My son and I have been coming here for years! They are the best! I don't want to review so they are not booked up when I call LOL. Cliff is the best at cleaning our teeth I literally won't let anyone else clean my teeth ever for the rest of my life! Also any dental emergency they've always fit us right in and we've had a few. The staff is great except for one lady who is very hard to understand because of broken English. Dr. Brian set up a dental plan for me. It seemed to make sense but has not turned out well. He crowned 2 molar teeth that still give me pain a year later. The bridge he put in for me is worthless. I can barely chew on that side. It has been about 2 months since the bridge was installed and I am still in alot of pain!! I wish he would have told me the pros and cons of these procedures. When he gives the pain killer shots he is very ROUGH, no mercy! Just ask alot of questions to be clear of the potential pain and outcome!! Get a second opinion read more

I recently got 4 veneers on my top row of teeth for cosmetic purposes, and I give my actual final veneers 5 stars! I wish I could give the entire experience 5 stars as well but there are a couple things that I have to mention. There was some difficulty in scheduling the final delivery of my veneers because Dr. Kim's schedule was so packed, ultimately I was able to get the finals on on the day I anticipated (2 weeks after temporaries) as opposed to 10 days later, but I had to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate this. I did not want to have temporaries for any longer than I had to, and thank goodness I was able to get the appointment on the 2nd instead of the 12th because my temporaries were turning grey from lifting up from my actual teeth. The other unsettling moment was when I was getting my teeth cleaned. I understand that it's their job to emphasize how important it is to floss, but Dr. Kim's assistant made me feel very uncomfortable, I was actually sweating in the chair. First he told me I should get a new toothbrush, like a sonicare because mine wasn't doing the job (which is not a big deal, I am happy to get a new toothbrush). But what really got me was when he was removing some plaque from my teeth, he pushed through a bit of plaque, put it on his finger, and told me to TOUCH IT (to clarify it was maybe half a millimeter in size, I had trouble even seeing it on his finger). I responded with some hesitancy and he persisted, I touched his gloved finger, and the little speck of plaque fell onto me... not pleasant. He then said "did you feel how it was hard? that's not good". I know what plaque is, he did not need to make me experience it firsthand like that. Lastly, he said "PLEASE make sure you floss, because that is the LAST time I want to be pushing plaque through like that, that was gross." Again, I understand that it's his job to emphasize how important taking care of your teeth is, but I could have done without touching the plaque and being told the experience of cleaning my teeth was "gross". BUT I LOVE MY VENEERS. MY VENEERS ARE AMAZING AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM 5 STARS FOR THE VENEERS THEMSELVES! read more

I was sad when my insurance changed and I couldn't come here because the teeth cleaning is great and Dr. Kim is really thorough and nice. But my insurance is back and I am as well! Also not a lot of places open on Saturday. I believe they are open every other Saturday and with my busy schedule and commute to work I would never be able to go without this perk! The usual Korean receptionist I don't remember her name at the moment is really friendly and informative. I'm doing my Invisalign here as well and so far so good. I had a quote from a different orthodontist for Invisalign which was double the cost which is why I am not going there. The parking is relatively easy although sometimes the lot gets full. The hygienist did a good job with the teeth cleaning, he was very gentle and explained what he was doing (since I was very nervous). He did 5 implants surgical work on me in a day, the operation was very intensive, I did not feel much pain during the operation.
