Thank You, Jebrill!!! What a Perfect Pit Stop on Our Way Home Jebrill (apologies if I'm spelling your name wrong!). My husband and I had a mini date on our way back to Greenwich, and you made it even better with your spot-on recommendations, delicious beer selections, and great sense of humor. Thank you for that! This was my third time visiting, and I had been constantly telling my husband he needed to try it, so finally, he did, and we were both blown away. The menu here is simple, but the pizza is unbelievable. We ordered two pies and, five bites in, it felt like we'd never eaten anything so good before. Can't wait to come back next time we're in the area!

Usually a good experience. Not so much today. We typically stop for pizza before a show. Wait was as expected, but the bouncer was a jerk when I asked to be let in for the restroom as he threatened to find me if I went to the bar. Leaving my family outside. Ended up at a community table, next to the bar, so too loud to talk without shouting and the tables is so wide it made that even worse. People leaving empties on the table is t nice either.

The pizza here is always amazing, we also had great service by Davy (sp??) This was our 2nd time having him as our server, and he is great. The beer selection is always good, including both in house beers and well as numerous guest taps. Parking is easy and safe.

Shockingly delicious, from a brewery??? Ridiculous

Shockingly amazing pizza A pizza parlor with a brewery, take your pick. Brewport has it down to a science either way. The pizza is thin-crust and surprisingly very good (think New Haven style) and the "individual" salad can easily feed two to three hungry adults. I'm going to make a surprising statement from a person why has tried every famous New Haven pizza place and the big named joints in the New Haven vicinity. "This rendition of a New Haven style coal fired pizza is one of the best I have ever had." I had Sally's a few weeks before this visit and this pizza was better. Bold but honest. The ambience is repurposed brick industrial motif, which cries out for you to make yourself comfy. Topping it off was the service: plenty of waitstaff hitting all corners of the place, not least of whom was a young lady I believe her name was Allana, who treated us like best friends. I will say one downfall, their craft beer is subpar and the guest taps are nothing special. Which I guess is an issue for a brewery, but overall go hungry, drink responsibly, and enjoy! Thanks

Visiting CT for the weekend, my first stop after landing in New Haven was Brewport, for a delicious pizza and great beer. I sat at the bar at around 9:20pm on a Friday. Bartender served me quickly and nicely. Recommended the orange wheat beer and the meat master pizza, I decided to give both a try and was not disappointed. The restaurant was not too busy, but the vibe was nice and chill. I look forward to be back to try their other menu items. Thank you!

Brought my family here for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated immediately and our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the beer they had on tap (always a good thing in my book). We ordered a family size Caesar salad, which was good and a generous portion. We also ordered two pizzas. One of which was badly burned on one side and lacked enough toppings for the price imho. The beer was very good. They had a cream ale that was very well made and a rare find. I will be back but not sure I will get pizza next time. Also, they do not fill beer growlers for some reason which is disappointing to me.

Brewport is one of those hidden-in-plain-sight gems literally circled by highway off ramps, but once you're there, you don't even notice. You're just in the zone: pizza, beer, sunshine. The beer is very much on point. Tons of great options on tap, from crisp and hoppy to smooth and malty. Even my non beer drinking fiancée found something she liked, which is saying something. They've got a little something for everyone. It's a no-frills kind of place just beer, pizza, and salad, but it works. We shared a small pizza and it was more than enough (and really good). Also grabbed a Caesar salad... dressing was just okay, but honestly, we weren't there for the greens. Service was solid, even with their computer system crashing mid-shift. Didn't faze them. I barely noticed my beer was cold and disappearing quickly, and that's all that mattered. We sat outside, took our time, and just chilled. Brewport is easygoing, well-run, and a great spot to kick back. Will 100% be back.

