I came here with my kids and my mom, the wings and fries were good but the fire sticks suck. The men's restroom was really dirty and the table we sat at wasn't that clean either. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ricardo, Ricky or whatever he calls himself is beyond rude. For starters he missed a whole meal that was ordered at the counter so we had to get up and place a 2nd order. 2 meals were wrong out of the 7 that were ordered. Idk how a whole meal was missed when we're clearly all at the counter to order but ooook. You can tell he started to get annoyed as we placed our order because it was a big order. As he brought the food to our table, he just started placing all of the meals in one certain spot on the table trying to pile them up not even asking whose meal is what. When I asked for to go boxes, I couldn't even finish my sentence and he walked away then brought the boxes back left them on the counter without saying a word. A side of ranch was forgotten and I asked one of my kids to go get it and he tried charging them til I walked back up to the front counter he was just laughing at my kid. I asked to get the ranch that came with the meal and again he placed it on the counter without saying a word. One of my older kids finally went back up to the counter to ask for a to go back and she came back to tell us he tossed the to go box at her. He was too busy worried about his girlfriend and her mom and didn't want to work I guess. Management really needs to take into consideration of who they're hiring. These young kids don't want to work. Much less in a restaurant. if you don't like where you work, get another job. Stop going to just get a check. Do what you're paid for. read more

Why are the wings so small? These are not steroid and growth hormone injected chickens by any means! Why am I here for these tiny tot wings...2 for 1 wings Tuesday...that's why! This particular location is a lot smaller than the other locations in the chain. I am starting to see fewer and fewer links of this chain because good service is normally spotty at best. On my particular night to indulge in the 2 for 1 wing special, the staff was playful and attentive despite having a packed place. I opted to order 40 wings for a little under 20 dollars and choose the following flavors: Original hot Cajun Honey BBQ Medium lemon pepper All in all, each flavor was very pronounced...but that is a bad thing when you have such small wings. When you get a powerful flavor like "Cajun," sometimes you feel as though you are biting into a flavor packet instead of wings. If they can get some normal sized wings, they will definitely have a completely enjoyable experience. My wife wanted to try a vegetarian/vegan experience in the place, so the staff made her a sautéed onions and mushroom sandwich on Texas toast, and barely charged us for it! All in all, 2 for 1 wings will have me coming back...as long as they decide to let those chickens grow some more before they jack them of their wings! If you dine in, you have all you can drink Pepsi products and teas, just for the record. Definitely not returning. Went through the drive through today for a quick bite. Really it only took 10 mins for our food to come. Part of our order was cheese sticks: $6.99 for 8 pieces, okay. So the cheese sticks themselves were not crispy at all, so barf. And then we were given the most watery marinara sauce to accompany it. Yuck! Got a soda. $2.39. I asked for a medium but this cup was kid size. To top it off, it was 3/4 ice! Three drinks later, if that, it was gone. I would be better off getting more from a can elsewhere. The Wings. For starters, no combos so just the Wings here. Fairly priced, I suppose. But the Wings are not crispy either, which is how I prefer mine. I placed my order right after my cousin. By the time my order made it to the table, my cousin & her kiddo were almost done w/ their meals. The staff was nice enough, they were just slow...no hustle in their system at all. I've used the drive thru before & it's the same: slow as all get out! The food itself was ok. Fries were still yummy & wings still a good size. We had teriyaki, hot lemon pepper, thai spice, buffalo & bbq flavors on the table. No complaints on any of them. Note this is one of the smaller locations. There's a couple TV's & no full bar action. I ate here a few weeks ago and enjoyed my meal. The sauces were delicious and the fried pickles were some of the best I ever had. Why 3 stars? I was at the bar and the bartender seemed to be struggling with only me and 4 other people. She was super nice and all, but my drink was empty for about two thirds of my time there.
