HORRIBLE SERVICE, person in the front didn't address us, I was waiting for 10mins and when they were very rude and felt like they didn't want to be there. I felt rushed the whole time, as a first time I would want to know recommendations but they just pointed at the board. I felt like they were high while they were working, I smelled a certain odor and eyes slightly red, they kept dosing off especially when they gave me my change they had a hard time counting the coins and just kept giggling, I had to count it to make sure I had the right change and sure enough I was 2 dollars short. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEE, SECOND GUESS COMING HERE! I came here today with my client who is disabled & has cerebral palsy and we had a very upsetting experience. From the moment we came in we were not greeted by the employee or acknowledged what so ever. We proceeded to find a table & my client placed an order through the app. We waited for his food to be ready for a while & the app did not notify us that it was complete so it had been sitting on the counter for some time before we realized it. (An employee SHOULD call the name of an online order once finished & set on counter). But that did not happen. Eventually I got up to grab 1 of 2 items my client was supposed to receive after waiting a while. I then proceed to ask the girl working behind the counter about the second item, she looks at me with an annoyed face, grabs the item from the fridge behind the counter & gives it to me. I say thanks & she still doesn't say anything and she walks away. After that moment, I proceeded to ask what was there normal procedure for online orders and if they call names than she proceeds to tell me why this place doesn't do so, and she had no accountability what so ever. So I follow up with telling her we were not even acknowledged when we came in & she said if she would have known we placed the online order, she would have done so. Is it not human decency to acknowledge a customer who comes into your establishment? Even prior to making an order? There was no customers inside & not busy at all. My client feels like he was DISCRIMINATED against for being disabled and it was very upsetting to him and me. After she said her comments, I walk away and she proceeds to tell a customer in line about the conversation I just had with her. It looks to be one of her friends & a young man. She's making faces, shaking her head and obviously talking about me & my client, this was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. My client felt uncomfortable dining there. She then proceeds to tell another employee that had just walked in about the exchange, once again as we are sitting a few feet away. This employee needs to be held accountable for her actions so it doesn't happen again. Treat EVERYONE like a human being, BARE MINIMUM! read more

Went here for the first time on Saturday night and I loved it! Starting off wirh I am not much of a coffee person, but I was looking for a good place to hang out with my younger cousin. Its cozy inside, clean, gorgeous, and has a huge variety of drinks, food, & pastries. Parking might be a bit tough as its downtown Lodi & inside a little shopping area so a community bathroom as well. They have beers, wine, margaritas, and slushies. Sandwiches, tons of hot drinks, etc. We tried an iced vanilla latte and to be honest it didn't have much flavor and was watery. Same for my hot white mocha. We had a small white cheesecake slice and it wasn't great either and crumbly. Nice music in the background, quite enough to talk. Nice staff. Decent prices. I will return! read more

This place USED TO be awesome. I would come every single morning and be greeted by both openers. But the entire staff left within a month and now they have a terrible morning opener. I waited over 2 minutes standing in front of her before she even lifted her head to look at me. Then she tried to act like she was busy so she didn't take my order. Yup, you guessed that they cannot make a burrito save their lives this thing was absolute garbage. At a whopping price of 8 bucks for this breakfast burrito, had a not wanted to waste my gas being more expensive, I would have drove back and ask for my money back. I would have loved to send pictures about this burrito and showed you the horrors what I was served. Unfortunately it would be too censored to show. Scrambled eggs were overcooked they used some pellets for sausage. Mc Donalds $1.50 was better. And no telling what kind of cheese cheese's in there. I think it might have been cheddar. From the time that he received a burrito to the time my buddy gave it to me was about 5 minutes and this thing was so overcooked and dry that even the sauce of they provided which was some pace picante sause at best couldn't save it. The moral to the store is don't bother going here to eat you wanna to eat do you want a cup of coffee who knows if that's good. But their breakfast burrito was garbage. read more

I used to really like it here. But the last few visits haven't been spectacular. They have a sign that says masks are required, but it seems like a joke to everyone! The workers don't give a damn if customers walk in and the lobby is packed. I felt uncomfortable being in there with so many people with NO MASKS. This very last time the individual working wasn't even wearing a mask! AND our lattes were watery! Not sure what that was about, their coffee is usually one of my favorites. Cool new spot! They just opened up and on their first week gave a few people free coffee for a year. Great marketing and I totally wish I had gone, as I can definitely see myself occupying space here on a weekly basis, due to its close proximity to my house and free WiFi! They've got nitro cold brew on tap here, which is a big plus for me. I'll take a cold brew, black, pretty much over any coffee drink when I need to get some work done. Put it on nitro? SOLD! That's just how I like my dark beer, too. Speaking of beer, they'll be offering beer on tap here, soon. I inquired about it during my visit and they said they're not quite there yet. Not sure if it was an issue with liquor licensing or installing draft lines, but they assured me that the beer option was coming soon. This coffee shop is very pretty to look at (what most millennials will call aesthetic). The staff were very friendly and prompt with the orders. They do have sugar-free options! I should have taken a photo of the list but there were about 3-4 syrups that were sugar -free. Their lobby/dining area was well furnished and there are many places to sit and study or to just hang out with a friend. I ordered a small sugar-free hazelnut blended coffee. When I got it, I asked to make sure it was sugar-free because it tasted really sweet. It turned out to not be a regular hazelnut drink because of a miscommunication but he remade the order and upgraded me to a large free of charge. He was really nice about it too!