So let me start this is no way reflection on our server who is really nice kind attentive and the concept is great salad and pizza. How can you go wrong? Well, you don't have any options for except the house? It doesn't start off great to me cause I'm a salad lover. The chicken was boiled not grilled or Sir was kind enough to let us know that their Korean barbecue sauce was available which I used thank goodness the pizza took forever because there was some sort of oven issue where our pizza got burned and they had to redo it then when we got was a thin crust, Limp nightmare, edible yes delicious no maybe I'm picky because I'm from New York because the place was packed and it seemed to be the place to go everybody with Bierd in hand. I'm not a beer drinker. I had some wine which was good and the price was reasonable by New York standards. I'd probably suggest if you're a pizza lover not coming here if you're a beer lover definitely come here Plenty of parking in a line to get in

For years I've driven past Brewport and wondered what it was like, and today, we finally made it in! Cool industrial vibe with a simple menu of pizzas, salad, and drinks. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and we appreciated that she informed us the individual sized antipasto would be plenty for the four of us to share. Our pizzas arrived, and we were impressed at the thin, crispy crust with just the right amount of char. However, we all agreed that the sauce was pretty lacking in flavor, and we just really wanted more from it. They weren't bad pizzas by any means, but they could've been excellent had they just been more flavorful. The toppings definitely helped, but if I were to come back, I probably wouldn't order a standard cheese, or maybe I would add garlic on. Glad we finally checked it out and definitely a cool spot to hang out while in Bridgeport.

The food is amazing in the staff is super nice, but the owner was keeping us captive inside the restaurant and said we were not allowed to leave plus he blamed our Tendy and something that could improve is a new owner that doesn't hold 12-year-old kids captive

Great spot for groups of friends. Lots of seating options. There's a parking lot on site. Pizza is thin crust and they are good sharing sizes. Family friendly as well.

I never write reviews - usually my friends handle that for us -- but this experience at Brewport in Bridgeport, CT was so frustrating that I felt I had to share. Three of us stopped by around 7:30 p.m. after work to relax with a beer and some pizza. We ordered a white mozzarella pizza with buffalo chicken, but were brought a tomato pie with buffalo chicken instead. We politely told the server and asked for the right pizza. A few minutes later, another server brought back the same wrong pizza. Hungry and assuming they were offering it, we started eating. When the check came, we were shocked to see we were charged for two pizzas -- plus extra garlic we never ordered. When we asked why, the server said, "because you ate it," completely ignoring that it was their mistake. No accountability, just an offer to "bring the manager" to explain. We've been regulars here after Total Mortgage arena events, but after this pushy, disappointing experience, we're done. We'll gladly drive a little farther to Two Roads instead. I'm also attaching the receipt so others can see exactly what happened.

    Ask the Community - Brewport

Do they have gluten free pizza?

Yes, it is available only as a small with whichever toppings you would like.

Is this a Dog friendly spot?

Definitely not inside. Perhaps on the patio, but I would call ahead. My instinct says no.

    How's the brunch?

I think it's always the same menu. Pizza, salads, beers ?

    Do they have wheat beers?

Yes, but their beers aren't always the same, they have a large assortment of good beer to try, you could find something you like regardless.

The pizza with peppers, onions, and fried chicken was a standout. The fried cauliflower was surprisingly delicious (and that's coming from someone who normally isn't a fan). The cheese fries, made with beer cheese, were flavorful, and the fried mozzarella bites are a must if you're in the mood for something classic. The burger was okay. It came out a bit dry, and I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked. The bun also wasn't toasted, which would have made a big difference. One of the coolest parts about this place is the setup. There are multiple rooms, including a main dining area with a live band at night, an indoor patio with a big screen for games, and even a separate dance room with a DJ. They also offer $50 flash tattoos and have a tarot reader on certain weekends, which adds a really unique touch to the overall experience.

Ordered a couple of the hot dog specials, a smash burger, wings, and pretzel sticks. The hot dogs, while creative, seemed to be a bit overcooked, possibly boiled and then left in a warmer for too long? The hot dogs themselves were a little discolored and more bland than we were expecting, and the pizza dough seemed a bit too large to serve as a bun for one special. Everything else was good for food, especially the smash burger and fries. My husband enjoyed his beers, and we thought the vibe was great. Appreciated the many different seating areas, and I'd love to sit in the beer garden with the train going by. Definitely a nice spot to watch the game or hang with friends.

Whether you prefer something light and crisp or something a little more bold, they seem to have a beer that fits the mood. Food was honestly the weaker part of the experience. It was fine and did the job, but it was not particularly memorable. Nothing was bad, it just did not stand out compared to how strong the drink program is. Service was excellent. This place is everything you want in a brewery and nothing you don't. First off, the beer: it's stupidly good. Like, annoyingly good. Their IPAs actually taste different from one another (shocking, I know), the stouts don't drink like liquid bread, and even the lighter stuff has actual flavor. It's witchcraft, and I'm here for it.
