Stopped by BrewCo Manhattan Beach for their lunch special and had a really nice experience overall. We ordered the chicken pot pie, roasted cauliflower, and the Smash Burger Americana with onion rings. The roasted cauliflower was hands down the best part of the meal. It was seasoned so well and honestly addictive. I could not get enough of it. The chicken pot pie came out piping hot and was really good, super comforting and flavorful. My only small wish is that it had pastry on the bottom too, since it would have soaked up all the juices. The burger was fine but nothing special. I think it could have used some lettuce and tomato to help tie everything together. The onion rings were solid. I came for a Japanese pop-up where they were serving amazing sushi and sake all while vinyl records were being spun in the background. Service was great given it was a holiday weekend. Cute spot to grab some fine eats! Creative drinks...I got the Terracotta Paloma...and great apps. We ordered chicken wings which were deliciously spicy, Yellowtail Crudo which was picante and fresh. What a fun, upscale bar in Manhattan Beach! We had the Chicken Chipotle Pasta, which was hearty, filling and quite loaded up. We also had the Japanese BBQ Burger with fries and a side salad. I was quite into the BBQ sauce and we wolfed it all down pretty quickly. The bartender was efficient and jovial, which we appreciated. We came in for a quick bite while exploring the city, so we can't speak to the drinks. Seems this place attracts locals as regulars, which says a lot to me. I came here for Dine LA but because I was early, I couldnt get the dinner so I ordered other things from the menu. I got the spinach dip, lamb tacos, fries and a rose spritzer. First off, the appetizers and mains were a bit overpriced. The spinach dip was $18 and the (2) lamb tacos with mixed greens dressed only in a vinaigrette was $28. The rose spritzer was $8 and fries were $8. I spent $67 for these items. The lamb tacos had mostly fat pieces and was half full. The salad did not have any toppings just light dressing. When we arrived, the hostess wasn't at the stand, so an older bald gentleman working behind the bar greeted us and told us there was about a three-hour wait. I explained that I had a reservation, and shortly after, the hostess came over, confirmed it, and seated us immediately. Our waitress was amazing (I wish I had gotten her name)! The food was delicious, and the drinks were great. What was confusing, though, was that we were seated near the hostess stand on the patio, so we could clearly hear guests arriving. About 15-20 minutes after we were seated, a group of five walked in without a reservation and requested a table. They were accommodated despite being told there was supposedly a three-hour wait. Based on what we observed, the wait time information didn't seem accurate and only certain people were told of that wait time. By the way, the restaurant was empty. The establishment was nice and clean and the service was good (I love the decor in the bathrooms). Everyone was friendly and I want to give a shoutout to Dylan... he was amazing and very accommodating (I changed my order 3 times sorry Dylan! :) I ordered the green goddess salad, it was very tasty and refreshing on this nice summer day. It was loaded with jicama, grilled corn, avocado and cherry tomatoes. They do have an option to add protein as well. Everyone I dined with enjoyed their food, although they did say the French fries were super crispy and over cooked. We got their: Housemade Pão de Queijo Fuch's Office Burger Hamachi roll Steak Frites Churro Bites Spritz Social Mango Aperol Sour Their pão de queijo came out warm and fresh, and it was so cheesy. I loved their hamachi roll that was light and refreshing, which paired great with their fruity cocktails. Their steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, and the skinny fries were so crisp. The burger we got came with Gruyère and blue cheese, arugula, bacon, and caramelized onions with a garlic aïoli, and every single bite was so good. Their happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM and Saturdays 9 PM to close. They have a lot of great deals all for $10 including their sushi rolls and chicken wings, along with some cocktails and wines. Street parking can definitely be a struggle here so I do recommend coming early to do a bit of shopping before you eat. highly recommend stopping. read more

Came back here this past Sunday since Manhattan Beach was having their snow festival with ice slides and snow play and fireworks for the kids. Everywhere was busy and we were lucky enough to get a seat. We were served quickly and our server was very attentive. There was a lot of people at the bar and standing around tables, the restaurant was very accommodating to large parties, even those that didn't have a place to sit. We ordered onion rings, which is always good. It was nice and crispy. Kids had a cheeseburger, which they ate it all. Hubby ordered Fuchs office burger again, which he really liked. I tried a Mary's Chinese chicken salad., they give you quite a bit of salad, my only problem was that they don't give you that much chicken. You are literally poking around for chicken so you can have it in a bite. Dressing tasted good and veggies were fresh. If they added more chicken, it would be a much better salad. I ordered the Fuchs office burger. I was surprised when my food came because I wasn't expecting such a nice looking plate. I really appreciated that it came with fries and a side salad and It was nicely seasoned. The burger was a double patty, but it's my first time seeing a restaurant use a longer loaf which I thought was interesting. My burger was pretty good and I was able to finish all of it although I did remove half of the bread since I am cutting out carbs a bit. The service was really good. Went for happy hour on Friday. I suggest reservations if you want to go here. It's a busy place given the location near the beach and pier. We had a nice table near the window. Be careful if you sit near the window as it can get really sunny and they dont have any shades. HH is $10 food and drink options. Margarita was strong. Artichoke dip was spicier than I wanted and not that tasty. Alot of the food that came out the kitchen looked better than what we ordered so I bet they have some good stuff on the menu. The affogato drink dessert was yummy. Server was good although he was in the weeds with tables leaving at the same time. We were in town for a conference I had to attend in Anaheim, so first we went to Manhattan Beach to see the pier on the Pacific Ocean coastline and also have lunch at a spot down the street from it called brewco social. This place rocks hard, so hard. Between its house-made pao de Queijo and rotisserie lamb sandwich on ciabatta bread with skinny fries and lemon vinaigrette salad, we had a lovely time at our table by the open-doored front dining area on high-top seats. Parking, if you know where to go, is easy enough with either lot or street parking, but you have to money in the meter. Walking from the street or the lot isn't terrible, maybe a few minutes unless you get lucky and find it on the street brewco is on. Our server was lovely and made us feel at home as we ate lunch and we enjoyed cocktails like the pisco sour and G&T. We were allowed to embrace synergy here at brewco social with its sophisticated exterior, relaxing and fun vibes, great eats, and refreshing cocktails.
