it was alright. Wish I took more pictures of the food. Lunch menu was good. Took my mom out for breakfast. Were had to wait to be seated on this busy morning. Our first table wasn't good (it was in a high traffic area and directly in line with two doors when opened creating a cold draft). We were quickly moved to another table after asking. (They need a larger space to accommodate the amount of people) The menu had a good selection for breakfast/lunch items. (The alcoholic beverages should be on a separate menu) Drinks were severed in a timely manner. Our waitress seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of people she was serving. After our order showed up, it's obvious why this place was full. The presentation and quantity of the food was very good. Only issues I had and what I could others having was the following. Although the Hash-browns were a large quantity they were barely browned (cooked). My eggs were supposed to be over easy, but were overcooked (over hard). We stopped in for a late brunch on a Friday and service was great! Restaurant wasn't very crowded and there was no waiting. We were told to choose our own seating. Food was promptly brought out. I got the crème brûlée French toast, my daughter got the kids chicken tenders and applesauce and my husband got the eggs, bacon and pancakes. Everything was good. I wouldn't say it was the most exceptional meal, but it was decent. There was A LOT of crème brûlée cream so that could have been less for sure. Server was very attentive. Restaurant was clean and was decorated for Valentine's Day which was cute! Bathrooms had been mopped and out of use so I can't comment on those. Otherwise a nice place and would go again! read more

Food took over 30 mins to get to us (two people); I asked for tomato to be added to my omelette and instead of putting it inside the omelette, they gave me three slices on the side which they promptly charged me 4 dollars for. My wife added green bell peppers into her omelette and they charged her a dollar. Not sure why mine was so much more expensive. Food was extremely bland and not worth the price. We were able to walk in and be seated right way, by the time we were done there were about 15 people waiting outside. Pros: food was quick. The soft scrambled egg showed the chef cooking them knew their way around a kitchen, the sausage was well cooked. Priced right. The amount of Blue berries in the pancakes would have brought a smile to Sam "Ace" Rothstein iykyk. Staff were kind. Cons: coffee tasted old, blueberry pancakes while ample with blueberries some bites were very sour and off putting. It's loud, I know restaurants can be loud but this felt a few decibels higher. Thursday visit, brunch time. It wasn't particularly busy. The staff were friendly albeit forgetful. Parking wasn't an issue. It was a nice day so we sat outside. We were seated after waiting a few mins. We ordered a mixture of breakfast items and lunch items. Service could have been a lot better. Maybe something was off with the staff. We ordered after another table that was seated after us. We had to remind our waitress for items that were forgotten. Water cups were never refilled. We asked for refills on coffee but didn't get them. One specialty drink for coffee had white specks in it that looked like old milk. Overall, the food wasn't that bad. Burgers were good. Chicken fried steak was huge and pretty good. But let's talk about the chili. What on earth is that? It was soupy, luke warm at best, and had garbanzo beans?! Should be labeled as "non-traditional chili". One taste is all we had and couldn't do anymore. I'm never one to waste food. But we didn't want to pack it. And when we asked for togo containers they didn't even bother to give us a container for the chili. Maybe they also knew that it's not good enough to take home. Maybe it'll be a while before we come back. There are other places with better service that's deserving of our business. read more

First impressions: it was busier than the reviews would reflect. Seemed more popular than the review score. The staff was friendly and attentive. I sat right away. Food: I ordered the classic breakfast burrito and it was loaded. It tasted wonderful. The only complaint would be that, I substituted hashbrowns for potatoes, and the hashbrowns were undercooked. Felt a little rushed. But overall, it was a wonderful burrito. I also had the red sauce with it, and it was a great mixture of sweet and spicy. Service: the service was excellent! I was sat right away. My server was friendly and attentive. I never had to wait for a coffee refill and the team worked together well. I would like to come back and try some other things on the menu to get a better feel for the food quality, but I think that it has great potential. Also, I was surprised to see on the bill that there was an option for cash payment. That is a nice feature to save a little money. read more

