We stopped in before a concert at the Amphitheater....the parking lot attendant recommended it! We had just eaten, so we decided to try a few drinks. I had the Sangria and my husband had the Sangria mocktail (DD). Both were delicious. The Sangria had a scoop of watermelon Italian ice....this was so good and made the drink extra special ...and dangerous. You wouldn't know there's alcohol in there!! Our bartenders were very attentive and the inside was super cool with clean bathrooms!! Will def stop in again and try the pizza. Everyone around had the pizza and it looked amazing!

We stopped in here a few weeks ago for lunch. We ordered a big cheese pie to share with a table. I ordered the margarita flights. It comes with an orange, lemon, lime, strawberry margarita. They were all very tasty and definitely a 10 out of 10. I was very surprised about the orange margarita since I've never had one. The pizza they bring out is absolutely huge and they cut it weird if you're from New York. The ambience of this place is very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It is definitely a cute little spot if you are in town. They have a lot of different kinds of beers on tap. It is a nice brewery for friends and family.

Thank You, Jebrill!!! What a Perfect Pit Stop on Our Way Home Jebrill (apologies if I'm spelling your name wrong!). My husband and I had a mini date on our way back to Greenwich, and you made it even better with your spot-on recommendations, delicious beer selections, and great sense of humor. Thank you for that! This was my third time visiting, and I had been constantly telling my husband he needed to try it, so finally, he did, and we were both blown away. The menu here is simple, but the pizza is unbelievable. We ordered two pies and, five bites in, it felt like we'd never eaten anything so good before. Can't wait to come back next time we're in the area!

Usually a good experience. Not so much today. We typically stop for pizza before a show. Wait was as expected, but the bouncer was a jerk when I asked to be let in for the restroom as he threatened to find me if I went to the bar. Leaving my family outside. Ended up at a community table, next to the bar, so too loud to talk without shouting and the tables is so wide it made that even worse. People leaving empties on the table is t nice either.

Shockingly delicious, from a brewery??? Ridiculous

Shockingly amazing pizza A pizza parlor with a brewery, take your pick. Brewport has it down to a science either way. The pizza is thin-crust and surprisingly very good (think New Haven style) and the "individual" salad can easily feed two to three hungry adults. I'm going to make a surprising statement from a person why has tried every famous New Haven pizza place and the big named joints in the New Haven vicinity. "This rendition of a New Haven style coal fired pizza is one of the best I have ever had." I had Sally's a few weeks before this visit and this pizza was better. Bold but honest. The ambience is repurposed brick industrial motif, which cries out for you to make yourself comfy. Topping it off was the service: plenty of waitstaff hitting all corners of the place, not least of whom was a young lady I believe her name was Allana, who treated us like best friends. I will say one downfall, their craft beer is subpar and the guest taps are nothing special. Which I guess is an issue for a brewery, but overall go hungry, drink responsibly, and enjoy! Thanks

Visiting CT for the weekend, my first stop after landing in New Haven was Brewport, for a delicious pizza and great beer. I sat at the bar at around 9:20pm on a Friday. Bartender served me quickly and nicely. Recommended the orange wheat beer and the meat master pizza, I decided to give both a try and was not disappointed. The restaurant was not too busy, but the vibe was nice and chill. I look forward to be back to try their other menu items. Thank you!

The pizza here is always amazing, we also had great service by Davy (sp??) This was our 2nd time having him as our server, and he is great. The beer selection is always good, including both in house beers and well as numerous guest taps. Parking is easy and safe.

Brought my family here for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated immediately and our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the beer they had on tap (always a good thing in my book). We ordered a family size Caesar salad, which was good and a generous portion. We also ordered two pizzas. One of which was badly burned on one side and lacked enough toppings for the price imho. The beer was very good. They had a cream ale that was very well made and a rare find. I will be back but not sure I will get pizza next time. Also, they do not fill beer growlers for some reason which is disappointing to me.

Brewport is one of those hidden-in-plain-sight gems literally circled by highway off ramps, but once you're there, you don't even notice. You're just in the zone: pizza, beer, sunshine. The beer is very much on point. Tons of great options on tap, from crisp and hoppy to smooth and malty. Even my non beer drinking fiancée found something she liked, which is saying something. They've got a little something for everyone. It's a no-frills kind of place just beer, pizza, and salad, but it works. We shared a small pizza and it was more than enough (and really good). Also grabbed a Caesar salad... dressing was just okay, but honestly, we weren't there for the greens. Service was solid, even with their computer system crashing mid-shift. Didn't faze them. I barely noticed my beer was cold and disappearing quickly, and that's all that mattered. We sat outside, took our time, and just chilled. Brewport is easygoing, well-run, and a great spot to kick back. Will 100% be back.

