There were a ton of empty tables, but instead of letting people sit down and order from a server, they ask you to wait in line and order at the counter. Don't let the line scare you it moves fast! You get in line, order and pay and the lovely hostess will seat you inside or out. They have a huge dog friendly patio and a beautifully decorated interior seating area. My seafood omelette had huge chunks of lobster and Danish cheese. My friend had the Danish omelette with sausage. My other friend had waffles and Danish sausage. Most meals come with tater tots too. The coffee was also delicious. Our table also ordered the vegetable omelet, the gluten free waffles and the corned beef hash and eggs. Everyone agreed their breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. The star of the dishes in my opinion were the crispy tater tots. We arrived at 8:00am so we were able to walk right in and get seated after placing our order at the register. The food came out so quickly you have to wonder whether some of their food is already pre made. While the chilaquiles was good I've definitely had much better. Love a good brunch spot. We go often to Solvang and came across Brekkies. We are glad we did since where we stop at almost everytime we go to Solvang. Parking is limited at Brekkies. There are a lot of public parking lots in the area that are walking distance from Brekkies. They have indoor and outdoor seating. When you get there, you do get in line to be able to order. Once you order they will seat you. Outdoor is definitely more popular during the nicer weather times. It does take a few minutes to get seated if you request the popular seating area. Depending when you go it can be 15-30 min wait to order. Once seated it was not long after that we got our food which was really nice. Food has always been delicious the times I have gone. The food came out relatively quickly as well especially for how busy it was. Overall, not bad if you're looking for a quick bite to eat if you're hungry. The food is just your regular run of the mill breakfast items that you'd expect to see on any menu. The prices were not bad for portion sizes (~14ish per meal?), but the food itself was just okay. The food is definitely super filling + you'll probably have leftovers to take home! However, I didn't necessarily think there was anything that differentiated itself from other breakfast places. I did enjoy eating the biscuits + gravy (lots of meat in this sauce!) but thought that the protein bowl was a little different than what I was expecting.