Sometimes I wonder how breakfast places stay open when all they do is throw 2 eggs together et with a sausage and it's nothing special. Well, this place is special. Great place! Meeting with friends for a late brunch ( translation: we just ate breakfast foods for lunch) All very different diets, me being the worst as a notorious vegan. They had a great option for me, a vegan burrito bowl. I added avocado and it was perfect! They also had a great iced vanilla latte with almond milk. One last shout out to the staff. Super friendly and helpful. We had a rambunctious 2.5 year old and they gave us a high chair and crayons to color on the paper table covering. Super patient. We come here pretty often. I love their coffees . Food is good for the most part. I've had a food handful of times when my potatoes are kind of burnt but they are so busy by the time they came back my food was cold. Their pancakes are pretty big so be mindful of that! The plates are pretty sizable so my mom and I usually share. We love the denver omelet I believe its called and my mom gets sautéed mushrooms on the side. I do still like coming here but it can be hit or miss with food quality and staff friendliness. Have everyone in your party there when you arrive to get your table. We had a group of 12 and because 2 were missing we had to wait a lot longer. That kind of sucked but at this point we are just used to it and dont want to argue for the 1 or 2 people on their way. She was very friendly and attentive, and she made the long wait for a table seem tolerable. This place is one of the better breakfast places in menifee, that few seem to know about. We stumbled on this place when we were shopping in the area. The menu is quite extensive and has a variety of offers from pancakes to sandwiches. The smell of the place is heavenly as well! We ordered one apple cinnamon pancake which was huge, and well worth the price. Easily fed us for two days. I ordered a Turkey croissant sandwich, which was delicious and buttery. Was super excited to try this place and was severely disappointed! Called in a to go order because it was a late Saturday morning and I expected them to be busy and they were. They oddly required payment by phone which the me a little bit oh well. My order was simple, chicken and waffles and a stack of regular pancakes with extra butter and a side of vacon. Place was packed and I went to the coffee bar to try to get someone's attention to get my food. The girl behind the counter hah no customers and no drinks but I still had to call out to get her attention because she kept her back turned to the crowd for over a minute. I asked her to bring out honey mustard for the chicken and sure using me sign she tried to usher me out without it. I asked about it and she rolled her eyes and went back to get it. She got back and practically threw them at me and didn't say anything even though I said thanks and wished her a good day. Then got home with the food. They have us chocolate chip pancakes and 3 of the chicken stripes were so small they were like nuggets. The bacon was burnt. The chicken was overcooked and both the pancakes and the waffle were made from box cake mix... which might not sound bad but it is overly sweet, gets mushy very fast and is so far off from a waffle or pancake recipe it's ridiculous! We had maybe 4 bites of each meal and then just gave up. Never been so hungry after a meal. read more

Nice location which can become very busy, but they do have an online system to register for the waitlist. Coffee and tea beverages here are one of their main draws. During nicer weather there is indoor and outdoor seating available. Staff during this visit were attentive and friendly. The noise level here tends to escalate once the tables fill up and can make it difficult to speak at normal levels. Food was standard breakfast fare and was well prepared. I'll start off by saying the food was delicious and Victoria is a very good waitress! We came for breakfast on Sunday and were checked in at 9:06am and at 9:23 we got a text saying our estimated wait time was between 9:36-9:51. At around 9:53 we went in just to check how much longer and the gal at the front said we've only been waiting 30 minutes... Another gal came out and told us it'll be a little longer and if we would prefer to sit outside, I said yeah it doesn't matter to us, she said we were put down for inside only. When we check in no one asked us what we would prefer in the first place. We were sat outside in the shade and it was a bit cold for us so we asked if we could move the folding table they set up for us into the sun. There wasn't anyone else outside in that area and we didn't think it would be a problem since they had to bring a folding table out in the first place. But it seemed like a big issue and made us feel uncomfortable the rest of our visit to ask or request anything else or extra from the other stuff other than Victoria. We took it upon ourselves to lower the outdoor umbrella at our table and we got in trouble for doing that. We were just trying to avoid asking so we wouldn't bother them. They were understandably busy. Also this giant ladder is in the hall where the bathroom is which is a huge hazard. Not strapped up or anything. But anyways, I understand there's the possibility of being short staffed, but you still need to uphold good customer service. read more