So let me start this is no way reflection on our server who is really nice kind attentive and the concept is great salad and pizza. How can you go wrong? Well, you don't have any options for except the house? It doesn't start off great to me cause I'm a salad lover. The chicken was boiled not grilled or Sir was kind enough to let us know that their Korean barbecue sauce was available which I used thank goodness the pizza took forever because there was some sort of oven issue where our pizza got burned and they had to redo it then when we got was a thin crust, Limp nightmare, edible yes delicious no maybe I'm picky because I'm from New York because the place was packed and it seemed to be the place to go everybody with Bierd in hand. I'm not a beer drinker. I had some wine which was good and the price was reasonable by New York standards. I'd probably suggest if you're a pizza lover not coming here if you're a beer lover definitely come here Plenty of parking in a line to get in

For years I've driven past Brewport and wondered what it was like, and today, we finally made it in! Cool industrial vibe with a simple menu of pizzas, salad, and drinks. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and we appreciated that she informed us the individual sized antipasto would be plenty for the four of us to share. Our pizzas arrived, and we were impressed at the thin, crispy crust with just the right amount of char. However, we all agreed that the sauce was pretty lacking in flavor, and we just really wanted more from it. They weren't bad pizzas by any means, but they could've been excellent had they just been more flavorful. The toppings definitely helped, but if I were to come back, I probably wouldn't order a standard cheese, or maybe I would add garlic on. Glad we finally checked it out and definitely a cool spot to hang out while in Bridgeport.

    Ask the Community - Brewport

Do they have gluten free pizza?

Yes, it is available only as a small with whichever toppings you would like.

Is this a Dog friendly spot?

Definitely not inside. Perhaps on the patio, but I would call ahead. My instinct says no.

    How's the brunch?

I think it's always the same menu. Pizza, salads, beers ?

    Do they have wheat beers?

Yes, but their beers aren't always the same, they have a large assortment of good beer to try, you could find something you like regardless.

My friend and I had dinner at a different restaurant; we were looking for drinks and nice atmosphere to hang out and catch up. Brick & Barrel served us well that night. Bartenders were quick, friendly and on point with their service. Good music, nice casual atmosphere. The second visit also on a random Tuesday night out (9/8/2020) around 9PM. My friends originally planned for us to eat dinner at a nearby restaurant, due to their service (lack of), we decided to order pizza and wings from B&B. I ordered their veggie pizza, it was decent. My friends raved about their wings. I'd like to visit again to try one of their bowls. Note: the 2nd visit was on a evening they were catering for a nearby restaurant as well, so perhaps the kitchen was a bit stressed, hence decent pizza vs. good-great pizza. When we asked, got a eye rolls and a huff that the waitress had been checking on it- that's it, no explanation no apology- as if the the restaurant had no obligation to do the one thing it was supposed to- deliver a meal. When it finally arrived, it wasn't even good. The black and blue burger tasted microwaved -- dry and tough outside, rubbery inside, one sad smear of blue cheese. Brussels sprouts were barely cooked and hard. Fish and chips tasted like a frozen patty someone reheated and called it a day. Honestly I'm just exhausted by how much effort it takes these days to get a decent meal with basic service. This place didn't deliver on either. Not going back.

Should have been my first clue. The pizzas in the display case all looked enticing (although nothing labeled or priced) and I decided to get a Gramma slice along with the eggplant special listed for the day. I also got the ricotta/spinach bread showcased in the display case. I asked if the eggplant was a platter or a grinder/sandwich, and was told it was a sandwich. Great. Well, there was no grinder, no Italian bread, roll, but what looked to be either pizza or calzone dough made into bread like slices. Interesting. The taste wasn't great and it was difficult to pick up to eat without all falling apart, so I decided to remove the top piece of "bread" and eat it with a fork and knife. There was 1 piece of eggplant, 1 piece on each sandwich half. One. Eggplant Parm is cooked and then the slices layered, and usually there are at least 3-4 layers, but not this. The eggplant had many seeds in it indicating the eggplant is past its prime-not the freshest -and the seeds add a bitter taste. Not pleasing. Gobs of cheese atop the bread, but no Parmesan detected. The ricotta spinach was an inedible unappetizing mess of stringy cheese and overcooked spinach. The Gramma slice was ok but I would not return for this. The decor is great and the service was fine, but the food was not good and ended up in the garbage! Ugh! On street parking in downtown Bridgeport. I will not be returning nor recommending.

The smoothie was fresh and satisfying, while the wrap was flavorful with fresh turkey and cheese. My only small critique is that the roasted peppers and lettuce were cut a bit too thick for my taste. The atmosphere was just as enjoyable as the food. The black-and-gold décor with touches of greenery gives the space a modern, chic, yet cozy vibe.
